Paid $24 tires suppose to be clean and shiny but instead they look like this. This is after the car has been washed. The $24 dollar option is suppose to clean and shine tires. Same way they look before the car was washed.

I haven’t been to a car wash in about a year now due to a bad experience with an employee at a different car wash. So I decided what the heck I’ll go to Zips car wash in Maumelle it’s to say that it was the best. The most kindest sweetheart employee there Arana. Friendly to talk to and ask how are you? She was very helpful and gave me a good understanding of the membership. It’s best to say that this will be my best home car wash thanks to her. 10/10

Car wash did not clean my car for the money I paid for it. Although I would like to shoutout the employee man that was working. He is excellent, kind, patient, and understanding. He did everything right and tried to help me. But the car wash itself left my car almost as dirty as before.

On January 17, 2025, at approximately 10:20 A.M., I re-activated my Zip membership. The Maumelle site manager, Arana, registered me for the membership and informed me that my previous sticker needed to be removed. Unfortunately, I was unable to remove it myself. She advised me the she could remove it. Ms. Arana entered my vehicle from the passenger side to remove the sticker. During the process, she inadvertently cut into my window tint with a blade. On the same day, the site manager filed a damage claim. On January 20, 2025, I received an email informing me that the claim had been denied due to the fact it was not the company’s fault. I contacted Zips Car Wash customer service on January 20, 2025 to clarify the incident and provide a detailed account of what transpired. I was told by Customer Service to go back to the site and have the site manager to submit another claim and for her to tell exactly what happened. Which the site manager still did not state the truth once again on the new damaged claim. On February 6, 2025, I received another denial of my claim from Zips Car Wash. I returned to the establishment while on the phone with their customer service department to request that the site manager file a revised claim. Unfortunately, the site manager again failed to provide a truthful account of the incident. As a customer, I am not permitted to view the documentation submitted by the site manager for claim filing purposes. In response to this situation, I contacted the local police department, and an officer was dispatched to the establishment. I explained the circumstances to the officer and provided him with visual evidence of the damage. As a result, the site manager filed an another claim on February 6, 2025. On February 6, 2025, while I was speaking with Customer Service, who was recording the conversation, and a police officer, the individual admitted responsibility for the incident. However, she failed to include this information in the claim she filed. Consequently, as long as she continues to file the same claim, my claim will be denied , despite their awareness of the situation. Customer Service had informed her that she is prohibited from using a blade on any windshield, with or without tint, while removing old zip stickers. Her response was that she had never been given this information, when it comes to the removal of stickers. As of February 18, 2025 I was denied of my claim again. After it was approved on February 7, 2025 which stated by Kyle West “I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that your recent damage claim, regarding the damages incurred during your visit to Zips Car Wash, has been reviewed and accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we will promptly address the matter to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Based on the provided documentation and assessment of the damages, we are committed to resolving your claim in a fair and efficient manner. As per our claims process, we kindly request that you obtain a minimum of two estimates for the repair costs associated with the damages to your vehicle. Please ensure that the estimates are itemized and provide a detailed breakdown of the necessary repairs. Once you have obtained the estimates, we kindly ask you to upload them to the claim through our online claims. This will allow us to promptly assess the estimates and proceed with the necessary actions for reimbursement. Please note that we will carefully review the estimates to ensure they align with the nature and extent of the damages reported. We strive to handle claims with utmost diligence and transparency, and your cooperation in providing accurate and detailed estimates will greatly assist us in reaching a fair resolution. Once we have received and reviewed the estimates, we will promptly proceed with the necessary steps to reimburse you….” So now I am out of $277 to remove and replace the tint that Zips’ manager cut🤦🏽♀️

I had a really bad experience with Zips. The faulty equipment at the Conway location on Oak street destroyed the 4 day old wheels on my car. I spoke with management and was informed that they were not responsible for damage done to "aftermarket parts". I pointed out the issue with him and showed him these pictures of what caused the damage. He still had no interest in helping me with damage caused by their equipment. I highly recommend if you don't want to have the same experience I'd go somewhere else to have your vehicle cleaned.

Like most started out with a $17 monthly fee and all of a sudden bill $35. And customer service being slick because I told him I want my refund he told me ok I would get an email in a couple of days instead of saying the policy says that you have to council within seven days but how are you supposed to when you get the surprise bill for double the amount you were paying. You should get an email 10 days before you get the surprise bill. I would rather sweat in 105° while hand washing my car before I go back

STAY AWAY!! Went to Zips car wash here in maumelle and had the absolute WORST experience at a car wash I think I’ve ever had. The car wash was fine (as good as anywhere else) but the workers are absolutely AWFUL. I pull up just trying to get a one time basic car wash and they understandably try and upsell me for the monthly membership. After mentioning I don’t live in maumelle and have no reason for a membership for a car wash 20 minutes from home I was asked if I wanted to buy a gift card. Then he had a woman come up and ask me if I wanted to buy a membership and when I said no I just want a basic wash she proceeds to pull out a bunch of cards to show me all of the options of the washes. I (I would’ve backed out at this point but I try to be nice 😂). So I see that their basic car washes are $12 but she says okay and says the screen doesn’t work so she has to put in a code. She makes sure to stand all up in the way where I can’t see any of the screen or what she’s putting in. Then I’m told it’s $18 and the screen clearly says basic plus! Why are you still upselling me at this point like get the hint😭. I just paid the $18 so I could continue on with my day but I will never bring my business to a zips car wash EVER again
