I used them about a month ago. Great communication by staff. Had my car interior looking brand new after I helped someone move from the city. My car looked crazy before. They took everything out, put it into a box, wiped everything down, gave me the box to keep or throw, vacuumed my floors. Will be using them again in the future

I had an Uber passenger throw up on my back seats. I just got the car a week prior. I went to a place on Central Ave and they wanted an appointment. Will always continue to do business with him and refer him to my business associates and family. Reviews are focused on the quality of the services provided. Not to bash a business for playing music. Did she even look at the business service hours? Take that up with your landlord or his.....since the landlord loves him and appreciates all the upgrades done to the establishment. My car was in such a bad state that I didn't know if it could even be cleaned. This man performed a miracle to clean out mold from the upholstery, the floors, the walls, dash, and even the trunk. The car looks better than the day I bought it. Justin was timely, professional, and communicated when he'd need extra time or needed to do anything beyond what we originally discussed. Justin is AMAZING! His detail of organization from removal of personal property making sure nothing removed internally is ruined and placed in a sterile bin for safe keeping until their placed back neatly in the vehicle is impecable. He vacuumed, scrubbed and air blasted hard corners in the vehicle for dirt removal. He removed stains, gum, stuck candy in between the seats even the dog hair! Not one spec of hair in my vehicle! He washed and removed all the mud that was caked on my vehicle including the trickle of stains left from winter storms. He scrubbed and pressure washed my tires that went from copper brown to shiny chrome! I’ve not seen my tires so shiny nor my rims looking so new since I bought my vehicle a year ago. His finishing touch was a wax that left my vehicle so shiny and beautiful. Thank you Justin 5 STARS to you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Found A1 on Google and decided to give it a try since it was close to my apartment. It was my first time getting my car detailed. Booked online about a hour before the appointment no problem. Justin did an excellent job at a very fair price. He even removed a water stain where the sunroof had leaked and also removed a sticker that I wanted to get rid of. I was especially impressed with how well the wheels turned out, because I’ve always struggled with getting them clean. The car looks as good as the day I bought it!

I had the premium interior detail service and I would recommend A1 based on my experience. What I appreciated was Justin and his team were friendly, knew their stuff, accommodated a couple of special requests they didn't need to, and they were diligent. They really do care about their work! A1 is less expensive than other places but I think that's only because Justin is ramping up his business. I would rather go to a detailer who cares about their work and is easy to work with than a franchise that's just churning out detailed cars. Note that there are no frills - no customer waiting lounge, no free coffee, etc. just to manage your expectations. The location may also give you pause, but it was fine for me. I waited for 2 hours just hanging out and not once did I feel unsafe (I'm male though). It's right across from an Italian community center so there's plenty of traffic.
