The customer service skills at this location need some serious work and there’s dangerous things that happen outside. Guns being shot by a customer from the bar next door, unpredictable people who loiter out front, all in all it’s just not a good location to go to. Driving for an extra two minutes to another 7-11 is often worth it. Whether it’s stocking something or taking inventory 90% of the time they’ll make the customer wait. It’s no big deal if an employee is in the middle of doing something and they take a minute to finish it, but if they continue to finish a task that they could easily be pausing in the middle of so their customer to get to work (or wherever they’re on their way to) it becomes an issue. I’m not an impatient person, and I completely understand if someone is in the middle of something they literally can’t step away from, but this happens far too often for this location to get a better rating.

Don't waste your money here. You're better off going literally anywhere else.

I had a dasher get me an order from this 711, and they missed two of my drinks. When the dasher went back to get them, 711 would not help make the order correct, and now I am short 2 drinks. In the past, they have been good, but I was quite disappointed that they would not help correct the missed part of the delivery.

Count your change and watch your wallets. Cashier with the blue hair thinks " she" not to assume is slick miscounting the change by distracting the customer. 11/18/24 @ 6:20pm cameras will verify got me for 7$ 👍🏾 won't be back for anything here ever again.

Phone in mobile orders used to be ready when you arrived but now they are not even started until you arrive, defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead smh.

The owners of this 7-11 do a great job and keep a very clean store. They're employees are all very professional. They treat their neighbors and customers great. They own the one by the freeway too. Same great service!

New owners fired ALL of the former employees we all knew and loved, to bring in their family to work for dirt cheap. I will not be shopping here anymore.

You know i have been living in marysville for o er 15 years and I goto all the 7-11s but mainly this one on 100th closest to my house i went in at exactly 6:35 am and I brought a coffee up and a donut and I said to the young Indian kid I would like to put some money on this first and he goes we do it all together and then I started to say I need it separate and he just start being a you know what literally screaming at me so loud I could not believe it I go wow man do you disrespect all your customers this way and instead of apologizing cause I walked away and left the coffee on the counter cause he was basically screaming at me all he was worried about was the coffee didn't even care about how he treated me and I'll be dam after this long if I will ever use that store ever again I have always had the best service there every morning I I co.e in for coffee and about the first I come in and I put bill money on my prepaid card. And i must say I have never ever not only in the morning but in 56years been treated by the cashier at shoulder road like this shame on you I hope his boss reads this and watches the video because its just wrong that guy needs to get fired

Thought the person behind the counter had to be at least 21 yo. The kid behind the counter selling alcohol was no older than 16. Blonde kid. His dad, I imagine was on shift, was smoking outside taking a break.

This morning g the cashier just started yelling at me at 635 I came in grabbed my coffee and donut like I have for over 8 years and I put money on prepaid card for bills and I went to do that and I asked to split it and the guy says no we do it together and as I try to start to explain he screams at me how much then again with another out burst so loud it made me jump I will never ever go there again I hope his boss sees this review cause that's kids attitude needs to be flushed down a toilet just like his job its to bad cause everyone else has always treated me good jn morning g this is some new guy I ha e never seen why the others are on vacation or something have not seen the normal people that are there for almost a week I ask but they wont tell me nothing except they don't know and kinda giggle so I take it as a joke anyways that's my review hope manage ment sees it cause I'll be back later to talk with manage ment

The Indian dudes here try to hit on you tell you that you need an Indian man ask why you won’t go out with them or date them, one guy litterally put his arms over my purchase to cover it so I couldn’t grab it until I answered why I wouldn’t go out with him if I didn’t have a boyfriend. So crazy and pushy and aggressive DO NOT GO HERE if you are a single female

Well the new owners fired the back bone of this store to bring in their family to run it so goodbye to personal customer-employee relations. I won’t be returning and I would suggest to anyone else not to shop somewhere ran by horrible people. If they’d treat a loyal employee like that, imagine how they’d treat their customers. Yikes.

The New ownership has jacked prices and gotten rid or 25 year employees. It's 3 time as much for a coffee refill as the 7-11 2 miles down the road. The new Morning guy Is great. Very friendly..but I won't be getting Coffee there anymore.
