I just bought the unlimited wax and shine for $32/month, but how does the actual wash know what I signed up for when I'm passing through the unit? I know the bar code on my windshield gets me in through the gates. But there were several lanes to enter, then each car drives around, funneling into the same wash. I'm wondering if everyone just gets the same wash, but we're all charged differently. I don't see how the wash was actually personalized to my plan of getting the undercarriage, tires, wax, etc. I wasn't that impressed by the experience; it seems like a scam. I'm thinking about downgrading to the least expensive plan now.

The vacuum was great but we paid for the $28 car wash and it hardly washed the car. We had a strip of dirt all down our hood. Will only pay for the cheap wash here , only to use there vacuum

I have the pass and wash my car 3 times a month there. The staff there is always pleasant, Jeremy is a doll! The wash itself is decent for touching up, I always recommend washing by hand for a deep clean, but they keep my car spiffy for those in betweens.

Nice spot for quick clean. Will let you rewash if not satisfied. Like the after wash area. Vacuums are strong reliable, picks up everything. Extra item is the power air hose, great for dust, crevices and tight spots. I just get the basic for $10. Probably should join the membership VIP club, one day maybe.

If you're ever in the need for a quick car wash that's hassle-free, you gotta come here! You can either buy a one-time wash with various options or you can get a monthly subscription which will save you money if you come here regularly. We bought our subscription at $16 for the first month (a regular one time wash is also $16) but after that changed to $32/month. It's worth it for us because we come here at least once a week, sometimes more often. Also, the subscription is per car, can't be transferred from person to person or car to car. They place a scannable bar code on your windshield. The wash is straightforward and fast. It's up to you if you want to use their vacuum amenities afterwards.

Love the experience and price at this car wash. There are 3 lanes one for monthly subscription where it scans you in and hop in line. Never had my car scratched. Has strong vacuums and rug beaters as well as water faucets outside clean rugs or rags for the inside of your car.

Experience is too bad . It’s my first membership they told me $21.99 for a month with unlimited wash after one month without any mail or call they took $41.99 from my card without my permission and without inform me . It’s not a good thing for costomers after all you call your costomers and tell about for next month plans lf they like your plan then they continue

Terrible customer service, terrible experience. The car wash broke my rear windshield and pier completely off of my car. They tried saying it was already broken but I’ve seen and used multiple times the week of the incident and it was fully functional and in tact. Cancelled my membership immediately and will continue to spread the word of how terrible my experience was with this 7 flags location!

Paid $48 and they don't wash the floor mat. It was going to be an extra $20. For $48 floor mat should be included. First time going here and also last lesson learn. Going back to vallejo car wash cheaper and everything is included no extra charges.

Excellent customer service. I have a new car(hot spot/satellite) and sometimes my Bar code won't scan in the express lane. But theirs always someone who runs out to help scan manually right away. (Save your receipt) I actually got 30 days free for my 2023 suv. Yes Free! Just fill the paper work out on their website. As you can see in my picture there are Brisles and flat strap if you will when washing your vehicle. I was worried they would scratch my paint. But all good. Like another person's review stated, you drive on to a belt. Not like the older car washes where your tire is stuck in between a track. (See pictures for example). And the vaccumes and blow tool are the best in the bay area hands down! The vacuum stations comes with any car wash weather 1 time use or monthly plan. Their are a lot of 7 flags car washes in the Bay, but this one in particular is owned by the Jack Anthony family with multiple locations in Vallejo, Fairfield, and Vacaville. With your monthly plan you have access to all of those locations as well, one rate no extra fees. I will say that I wish this car wash had a better system for tire/rim washing. Not perfect. But was tolled that other locations have a better system with tire shine etc.

Love this place for a long time, but they have made some unfortunate changes. You used to be able to put in three bucks and do a quick five minute wash but now they’ve made it so it’s only six dollars. I put in three bucks worth of quarters to do the five minute wash and since they didn’t put up any signs about the new change, I ended up losing three dollars. It also isn’t great that they don’t have a way for you to get your coins back if you do put them in the machine, but I thought if I just pay the rest in card it will only charge me three bucks. That wasn’t the case it charged me six dollars and then took my other three dollars, and there is rarely a worker around to help you if something like this happens. Unfortunately, I think it was a lot better in the past and a lot more worth the price but now not so much. Also another notable thing to point out is, and it’s only happened a few times, sometimes certain modes on the machine won’t work, in those moments the previous problems I mentioned are a pain because there really is no one to talk to

I went to get a car wash and decided to get a monthly membership. Jason the manager helped me out. The car wash is very nice and has friendly staff. I did have an issue with waiting almost half hour for Jason to come out with my sticker for fast pass. Car wash only had a few cars out and I still had to wait. Not very professional. Other than having to wait I had a good experience with the car wash.
