The wash was a joke and over priced for not being a hand wash place and the person at the receiving end after the wash that is supposed to dry the car is lazy The drying is not thorough enough and left water spots on my car with a waste of money.

First time trying trying their car wash- multiple signs out front says $10 for exterior only wash 5-7pm but the guy charged $15 at 530pm and wouldn’t honor the advertised price. Not a bad deal, but misleading still. Happy to remove or revise this review if someone can explain.

I asked the worker:what is your name? He replied: why you want to know my name… I knew right away I was in the wrong car wash Anyway I had no choice because some kid just vomited in my car He asked for $80 cash He said:I no take credit card Ok… He vacuumed and threw some soap water I told him:the vomit still on the seats… He replied:I don’t finish yet Two minutes later all done! He basically wiped my leather with a plastic bag I couldn’t tell till the next morning when my seats turned white and sticky I had to detail my car again and cost me $100 but this time I was very happy with the job performance Shame on you mister!

Car wash was ok. However, guy refuse to honor the prices listed at entrance. Changed us almost twice the amount ($30) because he said listed prices are only for day time. Also refused to provide a receipt.

It’s always a pleasure to have my cars washed at Alpha Car Wash. The staff is very friendly and are familiar. The price is very fair especially for the city while having different packages for different type of cars, they are open 24/7.

2021-2022 This place seems ok, but nothing special. They have basically zero competition in the area. The staff is friendly, but $27 for a wash/vacuum that’s ok at best? 2/18/2024 I found this location very convenient today. I found the service to be very courteous thanks to the relatively new lead person who directs you in & takes your order. The entire team did a nice job on my car in the blistering cold weather & I so appreciate it. (Basic wash & vacuum only)

This was my first time at this carwash & my last time. First of all they did not clean & wash my car very well and on top of that the guy who in charge outside didnt wipe my car dry and my mirrow were frozen . I kinda ask them and they keep saying is due because of the weather and keep blaming to the other crew menbers inside the shop. They just lazy doing their Job simple as that. I ask to speak to the manager and they just said they only work there so therefore they cannot solve any issues with their services.

Refused to honor listed price - guy in photo said he needed 100% extra in cash for "taxes" which he wanted to drop down to 70% once I started to back out. Didn't want to give a receipt either.

Alpha Car Wash & Detailing is truly outstanding in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and provided excellent customer service. The team paid close attention to every detail, making sure my car looked absolutely spotless inside and out. The exterior wash left a brilliant shine, and the interior detailing made it feel brand new again. I was especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked without compromising quality.

My experience at Alpha Car Wash & Detailing was okay but not great. The service was average and felt a bit rushed. While the exterior looked cleaner, the interior detailing missed a few noticeable spots, and I expected more attention to detail. The staff was polite, but communication could be better. Overall, it’s an acceptable place if you need a quick wash, but I don’t think it fully lives up to the detailing part of its name.
