Your interiors will still have streaks. Not cleaned properly. Maybe they don't specialize in interior cleaning. I don't know but won't be going there again.

So bad…. Never more…. They don’t care at all , 15$ to leave dirty more then you go in… the Soap at the exit and didn’t dry at all…. Avoid this people… there are cheaper and better then this

If I could give zero stars, I would! We have 3 vehicles and have been subscribers for over 10 years. The self vacuums have been broken for the last 4 months. Today, I waited in line to have my car washed for 10 minutes and the line of 8 cars did not move. I asked what was going on and they said the machine was down and had no idea for how long. I'm not sure why they were letting people add to the line when it wasn't working. I backed out and left. I called to speak to the manager and was told they were busy in another building. I left a message for the manager to call me when finished, which they never did. About 40 minutes later, the girl who I left the message with called me back to say that the wash was now working and they ordered new parts for the vacuums last week. I would not go here, this owner is fairly new and it has been in disrepair since it was purchased.

Went to them several times over the years and never had a worse experience. Took the car in for a wash and they told me to leave the car parked by orange vacuum at the pull up and leave the keys inside. I go in, pay for the car wash, buy an air freshener and waited until the car was ready - which was quick in 15-20 minutes (and great experience until then, with customer service and everything else) car gets ready, I go out and sit, the gentleman asked if everything looked clean and I respond yes it looks great, and even tipped their tip box because of the hard work they do. I start to drive (still inside their lot) and realize the side view mirror was off (no big deal, let’s adjust it) so I parked in their lot and tried to adjust it. It started skipping as if something was stopping it from working, so I rolled down the windows and realized the mirror was loose and coming off. So I go back within 2 minutes of being still in their lot and told the employee that the side view mirror is broken because I can’t adjust it. At first he said, they don’t have any warranty on breakage and that mirrors and windshield can break during the car wash (never heard that, have gotten many washes) I asked them why they didn’t fold the side view mirrors before taking it inside the wash and he had nothing to say. I told him I need something done because it’s going to cost me hundreds of dollars, and to which he said let me talk to the manager. He goes inside and brings a piece of paper and (2) other guys come up and start pushing the mirror back in saying “it’s just snap it’s just snap” and it never snapped back maybe only made it worse and left fingerprints all over the glass with no courtesy to clean it after getting a wash. The guy goes inside after filling out the paperwork and I’m waiting in my car for him to return. This girl comes up to me and says “please move your car to the back we are trying to close” and I told her I’m waiting on the guy to bring me a copy of the paper he filled out and she said what paper? And I responded “my side view mirror is broken after the wash” and she goes “when did you get the wash?” I said “just now, literally few minutes ago” and she goes “okay yeah just move the car back we have to close” then I waited 10 minutes, and went inside to see all the employees discussing the incident and the girl that asked me to move the car was also there, giggling as if it is a joke to damage other people’s property. I asked her where the guy was and she said he’s making a copy, I see the paperwork on the table in front of me and told her this is the copy I can just take a picture and leave, and she said he’s almost done, not wanting me to take a picture of the original paper filled out. And because of her tone and her attitude I asked her her name, she said Dana. Now the guy is back with the copy, maybe it wasn’t filled out properly so he wrote it down again - no worries, I take the copy and asked what’s next, they said the manager will call in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS after investigating all the cameras to see what happened. Okay, so I asked for the manager’s information to reach out if I don’t hear back, the guy says the manager’s name is DANA. So I asked again, same girl that was here? And he goes yes she can’t help you right now because we are closing. He also said she’s one of the managers, so I asked who’s the other manager and he said Ramy and gave me their generic business card with no manager info on it. I am writing the review in detail because it JUST happened, and it is NOT okay to take your car for a wash and leave with an added expense only because they did not close the mirrors before the wash. I hope they do the right thing and take care of what they broke. Accidents happen at work, but at least acknowledge, apologize and assist. Hoping to hear from the manager in regards to this being resolved.

Decent spot, probably won’t be back due to how they treated my personal items in the car. Had a perfectly pressed blazer in my back seat when I went through full service, came out and it was thrown around in my back seat wrinkled as hell, like how? Now I get to take a trip to the dry cleaners.

