Had a great morning at Advance Auto parts. I purchased a battery last night online and I came in to get it installed today. It was about 9am and Monica was working the counter this morning. See informed me that I would have to wait until 1230pm before someone would be able to install it for me. This was disappointing seeing as though 1230 is right in the middle of the day, I would have to stop whatever it was I was doing to come back out here to have my battery installed. Not to mention the current condition of my old battery. Thankfully, I had an associate who cared about the customer, Monica didn't just give me the information and let it go. She actually thought about what she could do for me and what she wasn't able to do for me, and she realized that she had another employee available who could install my battery for me? She moved from behind the counter, went to the door check to see if he was still there and thankfully Jesse was on his way in From the parking lot. After that everything moves kind of fast she got the battery out signed the receipt gave the battery to Jesse. I followed Jesse out to the car. He installed it in about 10 minutes and Flexxy was ready to go. I just wanted to thank Monica and Jess, both for going above and beyond to assist me. They saved me a lot of time and a lot of headache by being able to fix my battery right away. Thanks guys

An older gentleman kindly helped to change our wiper blades. One of the blades was incorrectly packaged. He went back inside and quickly made the exchange. I was also able to pickup a cabin air filter. So far, so good with all of the items I purchased. I appreciated the easy and professional checkout experience.
