Shout out to five Star car Wash for having free vacuums even though the car wash is down because of the cold weather I am still able to clean out my car!!!! I have a membership at a different car wash and they're not even there with their trash cans out and vacuums on!

I use to love the place nice and big not to many people there. But the last few times I don't know if it's the owner or the maintence guy but I swear he must not like people. Super grump always got something to say even if your not doing something. I was vacuuming my truck out of everyone there he yelled and said I'm gonna have to shut it done you can't vacuum up water. So I was wondering why are you telling me? So I said I didn't vacuum water. He said I didn't say you did I'm letting you know. My question is why did you direct the question to me when there was 3 other people if you were not blaming me. You would have wrote something or have let everyone know. But instead choose to direct your statement towards me and I didn't appreciate that and I know in the grand skeem of things my 10$ monthly or no weekly is nothing but one thing you can guarantee you will never receive another dollar of mine. This wasn't the first time. You told me to leave last time cause it was 8:30 you said cops harass ppl if they here hanging out I said I'm not hanging out I'm washing my truck but I understood what you want was for me to leave so not aging you will not receive my money or any friends of mines either. TOTAL SCAM! If you put your credit card in the self service wash, they charge you for 10 minutes, no matter how much time you actually use the car wash. I used the car wash for less than 3 minutes and was charged $10. There is no website or phone number to call and actually speak to someone about this. Such a scummy business practice. Won’t ever be back! Reply: Yes, when the payment posted to my credit card, it was for $10. I told my family member about it & he told me it did the same thing to him too. I can’t find any way to contact you by phone or email anywhere online and did not plan to ever come back, so I did not drive back down there just to look around the car wash itself for a possible way to contact someone.

I mean most of us use automated car washes these days. But sometimes you just want to do it yourself, right? Well look no further. This place has it all, although I did go a lil overboard on the vehicles. I put in $20 and had a good 25mins of washing, I tried out every spray soap and brush they had. I’m extremely happy with my cars shine. One of the car wax applications (can’t remember out of the 2) made my car shine like no other. Extremely pleased with how it turned out. Be careful with the Pink wax tho, make sure it’s all rinsed off. I forgot a spot and there’s a pink highlight on my car now (easily washed out afterwards) Also vacuums are free too. 5/5 would recommend for self-car washing

Not too great. I got the $12 ultimate wash as well as paid $10 in the manual wash to pre spray it down and this was the end result. The air dry runs long enough to dry you hood and not rest of the truck. After the hood is dry the spray from the wash bay next to it will soak it down again.

Only issue is that the Foaming Brush Handles leak all over you. And one vacuum had no suction. Other than that it was clean and in great shape. Great Car Wash. Update I went to the wash on 5-18-24. Bay #1 has a messed up nozzle it shoots out in 3 different directions which forced me to move to Bay #6 (which didn't give me a 1 minute warning it sprayed really well though .The only bad thing is that I lost 4.5 minutes by abandoning bay #1 for #6 but my car is super clean. And they are really good at staying on top of repairs there. Still my favorite Car Wash.

I wish there was a way to leave a review without giving any starsThe owner is unprofessional, grumpy, and rude! I go there all the time and I really like to going there. Went last week and the car wash didn’t work. Talked to him and he told me to contact him when he was in town and he’d give me a car wash. When I called to ask if it was a good time to get the car wash, he repeatedly told me he seen me on camera and my car was parked too far to the left, which I know it was not because I’ve gone there for a long time and never had an issue. He was being sarcastic about how “I was calling at a weird time to get a car wash. It was Saturday at 4:30 pm!!. Said a couple of times that he would give me a FREE car wash. I’m not looking to get a free car wash, I only want what I paid for. I decided it’s not even worth getting the car wash. I’ll never give him my business again, and I’m also sharing my experience with my friends and family. There was no reason for him to be so rude! Shame on him!!

Best place in Tulsa is you are looking for a good self-serve car wash. The first thing I look for at a self-serve car wash is a water spicket(which they have in the back behind the main building so I can fill up my buckets). The dry blower is a first that I’ve seen at a self serve-car wash, not to mention it works great when you’re done to help with drying the car. Pricing was fair as well as soap quality and the place is well maintained. Definitely going back to wash my cars!

The wash selection for the automatic wash is priced at 8 dollars, which I choose. No drying, no underbody, which is exactly what I wanted and got, I was charged 10 dollars however. The wash okay for brushless, my car looks 80% better then before so 2 starts. For 10 bucks I would have went somewhere else and my car could have looked 100%

I’ll give them a full 5 stars, because I took my truck here and my partners car and cleaned both of our vehicles. Extremely affordable and extremely dependable. Will return in the future to wash my truck here. One of few car washes with great water pressure to actually clean your car.
