Wanted to get the snow, ice and salt off my car. Paid for the most expensive option and car came out with snow and ice still on the car. Not even close to being clean! If I could give the place 0 stars I would. Drive the extra few miles to Delta Sonic.

Paid the most expensive wash $14 the cash didnt work, had to pay with card, then charged me tax, left my brand new truck covered in soap 19 degrees out cant go anywhere else to wash it off.... so mad

Paid $10 (cheapest option) and drying blower didn't work. A bit more expensive than other drive in car washes and not worth it if the car doesn't get dried afterwards!

You need to clean the pits. Smells like rotten eggs. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Left my windshield filthy.

I'm fairly sure this is a money laundering business. The cheapest wash is $10 and the most expensive is $64. You don't even get an air dry with the $10 one, so it's useless. Also no bathrooms, never going there again.

Ok if you spend enough the air dryers work otherwise you drip and dry. It leaves residue and streaks never dries good some film left on windshield and bug goo was still there

$10 and no blower. At first it felt like I was getting a really good bargain for my 10 bucks, but no blowers. I guess ten bucks doesn't qualify me for a dry car. Very disappointing.. With so many options in the area, I worry about the success of this place.

Very Overpriced(esp for the misleading "wash" horrible water spotting, feel as if i was dooped .. basically, same as spraying your car with a simple garden hose & no soap. Obviously they dont maintain the system.. prob never change the filters and spot free hard water in line system. Don't go

Paid $10 for a "Touchless Car Wash". Very ironic that it felt like my car didn't get touched and I paid $10 for a very mediocre 4 minute light show. Better off turning on the garden hose and letting my 6 year old spray it down.

$14 for an ultimate car wash gets you... water spots (maybe a problem with the reverse osmosis system). Pretty disappointed with the results (I'll post pics soon as I figure out how). Does a great job washing off the salt though. I'm not a fan of the drying process. You get 60 seconds to dry your car, but the overhead blowers don't reach the horizontal surfaces on my full-sized car to displace any water. The next car behind you starts their prewash while you still have 40 seconds to pull your car slowly through the drying stage. I won't be coming here again.

If I could have given this place ZERO stars, I would have. Don't waste your time or money going here. I got the $14.00 ultimate wash, and my car came out with shiny dirt! This wash did not remove the dirt from the body of the car, nor the wheel wells. When I called the owner to report this issue, he told me that it was probably too cold to wash my car. Really? It was 40 degrees out. If his car wash can't actually wash a car in 40 degree weather, then he is in the wrong business. He offered me nothing for my wasted time and money, except for an extremely rude and flippant attitude and response. Bottom line, go to another reputable car wash that actually stands by their products and services.

It ok. One time the card reader wouldn't read my debit, another time the blower didn't activate. I have suv with that fin over back window and that area doesn't get clean very well along with mirrors. It's convenient to get in and out.

This is not a well maintained facility. Your experience will be hit or miss. Card readers may not work reliably. Sprayers may not work evenly. Blowers may not blow consistently. These machines need TLC and this one doesn't get enough. And the loudspeaker announcements are unnecessary and annoying.

Beware....Apparently the $10 basic wash does not include the air dry. I can't say it clearly states that when you make the purchase. Thankfully I had towels on my car.

Would give zero stars. Negative stars actually, I just purchased the most expensive wash and the jets blasted into the fuel door and snapped it right off. I don’t drive a hoopty, I have a VW golf R. It’s was a 40k car new and I’ve used many washes like this such as the one in Cheektowaga on French road with no issue. I was not too close to the mechanism I was dead center. Called the number, no answer. Left a message. I will never come back to this wash. You owe me a new fuel door.
