My entire family goes to wish wash for oil changes, minor repairs (only because we haven't needed major work done -yet), and of course the car wash! Always a friendly and very helpful staff. I trust their advice if I need something replaced or repaired. Recommend their service to everyone.

I've been searching for a full-service car wash and detail service for a month. This is the place! I'm pretty sure Matthew McConaughey's cousin detailed my car. They did a nice job inside and out. Highly recommend this carwash.

I went to Wish Wash to have my eighteen year old Honda Accord cleaned. It is in good condition inside and out as I have faithfully care for it. I had emptied everything out of the trunk, passenger compartment, glove box and console, floor mats and all else to present the best opportunity for the best results. I ordered the $49.99 Super Interior Clean. The car was washed and waxed using the automated equipment then moved to beneath a canopy where a few people went to work on it. When finished the exterior of the car looked exceptional! While driving the car home I noticed a few unimpressive results: interior glass had streaks and was not incompletely cleaned; the environmental air vents and directional fins where dusty as were the switches, control knobs, radio, black trim in the speedometer box. Somebody cleaning had forgotten the idea of super cleanness. The speedometer panel and steering wheel still had grime and dust on it. The top of the center floor console was poorly cleaned. All interior vinyl or plastic was to receive a protecting treatment. It appears many of the black areas and steering wheel and steering column were missed and other areas had only a thin application of vinyl treatment. The interior of the doors, the door frames, the carpet and seats, front and back, looked good. Later I called the telephone number on the receipt and spoke with the manager, Kenny. He was professional and polite and apologized for the substandard work that my car had experienced and invited me back to do a better job. I returned and he took my car back to the interior cleaning area. In about an hour my car was returned with great results that reflected what should have been in the first place! I want to add that I appreciate the manager's rectification of my unhappiness. During both visits all Wish Wash personnel where very friendly, respectful and professional. My biggest gripe is the aggravation it caused me for a substandard result on my first trip, and at the followup trip - it was a n unhappy waste of about three and half hours of my time, time that can't be refunded or replaced. I suggest you give Wish Wash a try as I believe that they truly care about making sure you receive what you expect. Hang on to you receipt and call the manager, Tony, if you are unhappy.

My truck got stuck in the middle of the car wash. I found the man on the register and he was able to get the track moving again but the wash stopped so my truck was not finished. They kindly let me go back through, no charge. They do a good job cleaning inside and out.

second time here and twice I am unhappy with the service I paid for.Just went in for a car wash. Got $13 W2 Exterior plus wheel deal cleaning. Absolute rip off. There was still dirt on my hood. Tires were still dirty after they cleaned them in the drying and tire cleaning area. The free vacuums offered are terrible. Not only did they not clean my wheels properly, but they got the oily spray all over my vehicle. I had to leave from that car wash and go spend more money at a self service wash to finish the job correctly. Don’t waste your money or time. I recommend wash werks on 9 mile road.

I bring my Subaru here for every oil change. They do a great job. Fair prices too. They check my air pressure and all the fluids in my car that I don’t keep up with. After the oil change they do a great job washing and cleaning my car too. I give them five stars!!! I will definitely return for the next oil change.

Edited to add, the guy used the multipurpose cleaner on the windows. NOT a specific glass cleaner, thus causing the damage to the tint. I've used this location for years and never had a problem. However, today I took my new (to me) car in. They used harsh chemicals on the window tinting which trashed the tint and then tried to tell me they didn't do it. When I went in, I could see out the driver's window and when I left I could not. Will never go there again

Came here today for an oil change and it absolutely lived up to the great reviews. George was such a sweetheart! After finishing up with my oil change, George offered to fill the air in my spare tire as he noticed that it was triggering a notification light on my dashboard. He also helped me to remove my cargo box from the top of my car so I wouldn't miss out on the complimentary car wash that came with the oil change. At first I was ready to just forgo the car wash but I sure am glad George insisted that I'd be missing out if I did. Got my car washed and even had the inside vacuumed by their excellent team. And to top it off, we got a 25% military discount off the whole kit n kaboodle. Really great experience, ty!

Awesome! We had 5 car washes elsewhere that couldn't get some gunk off. We went to Wash N Go and a nice guy took a look at the gunk and checked to see if he could get it off with some solution and he did. He said they could clean it with the cheapest wash. He didn't try to upsell, it was great. I wish I would've gotten his name but he was tall, trim, has long sandy blonde hair and was wonderful! Thanks to him, we will get all of our car washes here!

Polite and efficient. I picked up a dog this morning and he pooped in the back seat😭. Unfortunately, after I dropped him off, I had to leave the car for 3 hours before I could get it to the car wash. I had cleaned it up the best I could, but it needed a real cleaning. This is the only car wash I have used in the last 10 years. I’ve never been disappointed. They did an excellent job, and with a good attitude. And yes, I tipped them appropriately. This was above and beyond.

Went in for an oil change and Richard changed my oil I also asked him to check all the air in my tires, he was very polite told me about the car wash, I was going to skip it because he said I had 2 weeks to use it, but I decided to just go ahead and do it, was very glad I did. Tim rinsed off my car and directed me in also very polite, told me to pull around if I wanted it vacuumed, I did this also and WOW 🤩 what a good job these guys did, I didn’t get their names, but they did a fantastic job, even cleaned my floor mats, they definitely have a repeat customer here and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much to those hard working guys

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! This is my only car wash since moving here in 2005. I purchased $100 for future washes during a sale. I asked if they would be closing. They told me no! I pulled in today and told that my card is no longer valid. They added “AJ’s to their name and screwed loyal customers. VERY BAD BUSINESS!

The team at AJ’s did an amazing job cleaning my car today. Thet were able to get out the dog hair from the carpet and removed dirt stains from the seats. They even removed my truck May and cleans it and vacuum underneath. Austin’s attention to deal is impressive. I will be taking my car back again l.

When I got to AJs I was greeted with a big smile and lots of kindness. I had been having a terrible day and needed some throw up from my dog cleaned out of my car. They washed the outside too, which they did not have to do, and everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous to me. The woman in the waiting room gave me the TV remote and I was able to walk around the building and get some snacks from the gas station there. Great service overall 🙌

I've been using their service for years. Friendly staff. Couple days ago I went and the brush ripped the driver side mirror off my Tacoma. The owner told me they will not cover the damage because my truck is old and they have a policy of not covering damages for vehicles older than 5 years. So, if you have a car is more than 5 years old, beware of this.

Came to the car wash today and there was a smile child directing me to come into the car wash that did not know what he was doing. Plus, I almost popped my tire because of it then I had attitude with I guess his father and then when I tried to explain it to his mother That she had the attitude that she does not want to be a psychologist for me because she doesn’t have time for that bad bad review. I do not like these people. I recommend that you stay clear from them because they are the worst and most unprofessional team I have ever come across. I will never come back here, and I will spread the word of their un Professionalism

This place used to be nice and the prices were good. It’s gone down hill since new owners came in. Prices went to double, and the place is disgusting. Looks like no one cares about it. They don’t have a working card machine and can’t print a receipt. I am surprised they are still in business. Pensacola has much better options for a decent car wash.

Overall disappointed. I opted for the premium outside only with the wax and ceramic coating. The sides and wheels look great, but the top and hood are still dirty. What's the point of wax over dirt? There's a clear outline of dirt on the outside of where the windshield wipers are. It was also supposed to include a tire shine. basically just wasted $20, wish I had gone to Zips.
