This car wash, hands down, is the best one I've ever experienced! Well kept machinery and facility....still offers spot free rinse!!! Heather was such a sweetheart, great personality and very knowledgeable with the business. Hard to come by excellent workers like herself, wanted her to relocate to my home state and run the wash by us! Keep up the great work and will definitely stop by again and again when I'm in the area! A new loyal customer out of me!

I went here on 6/2/2023 and the tire shine mechanism was broken off and my car was dragged across the metal. As a result my car was damaged. You think the site manager, James, would be apologetic and offer to refund the car wash but none of that occurred. In fact he was rude and condescending. However, he did file a "damage claim", which corporate denied stating it was not the equipment that damaged my car. To top it off....James continued to shovel customers through the car wash knowing it was damaged and that everyone was paying for tire shine and not receiving it. One customer walked in and asked about his tires not being shined and was told that it was broken....but again not offered a refund for paid service not received. My advice...stay far way from all Zips because they charge you for services you don't receive and fail to maintain their equipment.

I have been a member of the Zips on Emory Road for over three years. The workers there are always top notch, and the facility is super clean. I had an issue with my car while there, and Tory helped me to jump my car off and get my car to start. Excellent service!! I highly recommend Zips and the Emory Road location in Powell by CFA!

Just got back from a road trip and needed a car wash bad…it looks worse than it did before I went, how does that even happen? Can’t tell which one is after? They have a policy of no refunds, so I will never go again and I’ll definitely spread the word and these pics

Live in Halls but vacs never work and if they do there’s very little suction. AWAYS drive to Powell, it’s much better & well worth the drive, which is extra 15 mins w/no traffic.

I went here last week to get my black 2013 Chevy Volt washed and the outcome is shown in the photos below. Results were $9 spent for heavy swirling & scratching. I have been here before and never had this happen, very very disappointing. I won't be back to risk having this happen again, be aware and run your car through at your own risk. I usually wash my cars by hand at home and wish I hadn't been lazy this day. I spent this afternoon waxing and buffing out the damage. Thanks and hope this review is helpful!

Car Wash does a good job of getting the car clean. Plenty of vacuums to use and they always have cleaning towels and spray bottles ready to go. Trash cans at every single post to help clean the car out as well. There is a restroom here and a vending machine to grab a drink. Four stars because most of the handheld air compressors are broken or inoperable, a few of the vacuums look like they had recently been pulled off of the hoses but I imagine this is something that gets fixed fairly frequently.

ABSOLUTLEY do not bring your vehicle here to be washed. Their wash will break your vehicle, and they will not access the damage that needs to be fixed. on 10-10-25 we brought our vehicle in to be washed; their sign says damage to antennas is not their fault. We have a GPS Module on the top of our vehicle that their car wash ripped off the roof. They claim it's an antenna. $1400 fix because of their crappy car wash. My husband warned me not to go there after all of the other people's reviews stated they had paint issues as well as other damages. I should've listened. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DO NOT GO.

There are 3 lanes, if someone is getting signed up and the gate is open, the other gates will not open until the lane with the Open gate pulls through. I have a membership and sometimes have to wit for the other person to pull through before the Membership gate opens. Also, the spray person who gets you lined up on the track, I wish they would also pr-spray the passenger side as well.

Awful customer service, I had bird poop on my car and was told my the big bearded man that I couldn’t go through the wash twice if the bird poop wasn’t off of my car the first time unless I wanted to purchase their best wash or membership… I drove down the road to pure magic car wash and they ran my car through TWICE was gonna do it three times but it came off after the second time. Oh and they done it COMPLETELY FREE. Go to pure magic they will actually help you, hopefully they out this place put of business next summer.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Their wash ripped my gps fin off my car. I had gone to several other zips in the area and never had a problem. I informed the manager and he submitted the claim. Corporate denied it twice even after informing them it’s not just an antenna. I will never recommend Zips at any location to anyone nor will I ever be back to any of their locations. I have let several people know about this experience and they will not be going to any zips either.

I went to this car wash the other day and I was more than happy with the service! I was helped by Kelsey and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Does not clean the back tailgate of my truck! Whistle car wash in Sevier County is the best. ZIPS has no one to pre wash my vehicle. This is a first. My first wash with ZIPS was my last wash with ZIPS. This is a sub par car wash. They don't use overhead rotational scrubbers. Got my membership yesterday. I will cancel my membership today. Ridiculous
