The one white dude with a reddish beard who works there shorted me on my food because he didn't want to take the extra 2 minutes to make it fresh. Should have gotten 20 tacos but got 16 and still paid for 20.

The toothless wonders behind the counter don't seem to understand how basic math and numbers work, but then again, standing over a roller dog stand and inhaling gasoline fumes probably doesn't aid their 10th grade educations. If you want to be accosted by Maine Pen's finest, or feel unsafe while pumping your gas, then this is the place for you!

I was worried when moving across the street that it would be a bad idea. And it has been, in all the best ways! Seriously, giving me access to so much junk food at any time of the night is a terrible idea. Even the overnight folks are cordial and kind, welcoming me to the neighborhood when they heard I'd moved in. Haven't tried their slurpees yet, but there'll be a day.

Worst 711 EVER!!!!! They will tow your vehicle after 20 minutes!!!! Do not go here! We had to pick up our vehicle from a towing company who actually says that they receive multiple calls from this 711. They call if anyone is parked there and they say there is signs not to park there but they had no signs visible. I wasn’t even in Portland Maine for an hour and had my vehicle towed. Be aware!!!

Charged me $1.79 for a slice of pepperoni pizza when the price plaque beside it says 1.49+tax. When I questioned the price the guy said the price went up. Female tried to act like I was stealing from them. Rude service. Huge shame because I normally LOVE 7-11 and I'm grateful everytime I find one!

I’m sorry, I have been frequenting this place for nearly two years. I went there tonight and the clerk asked me if I was drunk. I most definitely wasn’t and I truthfully believe that the clerk was “high” or something. I’ve never been asked that question before by anyone!!!!!!!!!. Everyone else in this place is very courteous and polite and considerate. Please check this person out!!! 9:37 on Wednesday on Washington st . Portland, Maine 😌

Jose' makes the store. I wrote this a while ago and I'd love to reiterate it! The staff at the Washington avenue store are tremendous. If something isn't stocked they'll get it, if its messy they will clean it up. No offense to the Congress Street store but they need to get their act together. It's a mess recently, disgusting really. What's with the staff? Clueless (except Pete) probably others too but ☹️..... My props to Washington Ave!

This is actually a review for the other 7-Eleven in downtown Portland. I came in there with my service animal and on my way out, some big guy with the beard big white guy, comes up and starts harassing me tell me my dog is not a service animal and to leave. You can clearly see on the camera footage my service animal did nothing wrong. It just happened between 8:30 and 9:00 at night on October 2nd 2024. This guy is seriously needs to be fired, he really is opening up you to a lawsuit. And it's not a hard to prove lawsuit or anything. It's a very slam dunk case because my dog is a registered service animal... Pretty hilarious that this guy thinks he's a lawyer 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Been coming here since I was a kid and the lady who works night shift with the glasses was very rude to me and aggressive yelled into my face and asked me why “i didn’t listen to her” when all I did was asking another worker if i can purchase a doughnut I asked her first she said no we don’t hand them out until 4 i said okay and walked away because i was already feeling her bad energy like always tho so I asked the other coworker bc im always able to ask and they give it to me so I figured it wouldn’t be an issue so as he was grabbing the doughnut for me she proceeded to get in my face and tell me to get out of her store bc “I didn’t listen to her and why don’t I listen I should’ve listen to her “ after I asked the guy and he said okay I’ll grab u one and she also said I shouldn’t have asked someone else and tried to put her hands on me *pushing wise* i don’t appreciate that type of behavior she’s always so rude to everyone and me every time I go there at night I don’t understand how someone could be rude

I was overcharged for an item back in August, and after writing to 7 elevens’ customer review site, no one ever responded to my complaint. I had tried to settle this dispute with the store manager before writing to the site, but he was ill-equipped at rectifying the situation. I am very disappointed that no one has contacted me. I would not recommend going to this location
