I use this car wash when ever I am in town. This Christmas is drove me truck to N.M.B. Jason took great care of me and found my trailer hitch cover. It came off because the dryers are the best. Thanks again.

The car wash is decent. Washed the car well, and the vacuum works great. However, despite having a screen and credit card machine that you can handle yourself from your car, they have a guy standing there with an iPad, that takes your credit card from you and enters the numbers manually into some app. This is not PCI complaint, and is also very shady to the customer. I have a feeling I'm going to have to cancel the card soon. Ditch the iPad and let customers pay themselves, or you'll lose the rest of your customers. You should not have employees handling customers cards for any reason.

Machines broke antenna. (Wasn’t asked to remove) spoke to gentleman on site and he reached out to the “boss”. Boss texted him back that I can’t be helped. A text…. Didn’t have decency to call customer about the damage. Do better zips or detricks. Came back again… for $20 you’d think the powerwash guy at the beginning would put forth a little more effort.

I'm used to a much higher in car wash in Buffalo New York area, after a very badd experience at Turbo car wash in North Myrtle Beach I located this place what a breath of fresh air! Attend it at the pay meter helped me out just to make sure, very polite and courteous the 2 men prescribing the front of your car in window at smiles on her face and seem like they were having a great time which change my badd mood from the other car wash to a great mood. This car wash does use brushes if we used to a brushless car wash like I was but my car come out very nice looking and I was very pleased. Now I know where to go the next time I'm in Myrtle Beach. Thanks for running a place properly or places in town arnt so well managed.

Terrible. Yes I got the basic wash. But I expect soap even with the basic wash. Went through the wash, no soap, and came out dirtier than I went in. Complained and was told "yeah a parts broken that's not fixed yet sorry." Manager said "well, you got the basic." Useless. Never again.

I wanted to give a shout out to Zips in Little River. I have a monthly membership and go through pretty much daily. They always do a superb job. Mike at the register is always there to help and has a positive attitude! Appreciate you guys!

The worst car wash I’ve ever been through. Paid $24 to spend 45 minutes cleaning my truck on everything they missed. Wheels were filthy, bugs never came off and the blowers barely worked. I truly want my money back. I will never return. There’s much better in the area.

Worse car wash I have ever used! My car was covered in soap. The dryer only worked on the front of my car. I paid for tire shine and did not get it! Will not go back.

The worst customer service and wash! i asked for the basic and the guy put in the deluxe at the window and i was charged $30 not $12. when i saw how bad the wash was with still a lot of bugs and pink liquid all over my hood I questioned the amount of the basic because it did a horrible job. I looked on my account and saw $30. so the deluxe is even horrible. went back up there and they told me i had to call a number to get a refund Then they told me i had to go to location to get it. went back and the guy escalated a complaint that he had to figure out how so since June 2 i have been waiting, calling constantly and nothing. I'm not wasting my time to get something free but it's the point they made the mistake. I was even told a refund of $30 but then just got a call from someone this week wanting me to explain again. She said they can give the a refund for what i was overcharged. Apparently she couldn't figure it properly and failed at another mistake. She refund me the charge of a basic. $12. I was charged $30 so minus $12 is $18. So i should have been given a refund of $18. Why is it so hard to have good customer service! Don't waste your time and money going to this wash! Spend your money going somewhere else with people who care and doesn't want to rip you off.

Andy, along with the other staff were able to get me connected to the app, change my sticker so that I wouldn’t have any future problems and even though the whole situation was a little complicated he and the staff did everything with a smile!! And he went the extra mile to even remove the old sticker from my car; that to me is going above and beyond, especially in the rain! Thanks, Andy and the staff for putting a smile on my face on a cloudy rainy day! You’re the best!

Car did not come clean. Paid$25 for nothing. Wheels were not cleaned. Car had soap everywhere. Told attendant and he said they were having trouble with the equipment. Stay away, don't go there. Rags smelled bad and not even cleaned. I grabbed one and has a dark oil all over my hand.

I love this place. Everytime we visit Myrtle Beach we choose detrick. Since we are staying for a week we opted for the month membership. Of course we will cancel before it renews as we don't live here to take advantage of the monthly access. The way is amazing. I am still amazed at how well it applies wheel and tire shine. It is definitely worth the cost. I would recommend detricks create a vacationers package that lasts a week.

My 1st trip to this location after Zips took over. My free wash code didn't show up so I saw this Man running around like crazy working his butt off and I asked for help and Sam came right over and helped me and sent me through the wash even though we couldn't find my code. I then needed clean towels and he grabbed them for me. I spent about 45 cleaning my car inside and out. I noticed that 2 of my tires had tire shine even though it didn't come with my free wash. I went back to Sam and he explained that sometimes the tire shine will get on the tires by accident and they are having it fixed. I was ok with that asked if I could use the car towels to wipe off the 2 tires and he said sure. So I walked back to my car and he came out with a container of tire shine. I was so impressed with Sam and all the help he was to me today. He really made such a great impression on me today that I will return to this location because of how helpful he was. SAM is a keeper. Zips has a great very friendly employee or manager..I'm not sure but what a great experience and my car looks great!!! Thank you Sam for the outstanding service!!!!!!

This car wash is so convenient for me. It’s close to my home. Everyone is so friendly. Customer service is A PLUS. Out of all the Zips, new and Old, these guys have always been the most attentive. They treat me amazingly. Very friendly. Fun Banter. They make me feel special, as I have 2 accounts with them so they see me quite often. I have no desire to go to any other car wash but the one at Seabrook Plantation entry. Thnx

Anytime we arrive in Myrtle Beach we need our car cleaned of bug's and more. Detrick's is heads and shoulders better than anyone else we have tried. Try the $20 Managers Special as you get the same service for $10 within 7 days. We normally us the 501 location but they are in the middle of a renovation so tried this new location. Employees are also very dedicated to servicing you so 5 ⭐ for all of them.
