Went in about a month ago, and they had free vacuums and played music. Had a really good experience. I went in today and got charged 3 dollars for the "free vacuums." It would have been nice to know ahead before they changed the policy. While trying to clean my car, 2 of the vacuums didn't work. I had to use the other ones from the opposite side.

They charged me under another name (ECW) so I called my bank and it is ECW and not Zips anymore. For those of you that want to cancel your membership and are having trouble doing so and they are not helping you the best thing to do is to call your bank and tell them that you want another credit card due to fraud. I called the car wash number under Google Search (Zip's Car Wash) and it is just a recording and not a direct line to your car wash that you go to. They need to have someone answer their phones so that they can inform the people who are being charged monthly that your credit card information was given to another company. Not good customer service when they just have a recorded line and no explanation as to why people are being charged under the name "ECW" instead of "Zips Car Wash". Even the recording calls itself "Zips Car Wash". Their recording should say "we are now ECW" or they should explain it like this: "you will be charged with the name "ECW" in your credit card." If you read the one star comments many people seem to be having a problem canceling their car wash membership. Best solution is to call your bank and get another credit card with a different number. Problem solved.

So glad I went for my first time today. Got to use the free bug removal spot before being greeted by Isiah who helped me pick out a monthly plan. Explained everything to me and checked in on my experience. The location also has free mat cleaning. Both rubber and not... free towels and spray to wipe down your car. The whole place is kept tidy.. Umm, awesome. 5 stars. Would give more if I could! They have an amazing special right now, so definitely take advantage of the 3 month starter option! It's a no brainer.

It's the best car wash service in the area but for some odd reason, the passenger side tire shine roller doesn't work. I can see it coming in as my car rolls by but it doesn't touch it. I do have tire shine included in my plan. I have complained about it for close to a year and nothing yet, still the best car wash around with free mat wash and vacuums.

I was having difficulty trying to figure out how to apply my gift card to the app so I could use the app coupons. Jason was so polite and helpful although we could not figure it out. But Jason did come up with a work around which aloud me to use my gift card and still get the coupon on the app. Thank you Jason for your extra special customer service. I do drive out of my way to use this as my car wash membership location, but that is all right with me. I had a billing problem and the manager did not hesitate to stop right then and there to dive in to her computer, analyze the problem and fix the problem to both our satisfaction. As many of you know, customer service does not always go that way. The facility always functions properly, vacuum, air, and supplies ready and waiting. Excellent business!

This place is outstanding. On entry, there is a pre-wash station to get grime and bugs off with no scratch sponges and brushes. Through the car wash has mild in-flight entertainment with cool colors and on the other side is vacuums and free glass cleaner. This is as good as it gets!

If you love your car like I do, you'll appreciate the glow it gets after a CITY Lights wash here! I love the bug pre-wash and mat cleaning stations and the vacuums even pulled the wiry puppy fur out of my carpets in the back! Worth every penny! Just look at her shine still after 2 days of short trip driving!

Amazing experience. The regional manager was very helpful and explained everything to me. We are here on vacation but there are Zips up on the panhandle for us to appreciate when we get home. Love they have soft wet suit like bristles and not hard plastic bristles that can scratch your car. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Drive-In you can scrub the bugs off ,then go through the automatic car wash they have free vacuums and sinks to wash your floor mats. All you do is grab ahold of the hose for the car vacuums you don't have to turn them on. Quick and easy. You can sign up for 3 months $10 a month unlimited. I got a hot wax and wash it was $25.
