VERY nice, helpful, conscientious and professional employees who go out-of their way to assist you. I'm handicapped so often I need assistance loading purchases into my vehicle and the young ppl at this store did that for me. This store's selection of horticulture-related products as well as their selection of tool implements is a benefit too. I defenseless would recommend this store

I LOVE Ace Hardware. One of the last businesses that still runs like an “old school” small town hardware store. There’s always someone there to answer questions and help you find things and the ACTUALLY know what they’re doing. I don’t care if it’s a little more than Amazon. It’s worth being able to get what you need right away and have a seasoned employee to help you pick the right thing.

They really are the place with the HELPFUL hardware folks! Never have I ever spent more than 5 minutes looking for something - without an employee asking if they can help, or if they don't approach me? Gosh is it *easy* to find someone... Compare this to big box stores where you get accosted at first, but then you can never find anyone when you actually do need assistance. Special shout-out today to Sam! (pretty sure that was her name) who was stocking the fasteners. I was mounting a new license plate, when the dealership had obviously did a couple "there, I fixed it" - type modifications. She spent a lot of time helping me find something that would work. Even letting me run out to the parking lot a couple times to see if the bolts would fit. Really above and beyond! 👏 👏 👏

I absolutely love shopping at Ace Hardware Stores. The employees are always very nice, somebody always asks me if I need help, which is something that you don't get at the bigger stores. BUT, when your store is such an absolutely disorganized mess as this Ammon store is it's really hard to support you. We called a week and a half ago to see how long the wait was for a lawn mower service. We were told to bring it in yesterday which was a Monday and that it would be worked on first thing Tuesday. When we showed up no one had a record that we were supposed to be in there. And later in the day we received a phone call saying that it would be 3 weeks to change our blades. I had surgery on my arm and only have the use of my left arm right now. Thankfully with the help of my 6-year-old, I was able to get the blades that I needed at Lowe's and change it in 10 minutes. I really like supporting local, but as far as this store goes, this is the last straw for me.

Top notch location for anything that involves yard work or hardware. Recently just upgraded my weed eater and I am happy with the results totally worth it and easy to use and work on plus my lover has been able to use it no problem. I totally recommend even just walking around in the store, addictive but I guarantee you that you will see some things that you will need or want at least!

The staff was so helpful..I felt like I was looking for a needle in a haystack. But they came to my aid and we were able to find the correct bolts, size, threads, and enough of them to complete the job and I didn't have to step foot in Home Depot where I wouldn't have gotten such personalized assistance and on Christmas eve

There are a lot of positive things about Ace hardware. The very best thing is that a customer service person is easy to find and they always know what aisle to turn you to to get what you need. Second it’s not humongous and they generally have what you need. Third it’s quick and easy. Fourth they have a great selection of Traeger stuff and Also weber grill stuff. Ace is the place.

I love this store in particular because it's smaller, the people who work there are always super helpful & friendly, and a lot of them are very knowledgeable in certain areas. Ace is notorious for being more expensive than its competitors, however to me it's extremely worth it for the convenience, help from the staff, and their impressive size of inventory. OH! And they're open on Sundays, too!!!

Recently purchased a part for a bathroom repair that I was told I could take back if the packaging was still usable. The part ended up being too small for what I needed, and when I took it back, was told that because there was a drop of water on the part that could be seen through the packaging, the part was not refundable. The packaging was in good condition. It was the same clerk that had helped me before. I’ve shopped at Ace many times over the years but I value honestly as a consumer. I’m sure Cal Ranch will be more than happy to take the my future business.
