Helpful staff let me take my time finding the accessory belt I needed when it was going on a custom setup. Went back to buy a battery a couple days later and once I got home, I realized they sold me a two and a half year old dead battery. Be careful.

I neglected to get the name of the VERY nice young man who was working in the new Advance Auto (on the corner of N. Main and Lexington Ave. in High Point) on the Friday before Christmas. But he was so helpful when I went there to get antifreeze for my 2000 Toyota 4runner, so here's my shoutout to him and thumbs up for Advance Auto.

I purchased brakes from another location and the gentleman sold me the wrong ones. I went to this location as it was closer to my home and they quickly returned the brakes. They sold me the correct ones. There was a price difference, but they didn't make me pay any more money. They gave excellent service!!

MAGNIFICENT customer service! Stopped in to get some wheel covers & not only was I given an awesome deal but the manager, Joe, actually took off my old ones & put on the new ones for me right there in the parking lot!! As a single woman, automotive stores & parts can be confusing, but with employees like him I have nothing to fear any longer. This will be my new home whenever I need something for my car. Thank you so much Joe!!

1 walk in Advance Auto around 1pm September 25 on crutches, I walked every lane twice, there where work all around and No one as can they help me so I left out and went to AutoZone. I only can imagine how they would had treat me if I was in my wheelchair.

Store #04090 is great, and I would return over and over. When I arrived , Landon opened the door for me, immediately greeted me and asked what he could assist me with. I let him know what I was looking for and he took me right over to the aisle and showed me the different versions and told me which one he thought would be best , even asked what color I preferred. Once we selected the item, he promptly checked me out and got me signed out for speed perks. He explained the benefits and let me know exactly how they work. If I ever need anything else, I’ll make sure to visit this store!

Consistently worst service of any local location. I've been laughed at because the person helping me was ignorant. Stopped by today to buy a quart of oil, but with three employees in the store, two were too busy on their phones and the other was too busy picking an online order to assist the only customer in the store. I have a hard time understanding why this store in particular has rude and dismissive staff.

It's a nice place to go shopping for car accessories or parts. They are cheap, well kept, clean and courteous. I've always had pleasant experiences here. The staff is nice and helpful and they usually always have what I need or something close to it that will work. Great job Advance auto parts keto up the good work guys and gals. I will def be coming back and taking others to join me.

The staff are friendly enough, but they lost a star because sometimes this store doesn't have something as simple as a bolt for a recent model Ford. I seem to have trouble finding certain bulbs here too, and they don't even seem to be able to order the stuff they don't have in stock either anymore. Literally sent me to a home hardware store because this company can't even get certain parts for cars to sell me. Maybe if they kept more things we needed in stock, or at least available for order, Advance Auto Parts wouldn't be closing so many stores lately. You're just turning away people trying to buy things from you, and I can't imagine that's good for any retailer in the long-term.

The employee that was at the front with the earpiece and wears glasses around 3pm today august 31st was rude when we came to the front for 2 items to replace on the car. It's no reason to be rude if you had a bad day, please treat other with kindness and also be aware how your energy can affect customers. Update: the same employee mentioned above, gave us the wrong item replacement we requested for our car.

Went to do battery bounty. Staff had no idea if they took batteries if not bought new car battery. Also staff after being told they do take cores had no idea how to ring up $10 credit on a store Gift Card, also after calling 2 mgrs. They had no clue where gift cards were kept for this battery bounty core credit. Yeah I made them call the 2 mgrs on day off now staff know how to do it. But training obviously lacking what else does staff not know about their jobs? DO BETTER ADVANCED AUTO & MGRS TRAIN YOUR STAFF! I can get better service from McDonald's!
