Awesome service. Caleb greeted me as I pulled my vehicle up and gave my car a complete wash down before it entered into the wash. He even used a brush to remove bugs/spots from the front of the bumper. It’s a Friday and his service made my day as I prepared to start the weekend. I paid for the "prep" for the car - dont waste your money. They just spray the car with water, no scrub brush prep like at Ronny's. The bird poop was still on my windshield after I went through the car wash (with prep) twice.

I have written one review already. But here’s another one. I used zips car wash on Woodbine Road again today because I have a pricey membership. Just when I thought it couldn’t be any worse. Today when I pulled up I was just motioned on thru, no prewash at all. To top that off the vacuuming was turned off due to the weather. It was slightly cloudy and that was it. No wind ,no rain. I realize this is my fault and no one else. A new Ronny’s right up the road. I’ll be switching car wash memberships as soon as I can. I don’t have any idea what they get paid up there, but if it’s a dollar an hour, that 50 cents to much.

I had cancelled my membership for unlimited washes but discovered I do not like having a dirty car and stopped at the Pace location to renew the membership. Jeremy, the new manager went out of his way to get my wheels clean when I asked him to hit them hard with the pre wash wand. He even came offer while I was cleaning the interior and wiped them down even more. He is a good addition to the company!

We have been going to zips car wash for several years and never experienced anything like this till now. We just bought a brand new Toyota RAV4 and first time using the car wash with this car the rim was scratched and it was brought to the attendance attention. According to the attendant they had their car wash serviced recently and they thought they fix the problem so she said, so a report was written. We have not heard from anyone to fix our rim! This was over two weeks ago! Nobody has called us back to resolve this and I am so angry! Update: We have been contacted and hope to have this issue resolved soon. I greatly appreciate your response. Thank you!

My car was extremely filthy. My car had bird feces, pieces of trees and pollen all over it. Before I went through the automated car wash, Jeremy did an amazing job, cleaning my Lexus, with the power sprayer and broom brush. I feel, he took the extra step to ensure that my vehicle was clean and I was a happy customer. Thank you, Jeremy. I was very pleased.

Be aware that if your vehicle is damaged that this company will fight you tooth and nail for any sort of reparations. My father took his new 2023 Mazda 3 through and the track rail that is used to move your vehicle through damaged the front driver side rim. They then deny any accountability and denied the claim. There is no claim or waiver anywhere that they are not responsible for damage and it is not legally binding regardless.

I visited the Zips Car Wash on Woodbine Road in Pace after a short road trip and paid for a mid-level wash. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. I wasn't greeted at the kiosk, and I didn’t see a staff member until I pulled up to the tracks. There was no prep wash at all—the attendant simply stood there and waved me through. What really upset me was that there were two large, very visible bird droppings on my hood and windshield, and neither was addressed. After the wash, both spots were still there, along with the rest of the dirt on my car. I ended up spending an extra 30 minutes hand-washing and detailing the exterior myself, which defeated the purpose of coming here at all. At first, I was relieved to find an empty lot—no competition for vacuums. But after seeing the quality of service, I now understand why it’s always empty. I’ll be taking my business to another local car wash moving forward. And please—if the response to this is going to be the same cookie-cutter, copy-paste apology Zips posts under every negative review, I’d genuinely prefer no response at all. It feels robotic, not sincere, and doesn't fix the experience.

Just got my car washed after a long trip. Got the most expensive wash they offer, with the bug prep. The car wash didn't get it done. This place is a waste of money. It doesn't clean off bugs from a road trip. Check the pictures, I think they speak for itself.

Paid for the 20 dollar wash. Expected the car to be clean. Ended up coming home and washing by hand. The half dirty looked worse than before I went in it. But girl at the selector was very nice

Great experience, Jeremy and Josh did an amazing job. Very attentive and professional. The level of detail and care is unmatched with this dynamic duo. Will definitely come back for their great service again! Update: back again, as usual Jeremy is out here hustling for the business. Always going above and beyond for the customers. Got the $12 car wash and the bristles actually didn’t touch at least half of my car no problem not a big deal just asked the attendant if we could run it through again things happen but I was told because I only bought the $12 car wash that they cannot do anything about it. It doesn’t matter that the bristles didn’t even touch half my car Left stripes on my car from the dirt didn’t touch my back tailgate in my truck. They said that’s just the way it is not a big deal. It’s not the attendance fault. Let me just let corporate know what’s going on. Well they basically said thanks for letting us know. There’s a problem but we don’t do anything for our $12 car washes you should’ve bought a better car wash Quite displeased at the fact that they don’t address the problem I paid for a car wash at $12 it may not have all the glitz and glamour, but it should at least touch my entire car. Since $12 is not worth anything to you. I will always take my business to hurricane car wash in Milton. I did try to resolve with corporate, but Raphael reinforced the you should have bought a better car wash.
