Paid for the $30 wash and you can hardly tell my car went through a wash at all. Didn’t even touch the front. Bugs still all over the front and windshield. Hardly touched the back too. Sides are okay.

I visited zips, on the morning of July 28th and the real feel temp was already at 102 degrees. Juan approached the car, was very pleasant. He helped me with what I required to get me on my way. I've always had great service at the location.

It absolutely sucks to pay $30 for the premier wash and it doesn’t clean your car and all you’re left to do is rub the dirt off with the cloths they have. (So yeah, nothing else actually happened like the wax, shine etc!!) Basically my entire car was like the pics and I finally realized I should take some pics. SAVE your money. 😡

Now I know why I don’t go to car washes. A basic is $12. And it wasn’t working properly. The very last roller was not going around. I let an employee know and he said oh he will tell the manager, but he didn’t seem too concerned.

Zips car wash took my points but did not give me the service it promised and this is the third time this has happened. Why give me points to use and don't give me what I am suppose to get? I got the regular car wash as usual.

They will sell you a wash when the wash is half broken. You wouldn’t buy dairy or meat from a grocery store with a broken cooler, and the management won’t sell you a product that would take your money and possibly make you sick. Well… you won’t get sick when you use this faulty car wash but you will waste money and they won’t tell you they have a problem unless you gripe. I don’t want to gripe. Would have been better if they just shut it down while waiting for parts, but the obvious business ethics for Zips is “ run em through. If they complain run em through again for free, even though the machine isn’t cleaning the rear or right side”. I gave them 2 stars because the wash works Ok when it’s working. I know these car washes cost 3+million to get up and running, and it is unsettling for an owner to miss the revenue, but a good business succeeds by exceeding the customer’s expectations. Don’t settle for this crappy service. Go someplace else. Note the dust and streaks where it didn’t even get wet.

Washes your car fine but they charge $ 5 for tire shine, but it doesn't actually dispenses tire shine. This is the second time. The first time the operator told me to go back through. Today, the young lady told me I have to come often for the tire shine to work. That just doesn't make sense. I will never return.

This location has gone completely downhill. It used to be great, but my latest experience today was horrible. There were seven cars maximum there when I pulled up through the Members Only gate. As I approached the entrance, I had to stop the car and waited 2 to 3 minutes as I watched two young attendants inside look at their iPhones. I got up and knocked on the door and a young lady came out to assist me and the young man apologized. Many of the vacuum stations were broken, but I found one that at least had both vacuums working. The noise being made by the vacuum system where there were no hoses was deafening. If I could attach an audio file I recorded, I would. They were barely any towels available for drying in the car, with the only single location for towels located close to the front office, far away from many of the vacuum stations. If you want a cleaning spray bottle, you have to ask for one from the office. Perhaps they have an issue with them being stolen? And the place looked trashy. I would highly recommend going to their Whitmarsh Island location. It is 1000% better. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Paid for a basic plus and added on tire shine to add some gloss to my tires. Just wasted $24 and my time. My vehicle looks basically the same as it did before I went through and the lazy attendant only sprayed the tire shine on the tires on the driver side. On top of that, half of the vacuums available dont work or they’re damaged. Don’t waste your time going here. I could’ve done a better job myself.

I want to share with local community how terrible my customer experience has been. I recently canceled my membership and the company continues to charge my card each month. They don’t have anyone you can contact over the phone that can assist. They mostly work through email. I’ve emailed them multiple times about this issue and they keep denying my claim even though I have an email that clearly states my membership was canceled. I’m still getting billed and I’m still going back-and-forth with this company. The experience has been terrible and I hope no one else has to go through something like this. Buyers beware of zips car wash.

One of the best automatic washes I've been to in the area! Easy setup with their app and I was able to use the express lane and scan the barcode for a very fast entry. The wash was perfect. The vacuums are very powerful and they had 2 different tips to get into most places inside the car. Will definitely start a membership.
