Bought a newer Lincoln Town Car, that had a window left down. Mr Monty quoted $200 to take care of it. I asked if he could hit the engine bay as well and Id drop $300 for the job. He agreed and said a few times how good the interior and exterior would look and a mold treatment for the interior. Unfortunately it looks like two people did my interior. One person on the passenger side, then another on the driver side. I say that because both sides wer night and day in difference. Or one person was just practicing. Cupholders were disgusting, gear shifter was bad, windsheild was filthy. Papers and trash still wedged into dash and windshield. Plus a few other small items. Seat belts not touched, and trunk was left with over an inch of standing water. Standing water means he didnt clean the trunk as he said he would, or he did clean it and still left gallons of dirty water. As we live close, I watch cars come and go so I was hoping they were on top of their game. Once again I was wrong. Mr Monty was made aware immediately and said he would correct the items. Thirty days and counting.... Back to just listening to them yell and cuss at each other all day. I should've read the reviews and it wouldve allowed me to go to somewhere else without these problems. For $300 Mr Monty, you can do better, unless this is your business model as it appears to be a trend if you listen to the public reviews. Wish the best for your business, though it will never have mine again.

I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I got there and my vehicle was not ready to be picked up. I also saw them using green scrub pads on the paint and when talking with the owner I was told the scratches were there before and that they don’t like doing black trucks because scratches become more visible after it’s cleaned lol. He still tried denying it even after showing him video proof of his employee using a green scrub pad on the paint. Stay far away from this place.

6/14/21 just picked my Jeep after a 3rd detail over a long period of time an again they did an IMMACULATE job . A half galn of milk spilled in my passenger seat soaking. It an my carpet an they got it all out an no smell at all. YOU WONT FIND ANYONE BETTER AND THATA THE TRUTH . I can’t even say enough seriously. This company is INCREDIBLE!! I have used them more than once an have never been disappointed. They REALLY REALLY know what their doing. They did such an amazing job on my Jeep that I didn’t want to drive off in it because I didn’t want to get it dirty. It smells so wonderful inside to! Their prices are very reasonable. They are VERY VERY nice, friendly and personable. We talked about everything under the sun and it was very refreshing to have that connection as where many places the staff is there just do a job not to make the customer feel comfortable and relaxed an even feel like your friends by the time you leave . Very trustworthy people to. I DEF will be back! The staff is a lot of fun to hang out with to! This is your true home town business!! I spent about $150 to get my work van detailed inside and out which I did not mind paying, but after I drove away and went to park my car I started noticing that there were little spots of stuff slung on the ceiling and that the windows had not even been cleaned on the inside. The next morning my van stunk worse then it would have to begin with because they had soaked the back carpet so bad that it had soured because it couldn't dry right. I hope the gentleman that did it for me enjoyed his rather large tip because next time I will be taking it somewhere else.

I was shocked at how great my Jeep looked when I pulled in to pick it up. I brought them a mess and left with it looking better than the day I bought it. These guys are true professionals. And to top it off, the price was reasonable and worth every penny. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I couldn't be more happy with my detail!! Came right to my house and made my van look good as new! Staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. I love this place! I was trying to find a place to vacuum the sand out of the car and happened upon this place. The owner walked out right away when I pulled up. I barely had a chance to turn the car off. He was very nice, professional and personable. Initially, I just wanted the car vacuumed, but changed my mind and got the car detailed. The car was done in under 2 hours. They were very kind to my hyperactive 17-month-old. Everyone was very personable, professional and very nice! AND they did a great job! The car looked like it just left the showroom.

First nice guys. Now onto the details. I rolled up they had a garden hose doing a trunk I said " Don't do my trunk like that" I guess they tool it as don't do it. Items left not done had to say something 1 mud splatter on my door around all doors not cleaned shifter area cleaned in park position rest of it not done.door handles left unfinished windows and mirrors not cleaned rims still had stuff where they where brushed over not fully cleaned. Trunk area as I mentioned not done at all I asked they don't spray a hose on it. The outside crome at door panel not done. Just overall not worth the 150 dollars I was charged and 2.5 hrs my car should have looked showroom condition. They wiped my leather seats down didn't use the conditioner that I supplied. In short I had to re detail my car I had to spend more money to get it right. In short if you go look carefully at the job before you leave. I went there once car turned out great this time more money and it nowhere near as good. Just my opinion.

DON'T COME HERE!!! I LEFT WITH MORE INTERIOR STAINS THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN!!! Unprofessional the owner told me he wasn't going to do anything to fix it!!! Stay away from these people $200 IS NOT WORTH IT!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN VACUUM MY CAR COMPLETELY!!! Trust me you're better off doing it yourself!!!

I took my Jeep in to get the full interior and exterior clean. It was extremely dusty from trails, covered in bugs, and it really needed some TLC. One stop complete wash and detail went above and beyond my expectations and the Jeep looks better than when I bought it. It looks like it’s never seen a trail. The exterior clean also included cleaning of the engine bay, it looks FANTASTIC! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience and friendly service. I was never greeted with anything other than a smile. It was more than worth the wait and I will definitely be back!

Needed a trailer washout for the port. These guys aren’t cheap, but it’s about the best washout I’ve ever had. Drivers, take 231/Harrison South to 11th Street and turn right. Turn right into the second drive and go straight on the side of building. You exit out the lot to your left, or you can park there safely if you need to. Highly recommend!

Paid for a Full detail. The results I got were inadequate and unacceptable . All they did was vacuum and wash the outside. They still left dirt and stains on the seats. And left area with debris. I complained to the owner. He told me bring it back to which nothing changed.
