Such a scam!! Ask to pay in advance when making the appointment. Sent me an auto text saying I will receive a follow up text for my appointment that day at 6p.m. And then I received no texts, called many times, and nobody picked up. Of course nobody showed up to clean my car.

We were very lucky to find Anderson mobile detailing! Called on a saturday morning and Ivan came out by that afternoon. We had an unfortunate incident in the car the night before, and after ivan was done with the interior it was like it never happened. Truly truly impressed, the pictures here do my rover no justice. The SUV looked like new. Most places would have screwed us because this was a saturday after hours, that there had been an incident in the car, and by coming out to worcester. Ivan came to the house, was incredibly nice and easy to work with. He had everything he needed on hand even water. Ivan when you read this, thank you again,wonderful job.

At the end of the day, I always want to give the benefit of the doubt, so it's very possible Ivan / the company had some stuff going on the past few weeks. I was looking into some options for interior detailing in Boston, and was very excited when I found Anderson 1 Stop - the service descriptions were clear, website was easy to use and book an appointment with, and there were plenty of good reviews. When I looked on a Saturday morning, I was surprised to find a 6pm time slot available on the weekend, but decided to go for it. As 6pm got closer, I started to feel a bit nervous about my $99 pre-payment decision, since I had yet to receive confirmation for my appointment. Nobody showed up at 6, so I called, called again, and could not get an answer nor leave a message. I started kicking myself for paying ahead of time for a service that does not even list a physical address, pretty sure at this point that I had gotten scammed. I dug up an alternate phone number on the internet, and a woman picked up who informed me Ivan probably had not seen the appointment request come through. She assured me I wouldn't be charged and that Ivan would call me back to set another appointment up. The pending $99 charge did not go through as promised, but no phone call back for several days. For some reason (too emotionally invested at this point?), I decided to try booking another appointment, this time a bit further out. Sadly, 6:30pm Wednesday evening rolled around, nobody showed, nobody picked up, and nobody has returned the voicemail that I was strangely now able to leave. To summarize, this place is not a scam, but it seems like they're setting themselves up for negative customer experiences by advertising time slots that may not be honored and failing to follow up if appointments are missed.

Anderson 1 Stop is great! They come to you, which is so convenient. You don't have to take time out of your day, or wait at all. They charge less than other companies, and they do a great job. They got me in sooner (two days) than any other company I called (and were willing to come the next day if I really needed it). Best of all, it's a family-owned, local business run by nice people. Rosie and Ivan were great.

Our car was in need of a serious cleaning inside and out. We have two dogs and a 9 month old baby and had a recent road trip, so we had dog hair, spilled coffee and cheerios littering our interior. Ivan did an amazing job getting all of the mess out. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and the outside was truly sparkling in the sunlight. We have had the car cleaned before, but I do not think our vehicle has been this clean since we drove it off the lot. It was so easy and convenient because he came to our condo in Charlestown. We will use Anderson 1Stop Mobile Detailing again! I highly recommend.

I’m incredibly pleased with how my 2013 car looks brand new (I didn’t think that was possible!!) He was able to get rid of years of salt from brutal New England winters—incredible! I had both of my cars interior detailed today- one of which was a minivan that has been neglected for far too long (with four kids constantly in and out.) Ivan and his team brought my car back to life and they look brand new. They pay close attention to detail and are very professional. My car was in need of serious detailing (tree sap on paint, vomit, interior dirt, waxing). All the other local places had no appointments for weeks and needed a full day with my car. Ivan was able to fit me in the next day, finish in a matter of hours, and was willing to even come out to my office to detail my car! My car is so clean it looks like no one has ever driven it and smells brand new. Ivan and his team are phenomenal and their price and service can't be beat. The fact they are mobile, and work 7 days a week is a huge benefit since most auto detailers are closed on weekends, and for anyone who does not have time to drop off and be without their car for a whole day. I will definitely be using them again the next time my car needs to be detailed!
