I had a really disappointing experience at the Albertsons near Target at the deli. I walked up to the counter ready to order food, and the male worker behind the counter completely ignored me. Despite making eye contact multiple times while he continued to come up to stock items, he didn’t acknowledge me or say a word back to me. I waited patiently for almost 10 minutes, and it was incredibly awkward and frustrating to be treated like I wasn’t even there. He walked to the back again and stared at me from the side of the room. Eventually, I gave up and walked away.

I came from New Orleans to visit friends and chose Albertson's to get supplies. After checking out, I saw the floral department and how beautiful and fresh everything was. I asked the florist, Ms. Vickie if she made them, and she told me she makes all of the arrangements. I talked to her while she made me a balloon bouquet for my friends, and what a delight she is. I wish I lived closer so she could make flower arrangements when I need them. Thanks for the conversation and for the beauty you create, Ms. Vickie. I hope Albertson's knows just how great you are!

09-22-2023 The cleanest store! You can smell the freshness. Shout out to Kriss in the bakery, he made my daughter cake idea come to life! Very good cake decorating handwriting. He’s my new go to for cakes! Kriss did it again y’all!! He made my other daughter cake!! It’s absolutely beautiful 💜 Ask for Kriss guys, you won’t be disappointed 10-3-2023 as you can see Kriss Does it all freehand any picture I bring is executed even better. I will add every cake I order.

Great customer service. They had a wide variety of products that I was looking for. Their ice cream selection is the biggest I seen out of all the Albertsons stores.

Love this place because they have cactus leaves in stock. HOWEVER, I ordered dandelion greens, turnip greens, mandarin oranges, and cactus leaves the other day for delivery. The dandelion greens and oranges were inedible. I couldn’t even feed the dandelion greens to my beardie. Brown and slimy in the bag, and the oranges were all rotted and mushy, leaking juice everywhere. How does that happen? The dandelion greens look like they had been stored in someone’s fridge drawer and forgotten about.

The butcher is cross contaminating raw chicken to everything including other meats and scales. Heres a pic of raw chicken on my wrapped final product. Plus they pull want you ask for from a box instead of whats in the cabinet. They will get people very sick with this practice.

Really good supermarket. Prices are reasonable and fair to the products. They have a big variety of everything. With the market usually they also have a pharmacy. Generally inside Albertsons they also have some other store or bank that is just right there to help out if you need to do something else then just shopping. Clean place, with good staff who are very helpful people.

This store needs a reset button....They need completely new management in this store, how do you have 1 or 2 cashiers only constantly especially on the weekends??? Theres never any managers working on the weekends either, the busiest times...... I asked recently why they lack the help/employees and i was told its because they are only allowed to schedule so many hours a week....ok so on your busiest day your telling me you can only schedule one or two cashiers based off of hours but have 11 registers? I call bs... Might as well take all those registers out and add more self checkouts because thats the only place you can get any help here these days. You see managers just standing in front of the registers too doing nothing while theres lines going back into the isles its insane, ive never seen anything like it anywhere besides aldi....after being a customer here for years i sadly will no longer be coming here, even checking out at target is easier.....i hope they are at least paying the employees here that are doing 3 peoples jobs at once a livable wage.

Does the lady thats been working customer service here Wilda ever have a day where she is not rude to people? Jesus this lady is something else...every single time i come in it never fails....shes more worried about yelling and being rude at others than her job at customer service....definetly wont be using this stores customer service ever again, lady has a bully vibe to her

Majority of supermarkets cannot hold a candle up to Albertson's bakery. These are their delicious chocolate chip cookies warmed up in the microwave. If you get them fresh, they are so delicious. They also have very festive items in their store during the holidays. Like their balloons and flowers that they sell on Valentine's Day.

Store clean and have everything you need.. I just felt like customer service sucks. I was at the deli section getting some fried chicken. The one guy with black cap was there didn't acknowledge me when I was there till some lady pointed it out. And when speaking to to guy with the black cap seem like he didn't want to be there. Couldn't barely hear what he was saying. I at first wanted the 8 piece mix but they were out and he said it was a 20 min wait. So I decide to change to 8 mix dark instead as I am not waiting 20 min as I was done shopping. The guy gave me a smirk remark saying I though you want the 8 piece mix. I just told the dude that'll im waiting 20 min. The guy is just negative. Also, in general everyone customer service is trash there.

I've ordered a German chocolate birthday cake here for at least the last 20 years. This year's cake was simply awful. The cake itself was dense and dry and almost tasteless except for a salty aftertaste. The icing was lacking coconut and again almost tasteless. One slice to sample and I threw the rest in the trash. I'll go to a real bakery from now on.

Their holiday floral dept had the most beautiful arrangements of so many different flowers. I bought some pink starfighter lilies for my nana (my aunt) and some paper whites for my mom bc those were her mothers favorite flower.
