Most of the clerks in here are awesome. I called this morning about something unrelated to their store and Angie was extremely helpful. I couldn’t find the number of the mailing store name or number that’s located in the same shopping center and she took time out of her busy schedule to get it for me. I do shop at this store weekly and this confirms why I do. Customer service goes a long way in my book! Plus they have great product.

Nice bakery rolls and breads. So so deli meats (not a fan of Deitz and Watson -- I prefer Boars Head). Good produce. Limited wine and spirits selection. NEVER been a fan of their beef, but it is arguably okay except perhaps for their filet mignon, which is NEVER from the most desirable parts of the filet. Nevertheless , a decent overall neighborhood market for everyday stuff. Great pharmacy with helpful staff. Lawrence in that department is a gem. Recommrnded.

We usually go here for our groceries and it always has what we need so we’re pretty much set. Today we went here to get a fruit tray pretty early in the morning and we already had a feeling they weren’t going to have it. I asked the lady who worked there named Reina? / Rayna? if they had any in the back and she responded that she was going to make some in 20 minutes. We were about to leave and then a worker named Thomas came along because of Reina and asked if we needed a fruit tray. He didn’t have to, but he still went out of his way to quickly prepare us a fruit tray so we could be on our way. Honestly, it truly is a blessing to have people such as Reina and Thomas here in this world. Truly appreciate it and much love, thank you 🙏 (Also the fruit tray was amazing)

I'm a fan of Albertson's for the following reasons: 1) their hot salsa has an admirable level of heat. If I have to buy salsa at a supermarket, I make my way here. 2) their cakes! Some of the best cakes I have tasted have come from Albertson's. 3) they season your meat...for free! Mine was seasoned in rosemary and lemon. I was at this particular Albertson's when I asked Joy from the Butcher department a question about a cut of beef. She not only answered the question, she helped direct me to great cuts of beef on sale and then offered to season my choice of beef, listing all their varieties. It could be that this is done at all the Albertson's but Joy made it feel that as a customer, this level of service and expertise was gladly given to each and every person who walked to her counter. Years ago Albertsons had an 8 piece bucket of chicken, side of potato salad or cole slaw and a loaf of French bread for a very low price. In today's economy, we sure could use that again!

Great place to shop! Has everything available on the shelves and in a very orderly manner. A little smaller than the other Albertsons around, which gives it a homely feel. Shoppers reflect this with a relaxed manner, and whereby, the manager, cashier, customers and carryout helpers actually talk to you. Pleasant experience. Even has a Starbucks. Try it! My elderly Mom who shops this store several times a week told me yesterday she wont be now due to rotten produce she has bought unknowingly. Also buttermilk marked with expiration date 7 days past purchase that was off. She threw it away as thr produce. Very dissappointed she said.

This review is mostly for their online shopping service, which I use every other week or so. Even though the ordering system states it could be hours until the order is ready, I usually get a text within minutes that they're already shopping it, and it's ready moments later...usually an hour or so before the stated time. Delivery to my vehicle is always within 5 minutes, and it's always by a smiling and friendly employee. Food quality is usually very good. Am happy all around.

Typically, I do not have an issue with most products from this store, but today...wow! For eight pieces of "baked" chicken we paid almost $11.00. Higher than others, but not really my issue with it. My issue is that when we opened the bag at home, the pieces of chicken were more the size of guinea hen thighs and breasts, or a severly anemic, miniature chicken. They were tiny, and not baked but rather overcooked and shriveled in addition to then being very dry because of the over cooking. Charge a fair price, and give your customers a decent product. And someone please speak to the deli....

This store is the rudest store with the worst customer service. They close early before closing time and she said she didn’t see me when she was standing at the door. All I needed was a thing of guacamole. It would’ve taken me two seconds to get to the register I won’t be back. I’ll find another place to shop and I will ask my wife to do the same. We don’t have to shop here. We can shop other places that will treat us better. On a Friday night they’re closing early anyways at 10 PM. They used to be open till 11 PM. I don’t know what that’s about.
