I have not been here in quite awhile. I paid double what I normally do and requested my inside windows especially needed cleaning. While driving to work the next day, I discovered they barely touched the windows and they still have a foggy streaked residue on them. The manager called me and set me up with a free re-do of the whole service and made a note to pay close attention to my inside windows. That is customer service!

Great place to wash your car for a long time. All you pay is $6 and the lady come around with a remote and adds time to you was at no cost to you! That's right now no additional quarters needed

Fast. I guess quality of work suffers for the speed? Mediocre job onside and put. Cup holder moulding still dusty.window moulding still dirty.the carpet trim between the rear window and back seat wasn't vacuumed at all a pop corn kernel was still there.oh well I won't be back. I was washing my daughter's car because she was on labor and delivery.if you want quality work, go elsewhere.so odd at least four people worked on the car do they have a vision impairment?

BUYER BEWARE!!! Be careful what they charge you. They will charge you service you did not agree on and very lousy work. I have been going to this car wash for a few years but how I was treated this last time was so unprofessional. Dishonest dealing and management don’t help at all. Go half mile down the road they do a better job and staff are all very professional and friendly. Don’t say you won’t warned.

My car doesn’t get that dirty driving back and forth to Fairfield , the dry down techs never remove any bugs left behind that the wash didn’t get or hit the tires , my family and I have been coming here for years this used to be a good service of late I’d say the last 2-3 months the service and quality have been trash.

Bought the $100 seat detail package today because a drunk Uber passenger of mine dropped her sandwich on my back seat that has a seat cover and made a huge mess. After waiting an hour the car came back with all the seat covers removed. Sorting thru the piled seat covers I found that they didn't even clean the actual food grime and mess on the backseat seat cover. I pointed this out to the worker who gave me the car back and she said they ask customers if they want the seat covers removed and I told her no one asked me. I'm pissed because to do it properly where there's no crease or folds it takes 2 hours to put the seat covers back. You have to be creative in hooking nearly 2 dozen hooks under the seat and behind the back rest and that takes time. Not only that, I have herniated disc on my lower back so putting this back together will cause me pain. To remove the hooks underneath and all around you would be staring at the dried mayonnaise and mustard on the seat. If I only knew this is what's going to happen then I would have removed the seat covers myself and put it in the wash which I now have to do. I even pointed out to one of the workers that there's a lot of food grime on the seat in the back before they took it away. First, why would you remove the seat covers without asking the customer, 2nd the seat cover is what directly gets dirty not the seat itself, and 3rd put the seat covers back the way it was on if you're going to remove it. Wasted $100 due to them not actually cleaning what I brought it for and now I have to put back together the covers they have undone. This is not what I'm expecting for a $100 seat detail service.

I always go to 7 Flags for all of my vehicles. This time we had a windshield wiper blade broken by the automatic machine washer but the Manager replaced it within minutes. I was a little surprised that you now have to pay $20 to get your car vacuumed considering it was always included before. Overall the experience was good.

Great place to self-wash your vehicle. Nice water pressure, great soap. Only place where you can totally finish washing and rinsing a large vehicle and still have time remaining. Nice employees, too.

I’ve been taking my car here for about 10 years for self service. In the past I would only spend $4 in quarters ($3 for a 5 minute wash and $1 for vacuuming) but now I spend $4 on a 5 minute wash and $2 for vacuum. The washers usually work and the vacuums work for the most part just double check and if it doesn’t then you can just tell the workers and they’ll give you your money back and you can go to another one. It feels fairly safe.

Took & PAID for TWO cars to get detailed and practically got the cars looking the same way we took them. Only difference was that the outside was clean but of course it was because it went through a drive through car wash. The inside is what I expected to be cleaned out nicely and I legit feel as if they barely dusted off my seats. My seat was even stained with who knows what chemical.

I’ve been going to 7 Flags in Vallejo and their other locations for 15+ years now. I left Vallejo in 2014 and came back in 2022 and one of the exciting things was to go back to 7 Flags. I’ve always done the monthly plan but today was different. I did some damage to my car (first two photos- “marring”)by accidentally getting overspray on it. Then I tried using overspray remover and made the problem worse. Then I bought a Mothers Clay Kit and that made it even worse. I was so sad and discouraged and thought I ruined my car. I finally visited 7 flags and talked to the detail manager, Cesar about the 3 step Clay, Wax and Seal detail which seemed like a great deal, especially with the re-wax option in the next year. I was hesitant though since the haziness and marring I caused on part of the car and told him I didn’t want to spend and still see it. Cesar was confident he could fix the issue and make the car look good and the issues go away. Another detail shop wanted an extra $75 for that damaged section and he fixed it in 5 minutes. 90 minutes later the results were amazing. Cesar really turned my day around, especially when I was stressed about all this damage for over a month. The ladies in the detail department were also excellent and made sure I was happy with the job. My 12 year old car looked brand new! I HIGHLY recommend this detail as well as the monthly unlimited plans to all. I plan on doing it for my wife’s car too.
