hen this Car Wash was new, it was stellar! There was lots of staff to make the experience enjoyable. The mat vacuum was in full working order and the mats would clean with just one pass. The cloths for the interior wiping were coated and made for fantastic window cleaning, that also prevented fogging up during rain. Not so for the past couple of years. I have tried quite a few times to use this car wash, as I like the wiping cloths from the day. However, the wash does not clean the vehicle with just one pass through. The wipes are dry, and yes, they do include a bottle of window cleaner. I am not feeling the love for the past couple of years. Just sayin'...I'm moving on.

PRO: I have the zip pass so it's super duper convenient to drive up and get scanned right through. The pass pays for itself if you go twice a month because it is unlimited! CON: I just got one of my left side panel completely repainted and it now has scratches.. the scratches are not as apparent on the side as it they appear to be on the hood and trunk.

Ian and Lacie are AMAZING!!! Super great customer service when I initially pulled through the wash, but even better when I locked my keys in my car in the parking area. They saved my day-because, of course, my phone was in my car as well. They helped me find a locksmith, let me use their personal phone, and kept me company while I waited. Usually, good service at Zips Car Wash located on Cherry Road by Publix in Rock Hill. Two weeks ago, I got my car washed and they damage my vehicle I have several of dents all over my car. I started an insurance claim with them and tried reaching the owner by email. As of now no one has contact me regarding this solution, as if this has been swept under the rug. I ASK EVERYONE IF YOU HAVE A NICE VEHICLE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Zip Car Wash

This car wash gets zero stars from me. As shown in the photos, it doesn’t even look like my car was washed. These photos were taken immediately after using the $20 car wash and parking in a vacuum bay. There was soap residue all over my car and it didn’t even take the normal spring/summer bugs off. Not even a few of the bugs were gone. Very disappointed and was a total waste of money!

Came out of the car wash missing my passenger side mirror. A worker found it and put it back on for me temporarily until I could get a new one that wasn't all cracked up. He wrote up a damage report and I just received an email from the company stating they wouldn't replace it because they have a sign saying they don't have to. Also, this was very overpriced at $12 for a basic wash, and nothing worked right - vacuums were terrible and rug machines were down. The owner of this business seems to have given up on the place, definitely take your business to one of the dozen others in the area.

Paid for the $12 wash came out pulled over to the vacuum got out of the car was going to dry down the car and I saw the tires were still dirty ? I go up to the glass office and the guy who charged my CC asked if I had a problem I said yes, as a matter fact, my tires are still dirty. He replies, well you only paid for soap and water ? Isn’t a car wash supposed to wash your car? This car wash deserves a one star review. But, they have a unique automated system that contacted me twice. Eventually, I received a phone call from a local manager who offered me a free $30 wash which I took advantage of.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Despite signing up for the basic membership, I was billed for their premier service for several months. Not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but the result was a car just as dirty as when I arrived as shown in the attached photos of a car that just received the “premier” wash. The site manager acknowledged the error and confirmed I definitely wasn’t receiving a premier wash, but stated I had to contact customer service online to rectify the situation. What's more frustrating is the abysmal customer service. Despite providing conclusive photos and the manager's confirmation, I was met with a rigid 'no-refund' policy. This car wash represents everything wrong with service industries—deceptive charges, incompetent equipment (which the manager stated needed updating), and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this place and seek a car wash that respects its customers and actually delivers on their promises. Given the utter ineffectiveness of their customer service, I'm left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card company. Despite clear evidence and the site manager's acknowledgment, they've refused to offer a refund. It's disappointing when a business fails to uphold its promises and disregards customer concerns. Hoping the credit card company can help rectify this situation since the car wash has proven unresponsive and unhelpful.
