I go here all the time , they always are open even when it's super cold , they have specials to get car washed $3.99 and out here in Howell that's a steal , when you live on a dirt road.. the vacumes need some work. But I reccomend

This place sucks. They advertise a dollar off on Wednesday’s but they charged me full price and I couldn’t even tell the car had been washed. Afterward, I went to use the vacuum and all of them weren’t working. Save your money and go a little ways down the road to Old Glory Auto Wash instead!

It's OK in a pinch but they have a lot of repairs needed inside. Many of the brushes weren't operational, much of the car still had missed areas and the blower did less than using a leaf blower would have.

Seems to have gone down hill. Think they scratched my truck last time I went through. 1/2 ton Chevy not a huge vehicle. Needs upgrades and cleaned up a bit really. Better options close by. Used to be my go to.

First time I went there it was great. Just went to go there again there was a grumpy old man who came out and said Hell no, because I had honked when I first pulled up so they would know we were there. He was rude when I told him I would go somewhere else. If I had employee treat my customer like that I would fire them on the spot. Just went to Lake Effect car wash. Great service great wash. DONT RECOMMEND..

After paying for the best wash and waiting while the car in front of me was being scrubbed for 5 minutes my scrub lasted 30 seconds. There is crud all over my car still, it was a terrible wash and the blowers are not effective.

Good price, my car was shiny afterwards and cleaner. But there was still residue here and there on my car and windows, and the bug stuff on the front end. My car was also very wet at the end.

Got to be the WORST car wash I have ever been to. The idiot attendant did not even wait for me to roll up my window before sloshing a big broom full of of dirty water into my car, all over my interior, on my dress clothes, and in my face. What complete jack ass. So, I call the management line and they said wow, I can't believe that (like I would make something like this up).... we'll have to talk to them about it. I would have expected them to at least pick up the dry cleaning bill, or even a free car wash, but the incompetent manager did nothing. Very poor service and even WORSE customer relations. Save your money... STAY AWAY from this place.

I usually don't post bad reviews, however this time it is really deserved. I have been to this car wash over the years. At first they were pretty good but they have declined over time. I went there today because I was in the area. It was absolutely the worst car wash in my entire years of driving. The two young men were not personable, they washed half of the windows then they left me sitting there without starting me thru. They had gone into the office area and apparently forgot to push the button. One of them did finally come out walked over to the control panel and started it up. It made me wonder what they might be doing in the office. After the car went thru the line the dryers were not working because my car was still very wet. I did not confront them because I thought it would be fruitless. I will never go back.

On Sunday December 19th a day after a 2 inch snowfall I only expected the snow to be removed from my suburban. The two guys barely sprayed it off before sending me through the carwash. When it was done half the snow was still on my suburban. I pulled around and told them that was was probably the worst car wash I ever had. The one guy says we'll it's been the worst week for tips and Christmas is next week. I will never go there again!

I pulled up and wondered if was abandoned? Unfortunately it wasn’t and I pulled in. Got top wash and was by far worst wash ever. No brushes came down for hood etc. barely rinsed soap off and the blowers must be hair dryers? Drivers side air at all. Save your $ go thru a gas station wash does better. Whoever owns this dump should be ashamed.

Paid $7 for delux wash to remove snow off my car. Car still covered in snow when I pull out so I go back around and the guy says we are a car wash not a snow removal!! I say oh well yes I thought a car wash was supposed to wash your car and he says if you wanted the snow off you should have tipped!! I was in such shock I just put my car in reverse and pulled out! What if that had been dirt? Regardless of what was on my car, it did not come out clean. Instead of just running me through the wash again, he was rude, ruined my day and caused a poor review and lost multiple customers!! Shame on you!

Do not use this car wash. I paid for their most expensive wash at $10 and my car doesn’t look like it was washed after going through it TWICE! They didn’t use the wheel cleaner, didn’t use the brush on my drivers side door and I still have bug splats on my front bumper. Save your time and money and go to a different car wash.

Would’ve given zero stars if possible. Pretty sure my truck was even dirtier when I left. They use absolutely filthy water to pre wash. Never got a single thing it stated on the sign for the most expensive (complete) wash.
