Scheduled an appointment to have my interior detailed for a very important event. My appointment was scheduled 4 days in advance and I received several emails to confirm. On the morning of the scheduled work, nobody shows up, nobody calls, nobody answers the phone at their office until after 10am, when then we’re to open at 8, and my appointment was for 8. Today is Thursday, and when I finally reached someone the only thing they offered to do was send someone out tomorrow or the next day. I am extremely disappointed , this has ruined my day and my event.

This is the worst customer service I ever received. I had a visit scheduled for Monday 2/27/23 and they called 38 minutes late to tell me that they weren't coming due to only having 1 tech in the area and that person couldn't make it. I spoke with someone who told me they couldn't do anything to get a service faster than 1 week out. They then told me they would call me back later that day. I never heard from the lady again and sent an email that day. That email 3 days to get a response from anyone, and that person didn't help or reschedule. I also called in that time and was told a manager would be calling me and i never received a call from them either. Fast forward to going back and forth via email they still could not reschedule the detailing and decided to just cancel the detail that had already been paid for. Upon cancelation they did not provide a receipt of cancelation so who know if they actually canceled this and refunded. I don't have faith that they are actually going to refund the money paid. Their customer service has been awful and I was told 10 days after the visit was originally scheduled that I am being canceled because they can't get anyone here for awhile. This company is awful and doesn't deserve the business of people if this is how they treat their customers.

American mobile detailing has Always done a Super job in detailing my vechicles, even on a last minute call. Ceramic coat on my Ram has been the best investment I’ve done to a vehicle I’m glad I got a Veteran to do it. Like they say. “If you want the best then hire the best” that’s American Mobile Detailing.

If I could give this 0 stars, I absolutely would. I paid for the second package plus an add on for stain and odor removal. I had to be rescheduled 3 different times because issues with the detailer. I was promised a 15% refund and a refund on my add on but for the add on to be done. When one FINALLY showed , he didn’t do the odor removal. That was the whole point of me getting the detailing to begin with and I made sure to let them know that was the whole point of me getting one. I emailed customer service twice about a refund that I was promised and they told me they were contacting the payment department. It had been over a month and 3 more emails I have sent that they have yet to respond to and I have not seen my refund yet. Never going to use them again and I suggest any and everyone not use them either

If you're looking for a mobile detailer in Savannah Ga, look no further. They show up when they say they will, pay extremely close attention to the small details on your car and are VERY fairly priced. I can't recommend American Mobile Detailing enough.

I thought they were just another mobile detailer that would be in and out and get the basics done on my truck, but boy was I wrong. I'm the most meticulous cleaner known to man on my King Ranch and only use premium products. I was ready to supply the products to clean the truck and just have them do the service of cleaning it. When I showed him what I usually use and how I usually detail the truck, he had the exact professional products and some that I consider too expensive to buy. He did a jam up job and even did more than I do as far as the unseen areas. He had 2 people detailing for 2 hrs with the best of the best equipment and supplies. The tire gloss stayed on for 2 weeks even with it raining 10 days out of 14. He has my business from here on out. He is a pretty hairy guy and I can assure you if he cleans his arse like he cleans cars there is no sign of dingle berries! A plus, Five Star

There is no way that I could possibly recommend American Mobile Detailing enough!! I contacted the business through a Facebook ad for a quote on detailing the long neglected interior of my vehicle. The poor condition of my cars interior prompted a higher quote to rectify than I had expected. As I am disabled, I haven’t been physically able to clean or care for my car at all during 2018...so you can imagine how much work needed to be done at that point! However, I was unable to pay his fair price due to being unable to work because of my handicap. When the owner heard the story of my circumstances, he VOLUNTEERED TO FULLY DETAIL MY CAR FOR NO CHARGE!!!! I was extremely moved by his more than generous offer. But, I was rendered completely speechless when I saw my ‘renewed’ vehicle!! I expected a wipe down of the console and a vacuuming of the floors, especially when he was doing the work from the kindness of his heart. This angel of a man took, LITERALLY, 4 whole hours servicing every nook and cranny of my car!! I could not believe the quality of his work-my car didn’t look that good when I first bought it, for goodness sake!! And, he put in a huge chunk of his time, used all of his expensive materials, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND all for ABSOLUTELY FREE...for me...a total stranger; just because he heard that I needed his help. I’ve truly NEVER seen such an amazing work ethic, nor have I EVER been blessed by such wholesome kindness. American Auto Detailing has more than EARNED my business from here out and I will make sure that I spread the word of the quality workmanship and the genuine kindness in which this young man has built this company. You will not find any better services for detailing ANYWHERE in the Coastal Empire!!

