Terrible!!! I never seen a more pitiful example of customer service. The manager was out back chatting with someone on his personal cell phone while 2 barely trained sales associates attempted to handle the customers they had. All the while the store is filled with people waiting for help. I counted 12 customers not including myself waiting. I called in earlier to ask for a part to be pulled aside and his reply "I can't do that, there's a line of people ahead of you." Then when i finally get to the counter the sales associate didn't know how to do a return. If i hadn't worked there before i wouldn't have been able to do it myself. I still had to ask a manager to put his number in to process my return. And lastly the other sales associate was holding a full on conversation with a customer about football instead of finishing the sale quickly, in order to help the next person. Just terrible. If i could curse them out on here i would.

The employee Justin (Valley St Manchester NH) was amazing. Super knowledgeable when it comes to any motors really&is looking out for the customer just as much as his drive to make the company a buck. Richard was very pleasant and helpful. I felt embarrassed that I had an issue opening the oil I had just purchased, and he totally deflected and claimed that it was hard for him as well. Quick in-and-out for unanticipated need and left feeling as though I did business with a friend :-)

Awesome location & great staff that assisted as soon as I walked in the door! If on the clock I highly recommend speaking with NATE about any of your automotive questions. This particular associate not only saved me money, but was able to give me a recommended solution to my vehicle, the funny part is THIS MAN DIDNT EVEN NEED TO LOOK AT MY CAR TO GIVE THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS!!!!! I would say he knows his stuff! THANKS NATE!!!!!!!

So if I could give there customer service skills a 0 I would Nate & Ray are the 2 people that don't have customer service skills at all, there return policy should be at there check out or u should be told u can't return electronic parts, and nate good job at lying about the box that was giving to me the same way as I was trying to return it if u looked at ur cameras u would see that u are a lier and should be reppermanded for lying to corporate cause I called u out on ur skills that's why u lied to Corp about the box, I will bring my business to ur competition and be treated like a customer should. To all I wouldn't even bother going to this place u won't be treated like a customer go to O'Reillys in Goffstown on Mast rd way better!!!!

They need to change the manager is very racist. I bought a light for my car and they gave me the wrong one. I asked him to change it for the correct one and he told me that it cannot be changed. He treated me in an inappropriate manner and was very disrespectful. The next day I went to the other Advance auto store that is on S Willow St and they treated me very well. I explained the case that happened to me at the Advance auto store on Pine St. They told me that he was not correct and they solved the problem. They changed the light for the one I needed and they were kinder.

Store hours are until 9pm.. all the lights are on and the doors are locked at 8:30... i seriously needed a part for my car so i can continue driving for uber. And now im going to lose out on rides for the rest of the night. Who ever felt that it was imperative to close early for selfish reasons just completely messed up my night! Thanks a lot! 🫵👎

Old white guy, must be the manager there because he seems higher up… specifically recommended me headlights that would supposedly work for my car “because aftermarket ones work for Subarus” but did not when I TRIED to install them. Did not plug them in or anything because they did not fit to begin with. Yet he claims he would never have recommended them and cannot do any returns even with a receipt on electrical products when I know it was him. Guy needs to retire.
