I absolutely love this car wash business. They do a tremendous job here and all of the workers are so kind and courteous from when they greet you at the beginning until they are drying your vehicle off at the end. They are very competitively priced and for the excellent service that they provide you will be more than willing to leave a tip at the end.

Coming from someone who worked at a car wash for 2 years, The car wash itself is great, the dryers were great, and i don’t necessarily blame the guys upfront for not getting my wheel wells or wheels AT ALL. i know the job can be stressful when your busy. But come on, completely missed my rims tires wheel well and all, i bought the $10 wash and tipped $5 happily because i like when my car looks fresh and i respect the guys that do the job. Just disappointed with the turnout and had the feeling they didn’t wash them well the whole way home.

As a patron of M59 Car Wash, I am utterly appalled by the abhorrent behavior displayed by the owners towards their employees. It is evident that the owners prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their staff and customers. During my recent visit, I witnessed firsthand the incompetence and verbal abuse directed at the hardworking employees. It was deeply unsettling to see individuals treated with such disrespect and disdain. It is clear that the owners lack basic empathy and regard for their workers' dignity. Furthermore, this toxic atmosphere undoubtedly affects the quality of service provided to customers. Employees who are mistreated and demoralized are unlikely to perform at their best, leading to subpar results and dissatisfaction among patrons. It is shameful that the owners of M59 Car Wash prioritize their own selfish desires over creating a positive and respectful work environment. As consumers, we have a responsibility to speak out against such deplorable conduct and demand better treatment of employees. I urge the owners to reflect on their actions and make meaningful changes to ensure a more equitable and supportive workplace for all.

Went through with My Chevrolet Colorado that I have owned for 2 weeks. It had brand new factory wipers, the driver's side was ripped off and the arm slammed into my windshield cracking the glass. Filled out an incident report with zero response. This the the second vehicle this wash has done this too. Bummed because we used them often. Response to the response: Big surprise, looking at all of your other replies, you are consistent in saying never responsible for anything. Good news, there are plenty of other places to get all my vehicles washed. If you are reading this review, please avoid this place, maybe they can get new ownership and turn things around.

The owners daughter was very rude. I asked if I could have rims specifically done- she said it would cost an additional $1- okay fine and I tipped- did not spray the wheels at all. Sent me through and all the dirt on the rims was still there. I circled around and asked if I could have the wheels done as I paid for. Her response was, “it’s not my fault you waited a week to have it washed and if you’re going to cause problems then go down the road and do it your self!” I explained that neither kid even sprayed the wheels and I would contact the manager. The daughter then said the owner is my mom!!!! Very unprofessional and will never be back.

I come here weekly because it’s the best quality car wash I’ve been to in SE Michigan. Prices are better than nearby touch-less washes and my cars actually clean afterwards. You can also tell the owners have pride in their business.

Cars are jammed in so close that they don’t have time to rinse your car or dry. They are using colored lights now to act like different chemicals stages. You pay for underneath clean but it doesn’t happen. 13 bucks for a wash and it’s still filthy. Plus a 4 dollar tip. I waited until I gave them more than one chance. This has been the case multiple times.

Update: Just paid $13 for the Blue Demon wash with undercarriage. Tipped $3 up front and another $2 at the end. Told the guy the only thing I care about is that the rims have mud in them, which is causing a wobble - the rest of the truck was relatively clean. I asked them to spray the rims really good. Dude doesn’t even tell the guy on the right side, get to the end of the wash and I have mud all over the running boards, and the whole undercarriage is muddy. I only went through to get the rims and tires. Ask to go back through and I was told “tipping does not guarantee better service or that we will get it cleaner… You got what you paid for” lol. Good to know. I won’t tip anymore! Tired of paying $9 just to go home and wash my car a again. Wheel wells and rear of vehicle are never clean and the last time I went through a second time they didn’t even spray it down. Just pushed the button to send me through after telling them I still have dirt everywhere. Way too much money for how crappy of a car wash it is.

