The employees were very nice. Especially one guy named Ranger. He literally cleaned up my car so much and shined my tires and everything. He definitely knew what he was talking about and he loved my truck. Big shout out to Ranger for making my truck look practically brand new. If you go here ask for ranger he will basically detail your car.

I spent $20 on the full wash, no vacuum. The attendant spent about 20 seconds spraying the rocker panels, drivers side only. The wash itself didn't clean the dirt off of the windshield. The rinse left globs of soap on the car. I suggest you look elsware for your carwash.

I purchased the better option at the machine. I then was prompted to drive around. One person with a brush started washing on my car. He concentrated on the driver's side. He didnt tell me what to do, so I had my foot on the brake and shouldn't have. I finally got the message as I couldn't see him because of the soap. I exited the car was and drove around to the exit. I stopped to look at the results. Its cleaner than it was and I'll accept that for now. I will probably try out Springs Road next time. They are staffed better. I think there should have been 2 people with a brush. 3 stars because it was cleaner.

I visited Zips Car Wash in Hickory recently and had a mixed experience. The location is convenient and the setup is user friendly. It is easy to pull in and get started with the automated wash process. The free vacuums and mat cleaners are a nice touch and make it easy to take care of the inside of your car as well. The wash itself was fast and my car looked decent afterward. However, I did notice that some spots, especially around the back bumper and side mirrors, were still dirty. It was not quite the full clean I was hoping for. I also saw a few of the vacuums were out of order which meant a bit of a wait to get one. Customer service could use some improvement. There was no one easily available to ask about membership options or to address a small issue I had with the machine. Based on other reviews I have read, this seems to be a common concern. Overall Zips is convenient and affordable if you need a quick wash. Just know that it may not deliver a perfect clean every time and do not expect much in the way of personal service.

This is a very well set up car wash. The price is the same as others, but the free vacs, free rubber mat cleaner and free carpet mat cleaners were great extras that makes it more than worth the stop. Our car was a dirty mess when we drove through. One time in the wash wasn't enough. When I showed the guys in the office our car wasn't quite clean and asked for a discount on a second run, they said "sure, how does free sound?" The perfect response. 😁

Poorest quality drive through self-service car wash I've been at in while, The Lure of free vacuums and wipe down materials does not offset the fact that they've obviously made changes to their product flow inside the wash tunnel along with water pressure. They also have removed their high flow blower at the end of the tunnel. Yes I actually know what I'm talking about when it comes to wash tunnels. Good luck maintaining your customer base.

Its bad at cleaning. Doesn't rinse enough so you still have soap and wax suds while getting dried. The wheels dont get cleaned. The brushes dont get bird crap off the hood. And its way over priced

I went to Zips on July 10,2023 for a car wash with ceramic coating. Iwa on my way to pick up a friend I hadn't seen in 14 years and my car had bird poop on it. While I was waiting in line, the carwash went down and I was told I would get a refund. After several weeks, I didn't get the refund so I went back after the horrific storm on August 7, and they let me go through and gave me a $25.00 carwash! They are great! Although, my wheels didn't get very clean, I appreciate them letting me go through and giving me an upgrade for my trouble. The dirtiest wheels are on the front and get a lot of brake dust.

In my 2014 Ford F150 Platinum Crew Cab, I found this to be a great, quick wash. Over and underbody. Only thing I have an issue with is this: when entering the wash, there's an attendant with a hose spraying down the vehicle. Part of the front, the driver's side, and part of the rear. But not the passenger side. Why not? If not for that, I would rate 5-stars. At any rate, I'm very satisfied with the quality of wash I get for the bucks I pay (unlimited monthly washes). Keep up the good work!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I paid for the second highest wash and it didn't do a damn thing. I had to clean my entire windshield, my entire hood and grill, my back windshield, my sun roof, and my bumper. Both cars in the stalls beside me had to do the same thing. BEYOND a ripoff and I will NEVER come back. The car wash on 321 in Granite Falls cheapest wash does a better job than this one did. I HIGHLY recommend it, but I really just recommend ANY other car wash. Absolutely horrible wash, ------0 out of ten.

The car wash itself is good. The fact that the member entry lane is literally always closed is terrible. What I just love as a paid member is sitting behind seven cars that take five minutes each to pay for a car wash. So mind numbingly annoying. I think I am going to ride out this membership month and cancel. I go through this literally every time I go there. Fix the other lane already!!!

I absolutely love going through zips car wash, their car wash locations use a lot of colorful lights and when having my car washed I get to sit back and goggle as the foam runs down my car changing colors. It's a great part of my routine and much better than other car wash locations that don't use the colourful lights.

Seems like a nice quick car wash experience. I pay for the unlimited Works which the right side and rear of my truck does Not get washed at all, and it's a regular size Ford Ranger. The rinse cycle does not rinse all the soap off. Best part is the free vacuum and rags, but you have to use the rags to physically wipe down the exterior and clean what the wash didn't get. And yes, you have to do this after Every wash. Definitely not worth $40 a month!

The worst experience we have had. Vacuums poor to no suction and many hoses disconnected from top connections. Dirty and poorly maintained wash and parking lot. Seems like since they stopped pressure washing at prewash, vehicles to not get clean. Wiki needs to come back!

Had a wedding to go to and a filthy car. Zips! Second location, second state in the same week. This week I needed to get a car ready for my lady and my kids for a family wedding.
