Worst automated car wash I’ve been through. Paid $14. Car just didn’t get clean. Dryer blew suds from the base of the hood onto the windshield which means the rinse job was just as bad as the wash. Very disappointing. Was hoping for some rags to completely dry the car but that’s not available. I’ve had better $5 washes with free vacuum. Hope they make improvements.

Paid for the highest option on the touch-free wash ($14). Followed the green lights which told me to keep driving in, once I was it and sat for a second nothing happened, then it suddenly told me to back up. Did so, to the point where I was all the way out of the wash again. Tried to get it to work a few times before leaving. Appears their wash bay isn’t functioning properly. I would avoid it until management can fix the issue. Lost $14 trying to use.

Was there yesterday, used the no touch wash for 12.00. Did not work properly, no soap wash. When pulling in the arms moved but nothing happened. Tried to contact business but said the number was unavailable. Always had good results from this wash before. Just wanted to report a problem that needs to be look at. Two starts for this trip.

Horrible car wash, don't waste your money. The soft touch car wash didn't even rinse all the soap off my car let alone get it clean or dry.

I had hoped that things got better, but it hasn't. All 3 auto car washes seem to just move dirt around, and when complete there's still suds on the windows. The dryers pretty much just move the remaining water around.

4/26/25. 3:00pm I was very grateful for the offered amenities and facilities available through this location. Until I opened the door to the dog wash. I am very surprised at the pungent, putrid odor in that room. It's beyond distracting, brought tears to my eyes and worse than breaking a sewer line. Dogs had obviously relieved themselves in there #1 and #2 probably from being nervous(did not see droppings but saw urine puddles in the water on the floor). Not just from today either. The floor and table drains were both completely clogged and got the distinct sense of very low or zero air flow. I believe the animal before us was a Yeti as there was white hair on every surface including the ceiling which I salute as an achievement. There was very very poor water pressure but the time was enough to rinse. Just felt like a weak stream. One saving grace was the blow dryer hose. Watching his lips flap around when i dried his was was an unexpected giggle. I'll probably give this one more shot as having my beast washed is expensive. This is a great concept but I'm wondering if there was an attendant. I saw people utilizing the facilities and conversating. It just smelled really gross and I couldn't get out fast enough. I'd like to spend more time cleaning him. Thanks for your time. I do not aim to be mean but knowing what I do makes me understand the owner must be told.

Everytime I come here there is an issue. Consistent issues with leaks and broken hoses for the dryer. Tonight there was an issue with credit card payments and nothing was posted. It seems like whoever owns this carwash doesn’t care much anymore. I take pride in my vehicles and like keeping them clean but I don’t dare carry cash somewhere at night especially where this carwash is located. I hope the owner can take care of these issues soon.

Definitely not worth the $14 I paid for a soft wash. The blower hardly removed any water and as a result I got a ton of hard water spots. Even the brushes did a terrible job. I do not recommend and will not go back.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. First time I washed my prius here and the wash missed sides of the car and the hood. I legitimately thought I did something wrong which caused that. Today I brought my dad's car, and same thing, hood is not clean at all. Even soap residue left on the back .

Use to love coming to this car wash. This will be my last visit. Every time I come here the credit card swipe is not working. This last time it took me 18 tries and 3 different credit/ debit cards to get it to work. Also half the time the pressure is terrible. Will not be giving them anymore of my business.

Vacuum works just enough to take my coins but has zero suction. No one on site and no one answers the phones. Love it!

Their customer service is non existant. It took over 3 months to get the code for the free wash I was promised, even after sending pics. These pics are the results from the code for the most expensive car wash at $14. So once again I had to spend more time and money to hand wash it afterwards.

I don't know if you can see the photos clearly. I took my Infiniti QX60 to this car wash after I dropped my grandson off to school. I never use this car wash, today I have said why not, it's convenient and I can go to work afterwards. I paid $12.00 and my vehicle came out the same way it went in dirty. That is unacceptable, I went to Mod Wash on Potomac Ave, the car came out clean, I had a free vacuum and was given an air freshener for 10.00. I wasted time using AMG car wash. Car wash doors broken, preventing use of rollers and dryers after the wash/rinse. Forced to back out, no way to get refund. No staff on site, no one on phones. Vaccum pump had no suction, couldn't feel air when putting my hand to it.

This is a great car wash that also includes a pet wash and automatic touch free and soft touch options. I went with the basic wash since it was my first time and I was pleased with the results, it did a good job getting most of the salt off my car. The next time I come through I will definitely opt for the super or extreme car wash option. Super easy and fast process, probably the best car wash in Hagerstown

2016-I’ve always loved using the manual and auto car wash. Early morning there is an attendant there. If the patrons keep the area clean then the car wash facilities will remain that way and attendant won’t have a hard time. 2024 update..nice that Sheetz(Maryland thang)is next door now.

I absolutely love the self cash wash and touchless car wash. It is a must after a ski trip. Do you guys consider opening new stores? I live at Fairfax, VA and there are few good touchless car washes. And there is 0 self car wash nearby. Please consider bringing your service here if possible😊
