I took my nissian to be detailed. Considering I haven't had it detailed in over 7 years they did a really good job. My interior looks brand new! They stay busy so it's best to book an appointment few days prior and confirm pick up time. I would definitely take my vehicles here in the future!

On a scale from 1-10, I would give them an 9 on detailing performance. There were water spots on the windows and windshield. Price quoted was $101.60 and they charged $120. I had requested only outer detailing because I had cleaned the inside prior to taking my vehicle so not sure of the extra charge. A little pricey for the service but fairly good work.

The owner Shawn and his son Dacyn we're amazing...they both were very respectful and professional when explaining what they were going to do to my car! The experience at PDI was amazing. I recommend you try their detail services. My car looks like I bought it off the show room floor!

Took my car into the shop to get top tier detail $600 they had it for over two days came back to Pick it up. Said everything was done. Rims were still dirty dirt on the back still found french fries in the back of the car very disappointed. When dropped it off owner of the business specified it would be showroom ready when I picked it up wasn’t even close

Went by the new business today, formerly known as England Brothers Spa, to inquire about if they would honor his brother's contracts England Brothers Spa. The lady behind the desk said that no, they would not because he and his brother had not spoken to each other since 2012. What this has to do with a business you just took over and changed the name so that you would not be honoring the former company's contract. Bad business that you will lose because of this. Use the building but not to work with the former customers that your brother had such a good relationship with. I'm sorry, that is the way you are doing business. Will not be getting mine or a lot of others who have been doing business with your brother.

They provided excellent service and did an excellent job on the window tints on both of our vehicles. The price was not bad at all either. They even called me to follow-up to make sure I was still happy with the work that was done. That is what excellent customer service is to me. From Kentucky and staying locally. Seen this little place and called for pricing and appointment and was quickly worked in. The PDI team did an outstanding job detailing my little car. My seats were awful dirty and I wasn't sure they would ever come clean however, PDI was able to get them cleaned up nicely. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them for all of your car detailing jobs. Thanks PDI for taking care of my car and making it like new again!! You guys are amazing!!

Overall this was a very good place. The basic detail on the car I would give a 4 out of 5 and the staff was very friendly, especially the owner who I spoke with near the end. I had dropped my mom's car off to have it washed for her and they gave me a ride across the street to wait for what I was told would be about an hour which was reasonable especially considering they weren't extremely busy. I returned over two hours later and they were still not finished and since I was standing there watching and waiting they seemed to rush through the final wipe down a bit. No big deal just a more realistic time frame would have been helpful. I would go again.

I’m posting this review so that others may see and understand why platinum detailing inc will not be honoring any contracts from Engalnd Brothers auto spa. First i want to clarify that I spoke to a gentleman named Douglas Hedrick on sept 9, our grand opening day in Newton. I advised this gentleman that we was not the same business so therefor we could not and would not honor any contracts from the previous company. Second, I want to clarify that Platinum Detailing Inc did not change our name and take over the building in newton. Our company name since we started our company has always been the same since 2012. I advised this customer that the brothers separated as business partners and both started their own separate businesses in 2012 not that the brothers haven’t spoken since 2012 because that isn’t even true. Platinum Detailing Inc and England auto spa are and always have been two totally separate companies with absolutely no affiliation with one another. Platinum detailing Inc did not receive any money or contracts from england auto spa company or the clients affiliated with that company. Just because the owners of the 2 separate businesses happen to be brothers does not mean that we , platinum detailing are responsible nor should we have to honor anything from another company . That would be the same if someone wanted me to honor a contract from Starbucks. It’s absurd for anyone to try and hold us accountable for a business that we have never been affiliated with in Any kind of way. We will be glad and happy to service any client of england auto spa at our company but we can not and will not honor prices or programs or contracts from a business that isn’t and has never been ours. We will be honoring all prices and programs from our business in Viewmont as that is our company. Thank you all so much and we hope to service your detailing needs at either of our stores . I had my vehicle detailed at P.D.I several months ago. The interior, inside trunk, and engine were cleaned nicely and with care. However, my car now needs a full on paint job because the exterior was so badly damaged. The hood and top of my vehicle is white, scratched, and looks like a bunch of "bird poop", I was told. The car is gray and it did NOT look like that before the job. It looks horrible now. The workers could have been more particular when doing the exterior. I'm so disappointed in P.D.I. They're professionals, supposedly, yet they ruined my car's body. I'll never take my car back there because I'm afraid they'll just do it again even worse. I paid over 530 dollars for this detail work. The day I got the car back it was fine on the outside! It rained one day and the next thing I know the paint was stripped from the top and hood. What a shame. The car's only 10 years old. Now if I want it fixed it'll cost a few thousand to get a full paint job. I do NOT recommend you go to P.D.I. They might just mess up your car. Cosmetic or not, that should not have happened to my car. When the damage showed up after a couple of days, I felt like I had been robbed of nearly 600 dollars. They needed to be more caring and considerate. You shouldn't go to a detailer and your car look damaged afterwards. I excused them for too long. I thought it would go back to normal. No. It gets worse and worse each day. Think twice before you go to P.D.I. The exterior "work" they did is a SHAM.

If I could give a zero star rating I would! My mom took her truck to them to have it detailed. For the amount they charge you could run it through one of the car washes down the street and get better results!

PDI did an amazing job on my Audi SQ5. I was prepping for a car show and my vehicle has a lot of performance upgrades as well as exterior modifications. The owner walked over every part of my car I wanted special attention to including the engine bay and gave great recommendations to meet all of my expectations. The entire staff was extremely friendly and the end result was amazing.

My daugher dropped her car off at 8:00 am on 5-16-23. The owner called her at noon to tell her that he had already started detailing inside the car and to finish the inside (excluding trunk) would be $320. My daughter called me. I told her she needs to cancel the detail. She stated she couldn't because he had already started. I go with her to pick up the car at 3:15 PM (He called around 2:45 to say its done) I asked the owner what all they do for $320. He asked me if I saw the car before she dropped it off (never answering the question). I asked two more times while I was there. He answered the same way. He told me that he personally detailed her car which took five hours, however, when he called her at noon he had not started so if she didn't like the price, she should have picked it up. I reminded him that he had told her at noon hat he had already started the detail. He said he had just vacummed the two front seats and she could have picked it up with no charge (remind you he previously said it took five hours to clean). The seats were still dirty, very dirty. He said it was wear that he couldn't get off. It was just dirt. We had to have the inside windshield cleaned before leaving. The more questions I asked, the more he told me he wasn't taking advantage of my daughter. Funny thing is I never accused him of taking advantage of her, I wanted to know what they do for $320 and why her car was still dirty. His rebuttal is that it was in bad shape when she dropped it off. This was a $25 job, not a $320 job. He said they take pride in their work so I will post pictures of their prideful work.

WOW! If I could give more than 5 stars, no business is more deserving. Shaun is the local owner here and if anyone should need detailing services, there is no one better than PDI. Shaun gave me a great quote to give my vehicle the extra attention it needed and made it SHINE! My car has never looked better. I could not believe my eyes when I was driving up to the shop and saw it sparkling out front. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, and everything about this service exceeded my expectations tenfold. Above all, Shaun is an incredibly kind and passionate person.