Service has always been good, but your pricing has gone completely out of control. I’ve lived in this community for 25 years and have supported your business because I believe in giving back locally. That said, the recent price increases are unreasonable. In less than a year, your regular wash went from $5.00 to $7.00 and now to $10.00. That is a 100% increase, which feels like price gouging—regardless of water or operating costs. Because of this, I will not be returning. You’ve lost a long-time customer for good.

Midway down the track I hard a loud clunk that shook the car, and upon further inspection, something took a big chunk out of my passenger front wheel. I'd definitely avoid this place for that alone. Also, the "soft cloth" part is horrendous. Left horrible streaks all over my glass and down the side of the car. It would have looked better if they didn't do anything at all.

THIS OWNER RUNS A RELIC CAR WASH THAT WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YR MONEY AND TIME. This was ripped off of my truck and the owner said that i brought to the car wash this way. I will keep posting to let everyone know you are a terrible owner. Take some responsibility Dude. THIS IS A REAL POST AND I WILL POST THE REPORT HE HAD ME FILL OUT A FORM AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Disappointed in the reaction from ownership here. The rear quarter panel on my daughter's car was ripped off at the end of her wash. Upon exiting, it was loud and obvious something happened. Staff that was drying the car told her she might "want to get out and look at it because your car got wrecked when you put your car in drive" She drove home not knowing what to do. We immediately returned to the place and made a quick report, just for posterity sake. We then drove to the auto parts store where I was able to repair the vehicle by pushing the bumper/quarter panel back in place & replacing a clip that was broken off. Yay! All better, minus a little scrape. Which was really no big deal. The owner, Kris, called a few hours later, I explained what had happened and that I was able to repair the car. Kris then proceeded to ask questions about a scrape that existed already on the bumper and was it already damaged, and it was already damaged - posturing as if he needed to state it was no fault of their own, he was super defensive. He accused my daughter of lying because she stated that she owns the vehicle on the form (she does, but so do I - not that it matters, but to call her a liar was completely unnecessary). He then kept saying,'Just so we're clear I have video of her entering and exiting.' Which I was like, good! You'll see it wasn't loose or damaged and that your machine ripped it loose. Again, the conversation started with me telling him it was repaired! Super unprofessional. Unkind. Rude behavior when he literally just could have said, "I'm so glad you got it fixed." Or whatever. Instead, it was important to him that blame be shifted to anyone except him/his business. If you look at my review history, you'll see I'm in the business of building up small businesses. My norm is to find the positives. Sadly, I found none with this owner. Staff was great. Wash was OK. It was $5. We got a $5 wash. The young staff was friendly and kind. They did their job. They allowed a written report, without any negativity. We left there on good terms.... then the phone call from Kris. Oy! Vey!

When did the price go up to $10 !!!! Have used this car wash for 20+ years, not going back. $10 is way top high - I thought it was already high at $7. You lost a regular customer.

Always pleased with the car washes we get here! Would’ve given a five rating, but the windshield is never dried “clean”! It is always streaked! The rest of the car always looks great

We have given this car wash multiple chances, but after today, we're done for good. We tipped extra today, hoping they’d actually take the time to spray off the mud before sending us through the wash. Unfortunately, they barely did anything. We left with dirt caked in the wheel wells (see photo below), and it’s clear that the attention to detail just isn’t there. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver, especially when you make an effort to ensure they do their job properly. After several disappointing experiences, I can confidently say that we won’t be coming back. It’s just not worth the money.

Three different vacuums were not working, one got my quarters stuck, the other two had little to no suction so they did not pick up any dirt/debris from my car mats. The girl working at the start of the car was said there was "nothing we can do" about returning my money for the vacuums, she actually said that it was my fault for using them; so I asked for a discount on the wash and she did give me $3 off my wash but would not return the .50 cents that was still stuck in the one vacuum. I left feeling taken advantage of and insulted by the employee. I don't think I will be back.
