I really like this wash, the atmosphere and equipment choices are very nice and pleasing. However, the pressure coming from the tri foam, wax, and bug cleaner shows it’s needing to be refilled. On top of all of that the vacuums rarely are in complete working order, this past Friday 08/20/22 I drove to about six different vacuums which either were not accepting coins, were clogged, or simply down. If I’m going to wash my vehicle here and pay for services I expect to receive said services. I almost forgot to mention the vending machines also take money and at times won’t register the money that was placed within it nor will refund it.

Typically I take my daily driver here and since it's a classic, it's never really *too* dirty. But the other day I was in my 'round-the-house, dirty, beater pickup. It's in good condition, decent paint, but I only wash it maybe once a year if that, so it typically looks more marbled grey/brown than white. I couldn't even tell you the last time I washed it. So, I was in the area and figured, why not, let's see what this car wash can really do. I was honestly amazed at the results. The pressure in the hoses were on par with my power washer at home, and the hot water made a world of difference. I hit the really bad areas (hood, roof, rear quarter panels) with the brush and gave the rest a good scrub down. The pressure was so good it even powered off the unreachable areas like that elusive area between the back of the cab and the pickup bed. By far the worst part was inside the gas doors (it has duel tanks) which were caked with dirt and grime. They look almost brand new now. The truck is now so shiny white it looks like I just drove it off the car lot. Don't trust the poor reviews from people who don't know how to work the equipment or are hoping for a free wash if they complain. This place is the real deal! My only complaint is that this wash isn't closer to my house, but honestly, I could live an hour away and it would be worth the drive.

Don't pay with cards you'll end up paying way too much compared to coins Every swipe gives you like 1:30 min So you'll swipe your card way to many times and thers a $1 fee for every swipe When you think you're done you swipe it 1 last time and the time jumps to 8min wondering if they charged you that many times to get the 8 min And guess what? YESSSS!!! THEY DID

Fantastic little car wash. I always stop by when I'm in the area. Unlike a lot of other self-serve car washes, the trash cans aren't overflowing, the parking lot and bays are clean when you roll in. Water pressure is strong and I've never had an issue with anything not working the way it should. I have occasionally seen a couple vacuums out of service (clearly marked and card readers/coin slots covered so there is no chance of mistake), but there are plenty of other vacuums to use (both sides of the bays). Scott the manager is friendly and helpful, always stops by to say hi and welcome me back. He keeps the place looking in tip-top shape.

My review is gonna be a little more harsh because I came to this car wash after the first one I tried also didn't work. I prefer a wand or touch less wash. My usually bay in Tega Cay two days in a row had no high pressure soap. So, this morning I came up to this wash. I was very optimistic that it was going to work fine. Jokes on me. The bay I chose had no high pressure soap, so I resorted to using their fancy smelling foam to get my money's worth and rinsed it off. Not sure if it's just back luck or timing but the last four attempts at washing my car have failed.

What a waste of time and $10. Came here for a touchless car wash, paid my $10, and when the "wash" started, nothing came out. This arm went around my vehicle multiple times- no soap, no water, nothing. Avoid this place unless you like setting money on fire.

This is by far the best car laser car wash on the south side. The owner/attendee is always there in the a.m giving good service ! Also the place is always clean ! To anybody thats in the area I recommend American Wash systems.

None of the self service stalls work, card or cash. Don’t waste your time. Edit: came back after 3 months, same problem. None of the credit card machines work and the cash to quarter machine was down too. I’ll never try again.

Use to be a nice upkept car wash. Last three times visiting, things won’t all work etc. today the water kept cutting on and off constantly and the soaps. Couldn’t even rinse my truck off don’t waste your money. Called and texted the number it said to and no response same as last few times. Won’t be back anymore use to go weekly.

Horrible car wash, had to move to multiple times due to credit card readers not working, quarter slot jammed or low pressure. Vacuums were not working and had blue painters tape on multiple machines. If you know it's broken, fix it! or at least lower the prices. I won't be back.

Nothing is up to par here. Don’t waste your time coming to self wash your vehicle or vacuum. You can’t get any change. Almost everything has blue tape on it. 24 hours is a lie. One nice older gentleman cleaning up the trash is the only one that tried to help me get some change. But when he knocked on the office door, no one answered. He knocked a few times. This means I don’t need to spend money here. So I take out my phone to take pictures of the blue tape, suddenly someone comes out of the office asking me can he help me with something. By this time NO. So I got into my vehicle and left without taking pictures of the vacuums with the blue tape. I drove all the way up here from downtown Charlotte because the reviews lied about everything is up to par.

Tall enough for RV, tall truck. Excellent customer service. We were looking for a self-wash that was tall enough to fit an RV, and from the photos we figured it was the tallest compared to all others within a hour drive. I believe our RV is 12ft tall and it fit with a foot to spare. The owner came out to greet us when we pulled up and recommended the bay on the end if we needed a few more inches of height. He realized that we were going to be there for a while and he generously added free time to our clock. All the functions worked well. The pressure was good. I certainly recommend.

Highly recommend this spot. I stopped by with an oversized vehicle and wasn't sure if i could get into the bay. The owner went out of his way to get me situated and was very accommodating. Excellent service and clean facility, will definitely be back again!
