Update: this site has had almost always a broken part inside the facility. I've been a member for years. Just liked that it was close to home. Well now they messed up our accounts so bad we can't use our RFID tags. I've been working with them for a couple weeks by phone, which was transferred to email with another team. No one will call me. They insist we only have one account and I've asked to talk to them so I can understand what is going on. Then they said our CC was declined, which it wasn't because we can see the statement where they charged us. They have two systems! The one that the site uses and the mobile app. We used to be on the first but switched to the mobile app, which we didn't know was a second system and neither does the site. Every time we went in. RFID didn't work they couldn't find my car and with my wife's car, they'd find the old account which we didn't know was old and they would let us through anyway. I'm sick and tired of these incompetent corporate employees not calling me to understand how this works. Luckily, they are opening a club car wash closer to me and at the same price in a month or so and I CAN'T WAIT TO GO THERE!! Zips is useless as a company. No communication, no ability to fix accounts, poor maintenance to the car wash. DONE WITH THIS COMPANY! Great bargain for the monthly plan!!

I washed my car and vacuumed it and wiped down body and interior and glass. I think it is wonderful that they have vacuums outside running for use and they have clothes and sprays for your windows and detailing. The staff is really helpful. The only issue I had was that my car was still dirty after running through the car wash.

I paid $20 for a car wash and the back of my car didn’t even get wet. This is the worst wash I’ve ever been through.

Some parts have been broke for months, thinking of switching my membership to another company since there are like 5 new car washes going in around the area. They either need to fix things or as soon as that QT closes they're going to lose all their business. Update: parts have been fixed, only issue still left is the drying aspect once out of the wash still lots of soap on the passenger side of the car.

The car wash is ok. The place is never open on time. They’re closed a lot because it’s old and needs to be renovated. After your car is washed it leaves bubbles on the car. Sometimes the car don’t get clean and I have to go through many times before it’s clean.

I Was hoping the dryer on the right side was fixed but they haven't fixed it for like 3 months My truck ended up having a lot water marks because the blower didn't work

I just spent $30 on a car wash here and my truck was completely filthy after wash bugs and dirt was still all over my vehicle and their dryers are terrible. My truck was soaking wet and still covered in soap that Has to be the worst $30 car wash I’ve ever been through. I used to be a really big zips car wash fan, but not anymore after this one

The attendant at 11:15 a.m. October 20th had such a poor attitude I backed up and left. I have no time for indifferent workers who don't engage with customers especially someone like me who went there for the first time. I went to the Zips on Tesson Ferry read my review there

Occasionally my car is actually clean, but more times not. The majority of the employees act as though they are doing me a favor to guide me thru the wash.. Kody appears to be responsible and does his job.

This location used to be a great option for a quick lunchtime car wash and vacuum. Since Zips took it over I have tried to use it 3 times. The first two times the entrance was blocked off during the day but it was obviously open but no one came out so I just left. I thought it was just a transition thing so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I finally got in yesterday only to find out it is now $12 for a basic wash (it used to be $6). The attendant did not do a pre-wash power spray. She just sent me through with heavy coating of dust all over the car. Neither attendant showed the least bit interest in serving a customer. The soap dribbled onto the car with no coverage. Only one of the two side brushes worked so it only scrubbed half my car. The first set of top brushes were not moving so it left a dirty strip down the middle. It’s disappointing to see this once terrific, convenient car wash disappear. Twice the price for half a wash an no customer concern. Find another place to get your car washed. These guys are not interested in anything but your cash.

I would not recommend this car wash — my car went through the auto-wash so quickly that it didn’t actually clean the car, and didn't dry it. To top it off, it was $12. At other comparable washes, the car stays inside the tunnel for about 3x as long, and actually dries, for half the price.

Very polite employees. But need to spray front, back, and wheel wells before sending the vehicle through the wash so the car can be clean. I have to clean several areas after going through the wash at this location

Everytime when I come to wash my car the car wash is not good at all it lives the car full soaps when I go talk to them they don’t do nothing they are turning off the air dryer half way also…..

Been a member, then it was a real hassle to cancel my membership. Can't do it online, you have to physically go to the wash and ask to cancel it. Came back only because I was promised a short term membership and it turned into a subscription. Misleading promises, car wash equipment has routinely been broken, and staff pressure you into writing 5 star reviews on Google. (Look at all the 5 star reviews that magically appeared the day I left this review) Lots of other places to get a car wash, this place could do a lot better. Update the systems, maintain your equipment, and teach your staff to be less pushy. I would have happily left a 5 star review if your staff were consistent and if your business wasn't so misleading.

This is an update on a previous review I have made about this company for others to be aware of their machinery and unprofessionalism. I went to this location on 08/08/2021. I ended up with $3,400 worth of damage to my vehicle from their faulty machinery. The rotating brushes caused scratches and dents down the entire driver side of my vehicle. This update is to further express the unprofessionalism and neglect they have provided me at this point. I have sent 11 emails and called their corporate number everyday since the incident has occurred. The employee won't provide me the district manager's contact and states everything must be done through corporate where I have gotten zero response. Do not use this business, the employees are unhappy with their management, the have faulty equipment, and they neglect to repair the damages they have caused their customers.

High prices old equipment. It is a wash that you pull up align front wheel and car is pulled through in neutral. An attendant onsite starts the process. I paid at the machine and gate opens. Pulled up, but nothing happened, and no one directed me to start. I left car at entrance and went inside. The "attendant" was in deep sleep!! I had to shake his chair twice to wake him! The $24 process was started finally. While waiting to pull in, it appeared the machine was in need of repair. A metal rod was just hanging loose and l was worried would hit my car. I was low enough luckily, but higher vehicles may have been damaged. Machine pulled me through the fastest car wash I've ever had, and the blow dryer was not working! Cleaned sides of my car somewhat, but back and front hardly touched. Car had to dry on its own! This is overpriced even compared to a gas station wash and nowhere near as good at cleaning.

This carwash is the worst. Never once gotten my car clean. Some parts of the car not even wet. The funny part is, they ask for 5⭐️ before you go through. Hell no.

Update: I decided to give this place one more try since it’s so close to my house. They've increased their prices But neither of the brushes on the right side of the car wash work. So while you can pay up to $35 for a single car wash, only half of your car will actually be cleaned. The attendants are always super friendly but I just paid $10 for car wash and they're still lots of bird poop on the hood of my car. At that price the wash should do a much better job of cleaning.