Not worth it. I paid for the $33 full service car wash. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. They only took 10 minutes for what is supposed to be a full service. The rags they were using weren't fully dry and the back seat of the car smells like wet rag. Interior was not even cleaned properly. I came here because I was also considering doing a full detail to my car but just don't do it, find another place.

I got a $30 car wash for $15 from Groupon. The exterior looked really nice but the interior wasn't that good. I'd say it was worth the price that i paid, but not the original value they claimed.

Kind, trustworthy people who clean inside and out for $30. The profit of the business goes to two different local non-profits. Also, Juan is awesome. He always goes the extra mile to get the dog hair off my seats and my dash. Love this place!

The wash was fine. I left my keys in the middle of my console when everything was done and I drove off I went to grab my keys and they completely were broken apart and no one told me anything. I went back told the manager and he went to find pieces. He brought me pieces and then told me that he could not give me anything for the inconvenience other than air fresheners. Air fresheners? Seriously? He laughed it off, told me to have a good day and would not reimburse me or anything for the huge inconvenience. He did not care. 0/10 super disappointed and will not be coming back.

Update: went second time Service was fast but not up to the mark, not professional, left unclean lot of places. They did a decent job. Waiting area is good, though the service was fast. You can find a Groupon for this place. It has like 30$ worth service for 15$. Included : Exterior wash Windows Vacuuming Dust dash Doors and console Carnauba Flash Wax Total Shine Presoak WeatherGuard (total surface protectant)

Friendly and hard working staff with a very nice inside to wait for your car in. My complaint unfortunately was the final product. I got the best package available and my car looked like it would if I just cleaned out real quick myself. These pictures were taken immediately after the service.

I just want to out give a shout out to the two ladies who cleaned the car after it came out of the wash today. I have seriously never had a better car wash for $26 then what these ladies did. Not a speck of dust. Windows weren't smudged. They wiped off every nick and cranny.

Mucho Poquito: The worker said I didn’t pay enough, so he didn’t clean my car the way it was supposed to be. I was in a rush, so I paid for the Better Wash — $15 plus a $5 tip. When I asked the worker to wipe the car, he yelled and said, “Mucho Poquito.” I’ve been bringing my cars, SUVs, and trucks to this place for hand car washes. To be fair, the hand washes are good, but expensive. However, after today’s experience, you’ve lost my business. I will not be coming back. I paid $20 and was treated like I only paid for a $5 car wash. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this "Mucho Poquito" really messed up my day.

Honestly breaks my heart to write this review after coming to this location for over 5 years. After saving for a new car for 2 years, I was assured it would be fine going through the wash. I was shocked when i came outside to see my window stripping ripped off and the wheel frame completely gone. I was told they were not liable for any damages to the vehicle and was given an email to the manager—who never responded. I paid $1800 out of pocket to get it replaced and came back again the next month because I have always loved coming here, and asked for a hand wash and for the car to not go through the wash. Recently they started charging me almost double for the hand wash because the car was too dirty—the first time i was confused, but understood, we had just moved and had packing boxes in and out if the car, so I was happy to pay the extra. 3 weeks later I returned, with hardly any debris on the floor and hardly any dirt on the outside of the car, I was told your car takes us too long to clean and we have to charge you almost double. Very unprofessional and as a single mother to three trying to keep up with a clean car by coming regularly, I’m sorry to say I will not be returning after how I was spoken to and treated.

No reason to pay for more than basic. I specifically picked this place because they claimed to have undercarriage washing. Got the “Best” package. Come out of the wash and look under the car - bone dry. Took a picture. All the salt from the road is still visible everywhere. I let them know, they give me a free rewash. Come out again - still bone dry and dirty from road salt. Took another picture. The second time I did take a better look at their tunnel. I could not see the undercarriage wash nozzles anywhere. I’m convinced it’s a scam that they even list it as one of the features. They know they’re selling a service they don’t even provide. Complete BS. 2 stars just because for a basic wash it wouldn’t be a bad place to go. They are friendly and do a nice hand dry at the end.
