This place has really turned around in the last couple months it’s now clean everything works always. I live across the way and drove to another competitor for my washes , but after Mike the manager took over it’s been awesome, he goes the extra mile and brings a great friendly attitude to work everyday nice job !

This location is not very good. The parking lot is dirty, They don't have any receipt papers to give you a receipt when you pay for your car wash. They don't have any towels and customer service was not very good.

Jason was AWESOME! The most friendly and helpful car detail experience I’ve had! It was so nice to be met with a helpful friendly face and attitude and also the other other guy that helped pre wash the car was smiling and very pleasant! I will be back! Everything was great at first but as of lately and frequently, the car wash doesn't work. It's blocked off so you can only use the low pressure vacuums. Membership needs to be refunded for as much as they're not open. No one ever answers the phone. Vacuums are free anyway so you end up paying for a Service you don't even have access to.

I used to come to the Princeton location few years ago when I stayed in this area, I must say this location looks so much better! It’s so clean now, Mike the manager was really helpful, at the time it appeared he was working alone, let me tell you that guy was holding it down! Very friendly and welcoming, whenever I’m over this way I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

8:10 am on a Sunday in Springdale and the place is not open as it should be. This keeps happening when I come here, and not just in the morning. It happens afternoon and evening too. I have had a membership for 2 months but I'm canceling now. Far as I can tell there is 1 main guy who works here and he looks miserable every time.

I'm a member with three cars.I've never had a problem with the car wash machine but the vacuums are ALWAYS broken. There are others broken in addition to the photo. Employees are kind.

At first this place was good , but now they are randomly closed . I pay a subscription and can't use, nah I'm going back to mikes and just use the free vac🤷

This location is absolutely a disaster. Trash everywhere and only 5 of the 20 plus vacuums worked. The ones that did work had very weak suction. When I approached an employee he said it wasn't his job to make sure the vacuums worked and to clean up the trash. He told me to leave. He was rediculously rude. The wash itself isnt much better. My car is still dirty after two runs through the wash and there are now 2 scratches on the hood of my car. Don't waste your money. UPDATE: I received the same scripted response from corporate as every other reviewer. Obviously corporate has no intention of making any improvements to the location. Again, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Worst experience ever ..scratched my car up and now no one answers the phone ,did damage report and nothing ,don’t use this place Not to mention they keep charging my credit card /without my consent…looking to sue after this point

Canceling my membership. They closed at 7:43p 6/27. Either something is broke (every vaccum, round brush in car wash) or they are closed. I’m done. If you look at my 2022 car you can see all of the marks from the car wash. Save your dar and don’t do it. Updating- 6:23 on 2/23/2025 and the wash is closed and all of the vacuums are off. This location is notorious for making their own hours.

I am so disappointed with the Zips location in Tri County. Today- Friday at 12:32pm I went there to find the carwash CLOSED. This is becoming annoying and habitual. When I first started going to the location everything was great and before entering in the car wash, I used to get both sides of the car manually washed and mirrors folded in. Now when I go there, they only do one side of the car and I have to yell out to have them do the other side. I hate to say this, but the employees are young and lazy. Before switching my membership to Zips, I was at Woody’s Carwash on Winton and never had problems with the service. The reason why I switched to Zips is because they offered free vacuuming and they have more locations. However, the Zip location in Tri County there are more vacuums down then the ones that actually work. I really do think that more supervision and training is needed at this location in order to improve customer service. I am highly considering switching my membership to another carwash. ***2/20/25 UPDATE: Still having issues with the vacuums. As you can see from the photos, lots of trash and the car wash bay was closed.

Good morning, this place always remains closed, it's never open. I have a membership of yours and well, practically the membership I have to go to another place to another place further away because I have this place perfectly close to my house I have to drive seven miles to the next next place and this always remains to be reserved for that grace close the place because that is no longer useful at all but even so they are charging you month by month the membership as if you thought well about the service Place is always closed and is never open

Hi! I was wondering why lately the car wash has been a one lane access, rather than 2 lanes “cashless” or “members only” lane. It has been one lane here lately. The 1 line be extra long because customers have problems at the gate( as well as several vacuums not properly working and service lot have lots of trash, such as Glass or plastic on prior zip experiences). Pictures posted below. . ., but despite these current ongoing issues , I would like to provide my continuous feedback as a most frequent customer . I just want to say thank u Charles and Hannah for always being accommodating and doing a great job!

I went through the carwash twice. Huge waste of money. The prewash they do before you enter is not adequate at all. All they had to do was spray a few areas to loosen the dirt between the windows and the weather strip. It does not appear the staff has been trained properly. I paid for a service that was not even close to being adequate. When I went through the second time I waited about 10 minutes for an employee to help. The first one did nothing. The second one sent me through a second time. Beware of getting quality service here.

First time here, and I wasn’t impressed at all. 2 men working, I’m assuming, one guy was on his phone and the other man was inside, he had on a zip jacket, and the other man that didn’t have a work shirt on DIDNT instruct me to put it in neutral,he didn’t even let me know if my tires where on the conveyor belt and gave me no instructions, and when I’ve been to other car washes like this one, they always spray the bird droppings off or spray whatever the wash won’t clean. Which I still have bird droppings all over my car and for paying the one time fee winch was $18.00. I definitely won’t be back. Not sure if it was lack of employees, not sure? Just laziness? I’m definitely not one to complain and I have the patient of a saint. But when it comes to cleaning my car, that’s what ticks me off and then paying an outrageous price for not getting the job done. AND THE VACUUMS DIDNT WORK! UNREAL!!!!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING ! This place is a DISASTER! I have seen them decline rapidly since they’ve opened. THE VACUUMS DONT WORK! They don’t even seem like they care about fixing them. The hoses are all over the place . Trash everywhere! The wash itself WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! I had a car get damaged and they said they are not responsible. SAVE YOUR TIME go somewhere else. The Zips on Dixie Highway in Fairfield is 10x’s better.

I have a membership with this car wash for the last 9 or 10 months. Over the last 3 maybe 4 months, it's gotten terrible. The garbage cans are always full. The staff that work there look like they hate everything about being there. They don't want to help or answer questions and everything is always broken. I went today and I requested that my car is sprayed off. Since the weather is nice, they said they don't do that anymore. I don't know why they stop doing it, but they used to. I've had it done at other locations, but apparently they don't do it there anymore. Which is crazy because half the spray nozzles inside the carwash aren't working. So I have to drive through twice to get my car clean! The garbage cans are always overflowing, the staff are on their cell phones constantly. How can you direct me on how to pull in to the carwash while looking at your phone. They seem to make their own hours too. It's hit or miss on when they'll be open. I'm this close to canceling my monthly subscription. Its ridiculous!

So sad to see this car wash, which is still relatively new, go so far down hill. They don't change the trash at all, don't have towels, no cleaning liquids, and most of the vacuums don't work. I go there a couple of times a week at least with various vehicles in my fleet and it's time to make a change. The conditions are the same daily. Extremely poor. Staff aren't friendly or helpful, the place reeks of weed, and there's sometimes noticeable shady things going on. I don't know what happened to the owners and/or management, but it looks like they don't care or don't want the business any longer.
