Really bad customer service if I could give zero starts I would this lady here is so rude and has no customer service or communication skills whatsoever I went to pump gas and got confused with the pump number she knew from the start that I was not in number 3 but instead in number 1 and proceeded to add the money to pump 1 when I went back in ask told her that the pump was not working she stated is already on I then went back to pump 1 and still not working and then realized that I was not in Pumped 3 and moved to Pumped 3 and try pumping gas and was not working I went back inside for the third time and in a Rude way stated you moved why did you moved and I was like because I was in Pump 1 not 3 and she continue to say that I was the one that said Pump 3 when I was at Pumped 1 and I told her if you knew why didn’t you say something she when on to say because I don’t have to thats your problem like whaaat everyone can get confuse but if you know a customer is wrong and still proceeded to add the money in the wrong pump I’m sorry but your the real problem to society!!!

Had an employee tell me that they close at 3 AM yet plenty of people pumping gas everything on the Internet says they’re open 24 hours and the employees still just sitting there playing on his phone so are we open or not? I’ve been here way later than 3 plenty of times but this new employee seems to not want to do his job.

Got a $20 out of the ATM to wash my car, the clerk gave me change for a $10 ($5 bill and 5 singles) I noticed after turning around and immediately went back and explained I gave him a $20 from the ATM in the store and he held up a $10 Bill, the ATM doesn’t give $10 bills out. I don’t have time to argue about 10 bucks but either the ATM stole from me or the clerk did. Either way I’m not washing my truck here or getting gas again.

Conveniently located on the corner of Marathon St. and N. Western Ave with a self-service carwash, vacuums and an air pump available. Expect heavy traffic and delays during peak hours throughout the week. The carwash and fuel are both reasonably priced, carwash accepts bills, cards or tokens from the exchanger on the wall facing the gas pumps and will not take coins. The fuel pump space and the store itself is rather small so parking spaces aren't available. They have a public restroom which is on the side of store, ask the cashier for the key. Overall, 4 stars! I recommend this location.

I pumped gas for 5 dollars. 1 gallon. Just as a test. After pulling the pump out there was no sign of gas leaking from the pump. Then I checked my mile per gallon left and it didn't change one bit. It looks like I got robbed. Don't trust this Gas station.

Good prices for a premium first-rate fuel. You can get a better rate if paying coins. Usually an open spot to gas up quick - takes coins at the register or credit at the pump for faster fillup.

The manager is rude. Her name is “Maria” was asking her how does the Kickback work because I wanted to pay at the pump…but she ignored me and told me just to scan it in there. Also she wouldn’t look to see what pump number my cars at. She was also rude to customers behind me as well. She has fake blonde hair, short and chubby older lady. (Got the pic from another bad review about her-same lady that I’m talking about)

DISGUSTING! This has for a long time been my local place to wash the car. Usually I go in and grab a snack afterwards but this all ends today. Went in and was grabbing a chicken sandwich. Took a bite and when about to take bite two I noticed the strange taste, I look down and see green and blue. Whole thing was moldy. My guess is the rest of their “fresh” food is the same

When walked in and asked a question at the register,lady playing on her phone didnt even acknowledge my existence, when I spoke up and said HELLOOO she yelled that she is not working. She was the only person inside. I guess no one is working at that station.

Today I came across a problem when I was washing my truck when I put 5 wash tokens into the machine and they didn’t work due to coins being stuck in the machine I went and asked the rocket employee and she told me everything was good and that she hadn’t gotten any complaints from any of the bays I told her if she can help me and she told me no and only offered me a dollar back with an attitude and just being rude I am a regular here and I don’t know why this person is still working there knowing how many reviews there is on her she needs to be placed somewhere else or removed from the store I don’t care if she remembers me from this review it’s not cool I’ve gone here for the last 14 years that I’ve lived in the neighborhood and haven’t ever had a problem except with her big shoutout to the guy I circled in blue he’s a neighborhood friend and really represents rocket the correct way he offered me help and got the bay up and running right away coming into his shift hope this review reaches rockets team and gets taken care of

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. The staff lacks basic communication skills, and instead of listening to customers' concerns, they become defensive and start yelling. The biggest issue is that they charge upfront fees but fail to deliver on their promises. It's unacceptable to prioritize making a sale over providing quality service. The customer service is not only unhelpful but also aggressive. They don't make an effort to understand the customer's perspective, and instead, they push their own agenda. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor communication, aggressive customer service, and failure to deliver on their promises

This gas station is conveniently located for me and has a rewards program. However, I’m seriously considering not returning. The problem with this gas station is its attendants. Just about every time I have come they are busy doing something. The problem with that is that they make you wait until they finish their task and honestly they are not very friendly most of the time. I believe that it’s possibly not them. It’s very possible that management overworks them and emphasizes getting as many tasks done as possible to show they’re working. Whatever the case may be it is rude and bad customer service to make a customer wait like this. If things don’t get better I’m going elsewhere rewards or not. I recommend going elsewhere or at least observe whether they make you wait too.
