I've used this car wash many times over the past several months and I've never had a problem with their service until my most recent visit. Going through the automatic wash, I noticed that one of the rotating brushes was not touching the right side of my car, the following rotating brush was not even spinning. Before the crew started drying the car, I pointed it out to them and asked if I could go through the car wash again. They said "no." One of them said "yes, we know that's been broken for awhile." A third worker started arguing with me, saying that the car was clean because the other two were wiping down the water on that side of the car. After pointing out the still caked on dirt, he still argued that my car was clean. I then spoke to the manager who confirmed that the car wash was broken, but that it would be fixed soon. Asking for my money back they refused and didn't even offer an apology. Don't go here... NYC is as competitive a place as you'll ever find - I'm tired of patronizing establishments that offer bad quality and insulting customer service. This is one of those poor establishments.

I wanted to get exterior wash only, after waiting in line for 8 minutes I finally got to the front and I ask how much, guy looks at me with a straight face and says in broken English $23 bucks. I told him you loco and made other car back up so I could leave. This place is a ripoff.

The worst car wash experience! The staff pretend as if they cant speak english and overcharge the card, saying that they thought you wanted the diamond service. They also dont charge the card once but charge your card 3 times with different amount. If you think ok 50 bucks diamond maybe they will do a good job but no. Worst experience. If you value your time and money go somewhere else.

Honestly, and easily the worst car wash in the entire New York City I would not advise anyone to go to this place. They’ll damage your car half for the time they’re closed. They don’t do full service completely terrible avoid by any means.

Friendly staff, but they charge you what they think it’s worth and sloppy. Very fast, but sloppy. When I’m in NJ, I get my car washed there, much better quality regardless of the money.

In order to prevent your car from being damaged, please do not go to this car wash. After the damage, they did not even apologize, they just said that they would not pay a penny.

Yer not gonna find a better deal than any of the wash packages they offer! Car wash for $20 is basically free in NYC. I’ve been going here for year and my car always comes out looking great ! Best deal in the city!

The worker did not speak English ( or pretended not to speak English) and told us $34 for exterior car wash. Later we figured this is “premium rate” but we could not ask any in English. Worker just repeat $34. The price board listed right there shows different service and pricing but also he pointed out our tiny BM X1 car as Big SUV rate. But no further communication done in English. Plus tip total comes close to $40. Quality of car wash? Just ok nothing more nothing less. Just machine wash. Prepare to negotiate price and service before you go there. And

What I love about NYC is they get a Maserati and Chevy Suburban through what is basically a kiosk size space. My car went in very salty and gritty and 5 minutes later it was shiny and pretty. The guys there are great, and I felt like a kid on a boardwalk amusement ride! Attention to detail, not so much… but for 28 bucks, who cares? It’s a drive thru car wash in snooty art gallery- filled Chelsea NY! Whee!

This is just a basic automated car wash. Don’t pay extra for the premium packages, even if you spend $50, you’ll still only get the standard wash. Stick with the lowest option if you come here.

Do NOT go there! Terrible business and attitude. The car wash damaged my rear bumper to the point of almost completely pulling it off. Then the workers tried to intimidate me and failed to provide me with manager's details and insurance company details despite being asked by the police to do so. I have been using this business for over 3 years and this is how a loyal customer is treated!

From the moment you arrive, the person who receives your payment talks to you with a strange attitude, they have only one person in the drying area when 3 vehicles leave together the boy does not give him drying time none well

They broke off my Model X Bring my car here and pay for best package to wash it. Their conveyor line cut off my tire value and broke off the sensor, I have to pay $500 to fix, but they refuse to make any reimbursement though they admit it is their fault. Their fault but not their responsibility, what a pity! Will sue them later. They are not 24/7. The advertising is their lie.

overpriced to begin with so I thought I was going to get a good carwash. I gave big tips before they even started in the front and back. they actually did the worst job of any carwash I've been to in NYC. I essentially had to do it over.

I go here for a fast, outside only wash. Actually , this place has state a of the art system that cleans the outside of my car very well and fast. It cost $18. $20 after what I felt was a well deserved tip for the employees. The price seems a drop on the high side, but this carwash has zero competition any where in the area. Leaving only much slower and expensive options.

Quick car wash less than 8mins. It is done okay job. The staff could have done better on drying and clean up my car at the end of the car wash cycle. They didn't do tires armor even though I paid unfortunately I realized after I left the car wash in hurry The great location makes it easy to access. It is pretty pricey since no competitors around the neighborhood or anywhere in lower Manhattan.

These guys are totally thieves. We took our two Black SUVs to the car wash on the same day and at the same time, just 15 minutes apart. They charged me $23 just for the exterior wash. They charged my friend $17. Just 15 minutes apart. A great system for stealing.
