50 reviews 5.0 star rating 4/28/2017 I used All in the Details to do a full interior detail of my toyota corolla after my dog had an accident in it. It also just needed some general cleaning because the upholstery is terrible about looking awful when water gets on it and leaving a ring stain. The owner of the company did the work himself and did a great job. He even came back about and worked on it probably an extra 45 mins when some of the water ring stains did not come out the first time. I asked him if there was anything I could so like scotchguard application to keep the stains away, but he let me know that this kind of upholstery is notorious for that issue and not a lot can be done to prevent them. It would have been a chance for him to sell me on something else, but he was ethical enough to not sell something he knew would not work. I greatly appreciate his hard work, dedication to good service and honesty.

Very good service. I booked my appointment online and within 15 minutes, received a call from the detailer to discuss details of his visit. He was at my house, on time, on a Saturday morning. My truck (F250) was a little dirtier than I expect most vehicles are, but he cleaned every nook and crevice of my dashboard, center console, door jambs and seats. It looks better than it did coming off the showroom floor and I am definitely going to use this service again--once in the spring and once in the fall. I guess the name says it all...it's "All In The Details."

I was excited to see all of the positive reviews of All In The Details and excited to use them to detail the interior of my vehicle. I booked online and received a "Confirmed" email from them. I blocked my calendar accordingly a week in advance of this appointment. Strangely I receive a text the morning of the appointment and it asks me to confirm by pressing 1...then I receive a cancellation text 3 minutes later (I wasn't near my phone and wasn't aware of the first text). I text them back...and then call the main line. I explain my situation and it's clear that it is apparently all my fault...and it is obvious that I am inconveniencing them and the person on the other line. He had no interest in making this right...no apology for the issue...no "hey, these things happen...let's get you re-scheduled". I even stated that I want to be a paying customer...but he said they have all the customers they need. Eventually there was an effort to re-schedule...but it was clear that I was an inconvenience...not a customer or an opportunity to create a loyal customer...but basically keeping him from something else...and he hung up on me. Very odd indeed. Some businesses get it...some don't. This one clearly doesn't...assuming it is an actual business.

Anthony arrived on time for my appt. I had written down the time incorrectly and thought he was coming later. He offered to come back but I wanted him to do it then before expected rain. He patiently waited while I got everything out of my car. He was very accommodating with my timing error. This is the second time he has detailed my car. He did such a good job, adding in some extra services without changing, that I scheduled a monthly maintenance appt with him. He will come by monthly to clean the inside and hand wash the outside, applying wax as necessary. This is so convenient and the price is very affordable. It is wonderful not to have to take it somewhere to drop it off. And he carries everything necessary to do the job...water, electricity, etc. Highly recommend Anthony.

The owner did the detail on my car and did a fantastic job. I use my car for work, am constantly hauling around displays and such, and have 2 dogs who are always in the car. By the time he got done it looked brand new. Well worth the money.

Unfortunately, I cannot speak for the quality of All in the Details work; they cancelled on me minutes before my appointment time. This was after they sent me half a dozen email reminders on the week following up to the appointment. This was after I re-arranged a bit of my work schedule to be home so they would have easy access to my vehicle. Their offer to reschedule was 4-5 days out. I am not comfortable they would actually make that appointment, as they claimed to be having issues with their service van. There was no offer for a discount, but at least they were nice and courteous.
