Good service. Helpful and courteous. Shon in particular. Safe wash and great vacuums. They do have to do something about their towels. More often than not towels leave marks on windows and windshield. It's how they're getting washed or if they're getting washed. Same issue at the berwick location. Overall it's a good place to keep your car clean.

The wash system damaged my car and it’s been 90 days since I’ve made my claim with no regards to paying for repairs, the bug prep station is always low with dirty water which can scratch your car, the 2nd lane to get in is always blocked off so sometimes there’s a line and lastly the compression air hoses have not been working for the past 3 weeks that I know of. Hard for me to justify $40 a month personally. I’ve been patient with posting this review, but not one of these complaints has improved since joining. Great group of guys working there, but they could be so much better.

This car wash by far is the best one in Savannah hands-down. I have a personal and a separate fleet account. I use LUV car wash Locations everywhere sometimes three times a week with multiple vehicles. This is the cleanest, the nicest and friendliest car wash of them all keep up the great work and I will definitely recommend using this car wash above all others.

Came in on Friday to get my car washed, the manager was so friendly and helpful. This was my first time in a car wash like this. I am a little older and do not really know how to operate things. Jermine provided great customer service! I showed him that my tires did not receive any tire shine, and he stated they were having some issues with the machine. Jermaine went and got a can of tire shine and sprayed my tires! I was really appreciative of that, especially considering I pay for a membership. I am not sure why it keeps changing the spelling of his name, but you all know who he is!

So for the rate of charge and they expect you to pre-scrub your own vehicle, it's not feasible. If this is the best option in the Savannah area, then they need to step up or a better chain to come through and take their business.

This was my very first time going to this car wash. I also purchased the $47 monthly membership. As you can see by the pics there dryers pulled off my entire strip from my car along with all clips holding it together. I made a claim but they’re denying liability. I just purchased my vehicle from a dealership. I’ve tried also getting a refund as I will never go back here again but still haven’t received a refund as of today. I was also told by an employee that they ALWAYS denied being liable.
