My car looks brand new after taking it to Al's Auto Detail. Reason I took one star out is because the staff that received my car seemed like he was disappointed to see me or my car when I dropped it off. He said he wasn't expecting me and that he is expecting another customer to come around the same time. But my appt was scheduled, I even put a security deposit for it. Their schedule mix up isnt my fault. It wasn't a good first impression for coming there for the first time. But I'd say, they did a fantastic job with my car so I'm very happy with that. Although, I didn't feel welcomed coming here, I would still come back to this shop for future auto detail service because theyre really good with their job and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my filthy car in for a cleaning, and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. There was sooooo much dog hair, and other effluvia related to my dog, that took a lot of effort to get out. They did a great job getting it all, and the car looked like new when we picked it up. I was so pleased that I immediately booked another appointment for my other car. I know Al's will make it look good as new, too!

Al is incredibly professional. I’ve had 2 cars done by him so far full detail, wash and wax. Both times he’s knocked it out of the park even when up against my dogs during their summer shedding months! Al was a pleasure to work with. He greeted us with a cheerful attitude early in the morning. We got 2 cars detailed. He did an amazing job and the both the cars. It felt like we were walking out with new cars. Very happy with the result. He’s an expert in his trade, passionate and has a cheerful attitude. We also really appreciated that gave us a 45 mins notice before the cars were ready.

This is a wonderful business! I had my car detailed here a few years ago with a different owner, but was glad that the quality and professionalism now are still excellent. The services were described in detail (no pun intended), and I knew exactly what was being done and the cost beforehand. My car is very happy after his spa day! I am very pleased with the level of service we received from Enrique. The car came out super clean. He did a thorough job steam cleaning the carpets and leather, cleaning the interior, and the over detailing of the vehicle. The clay and wax had made the exterior smooth as glass. I recently had an exceptional experience with Als Auto Detailing and need to share it. The technician made the drive from Vallejo to Concord just to assist with my request, which already went above and beyond. I was dealing with water damage in my car and called Als for a detailing service, expecting a significant expense. However, upon inspection, he realized a deeper issue and advised that a specialized carpet cleaning service would be more effective and economical. Enrique did a fabulous job detailing two of our cars. He came to us and completed both cars in a couple of hours. I really wish I had taken before and after pictures to show you what a great job he did. He also restored the headlights on our son's car. What a difference! They where yellow and cloudy. They are clear and ready to shine. We definitely recommend their services.

I had a ceramic coating done as well as a windshield hydro treatment done yesterday. Today it rained and the water just beaded away. Almost as if it hadn’t rained at all. Enrique was very professional, did a great job and delivered the car when promised. I would use his service again. This photo is after it rained and I did not dry it. I can tell this service will make washing the car much easier.

Highly recommended! I have been looking for a detail/paint correction/ceramic coating place for a while. There are many places out there but Enrique caught my attention. He is very passionate and talented at what he does. My black Mercedes-Benz had a lot of spirals and scratches and I didn’t have very high expectations. Enrique removed all scratches and made my Benz look showroom new. He exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable and takes pride at what he does. True craftsman!

I cold called this gentleman asking for a quote on an inside detail for my F350 based on online reviews hoping for the best. It was a last minute request as I wanted him to come out the very next morning. He said he had other customers and would get back to me but he gave me an affordable quote. Luckily he was able to come out the next morning. I’m here traveling for work and I’m staying at a hotel. He came out we discussed my expectations and he went to work. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of work! The attention to detail and time spent was bar none. This man has a customer for life! You will be hard pressed to find someone who is better than this man right here!

He arrived punctually, explained the work to be done, put up a sun shield canopy over the car and got to work. We are beyond pleased with the results on our beloved 2017 VW GTI SE! Did an excellent job on my car. My car was in need of a deep interior & exterior cleaning and another detailer kept canceling on me. Enrique was able to get be booked right away and was very communicative throughout. After he was done, my car looked brand new. The after photos doesn’t do justice — looks so much better in person.