LOVE the fact he comes to me! LOVE the fact he suppies everything he needs for the job. LOVE the work he does even more! He made my Tacoma look brand new! I haven't seen it this clean since the day I bought it. I got the Tornado treatment done on my truck interior i fully recommended it! Well worth the price. Took years of grime out.

I don't think my car was this clean the day I bought it! What a fantastic job and Kyle is so helpful and easy to work with! He managed to get all the dog hair out of it. That alone was magic! Then he pulled out the seats of my Jeep and got down into the nasty nitty gritty. It was spotless from top to bottom. He came out twice to finish the job and even a third time to clean the extra wheel (under the wheel cover) after I had my tires rotated. After the "restoration" of the interior and getting some needed services done I feel like I have a new car! Thanks American Mobile Detailing for giving me my car back!

This SAVANNAH, GEORGIA based company operates within a Tri-county area. This company has done Corvettes, Lincoln LS, BMW and Benzes for our family. I rate this company highly for solid, dependable work. Kyle is the owner-operator. He does a great job of being on time, working straight through and getting the job done. I use him before we dispose of a car. Whomever buys from me always gets a detailed car. I can’t sell them a new one but I can make the vehicle as nice as I can. Kyle is a hard working young man. He has never disappointed me in my business dealings. I posted this because I saw where some uninformed guy, out of Florida, wrote a hit piece on Kyle’s business. Kyle does not work in Florida. The disgruntled Florida guy did not get his complaint going to the correct parties, he just grabbed a name and vented on the wrong site. As a retired lawyer, the negative rant by Florida man misses its mark. However, Florida man’s mistake is affecting an entirely innocent party and his business. That may be actionable because the misplaced venting is affecting the business of Kyle. If you read reviews, do some more research. This Savannah Based company is not the company that deserves a negative review.

Great work, fair prices, and a nice guy, too! I met Kyle through a friend and became interested in his services. My car is a 2003 Saturn Vue, so definitely not new and shiny or high end. But I love my car. Kyle was able to fit me in before holiday travelling and make the Vue look (and feel and smell) great! I know it's nothing special to most people, but I want my car to last forever and look as good as possible doing so. We've now decided that Kyle's services will be my birthday present every year! He does an excellent job with attention to every detail. My husband was impressed, too. We've both been involved with show cars at various points in our lives, so we know quality detailing when we see it. Kyle's services are worth every penny, and that's not even counting the convenience of having it done at home or work or wherever you need him to be!

If I could give 100 stars I would ! He took it upon himself personally to save my car after it being destroyed by a fake detailer. He spent 3 days pulling my interior out and drying the flooding that this person created. He returned it to tip top shape and NO MOLD . As a single mom this was something that could have affected us greatly , but Kyle couldn’t allow it. He worked with me to ensure I had a dry and safe ride for my family without worry of how much it was going to cost . GREAT COMPANY AND WONDERFUL SERVICE !

Mom’s Birthday Detailing! I Brought my Mom’s Mini Cooper to American Mobile Detailing to make her birthday that much mire special and they did an AMAZING job. Kyle is the man! I hired him to come out and perform a two-stage paint correction and ceramic coating on my car, and he exceeded every expectation. He's professional, dedicated, and clearly loves what he does. He was happy to answer my many questions, and didn't quit until every square inch of my car was looking perfect. The results speak for themselves - I've received so many questions and complements about how good the paint looks now that I've had him work his magic. Don't think twice... give him a call - you'll be glad you did!
