I really wanted to like this place, but I can’t say my $17 wash was worth the price. The customer service was friendly and helpful, although the self-service touchscreens are intuitive enough that you don’t necessarily need assistance. The line moved fairly quickly, so wait time wasn’t a problem. Unfortunately, it was the actual wash that left me disappointed. After going through the wash tunnel, I immediately noticed that the entire back side of my vehicle was still dirty. The rear glass in particular looked untouched, and the front bumper still had bugs stuck on it. For the price, I expected a more thorough clean. It felt rushed and lacked the kind of detail you’d hope for in a premium wash. I’ll likely stick to the old-fashioned $5 in quarters at a hand-wash bay next time. At least then I know what’s getting clean and what’s not.

QUICK as a hiccup. In and out without really losing time from your day. I normally use the Sherwood location but It was time for an oil change and they were as professional as my normal oil change place that doesn't offer a car wash or interior cleaning. Keep up the great work. JW

I had a quick stop at Splash for an oil change and a car wash, and it was all done in just 30 minutes! I’ve always been a fan of Splash and trust them completely for all my vehicle maintenance. The service is top-notch, and the prices are unbeatable. I absolutely love Splash and will definitely be using them for as long as they’re around!

The staff is always courteous, the wash is always great (well worth the subscription), and they will go out of their way to provide you REAL customer service SO lacking these days. Went through wash. It was fine. I have just wash unlimited, but wanted to pay the additional to have it vacuumed. I was told that would that would be an additional $35. which was absurd. Chose not to have that done. The front floor mats had been taken out, but I didn't notice it until later. When I went back to get them, the manager, I guess he was, he didn't identify himself, but had me open the back, took out the extra set I had and put them on the floor. Said, "those fit". Big surprise! I knew they fit. If I'd wanted them put down, I'd have done it. I want to know what happened to the pads that had been taken out. He finally went to look for them but said he didn't see any. That was it. He said he'd look at the tape and call, which I doubt seriously will ever happen. Very disappointed in the whole situation.

I recently purchased the unlimited membership for $40 a month at the Bryant location. I'm a new member and not familiar with the service at all locations. But from my experience ALLLLL car wash places have vacuum on-site! Well this location doesn't!! They offer interior cleaning for $35! Very excessive for a simple vacuum! A big part of customer service is creating an experience that caters to the need of the customer! This is my second time using my membership and I already have a complaint!!! If the location does not provide vacuums, then the location should provide the vacuum only service for members especially, FREE OF CHARGE!! Im literally paying every month for a full service that SHOULD at the very least included VACUUM! Who ever is the owner provide vaccums for free members if you don't have a vaccum area!

Definitely not a detail shop no matter how much money you pay. Maybe a showroom clean car with no bugs or grime or debri will be a satisfactory job. When I present the car to be cleaned I empty out everything - I mean everything from the car - so they can get to things without personal effects in the way. But, still not worth $135. On Oct 16, I paid $135 for an interior Clean, Interior shine and leather conditioner. I did it again on Oct 22. The first time they missed the top of the roof and several places on the dash. I did not notice this assuming it was done well for $135. On Oct 22 the quality was worse. Still missed the top of the roof, bugs still on the front, seats were not leather conditioned and the trash can was left full. In fact, the seats were not even vacuumed. There was still dirt in the crevices of the seat. The staff politely cleaned the roof when I pointed it out. Still bugs on the leading edge of the roof rack rails. I pointed that out. They vacuumed the dirt out of the seats, but still did not leather condition it. Wipe down missed dirt on the tail gate. I had to ask to have the black plastic on the exterior shined with amour-all.... There was enough left to do and I was having to point it all out. At that point someone should have thought this job was poorly done let's get the crew back on it and do it right. But no. I left because I was spending way too much of my time pointing out what to redo. You will not get a detail job for $135. You will not even get the car basically cleaned for $135. Someone should be checking the work for quality before calling a customer over.

I have a 2004 Tahoe I’m getting back in tip top shape. She has sat outside for years. When I ran it thru they power washed the whole thing bf pulling into the carwash. I bring the car I drive daily in to the JFK location whenever I’m in town. They have found checkbooks, loose money and yesterday my coin purse. They leave them on the console. And my car is always sparkly and shining. I love this place

I’m giving it two stars because the lady who helped me when I pulled in was friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine paying $65 for a Car Wash. That is their most expensive Car Wash. With that car wash, they will vacuum your car, clean your rims and dry off your car. They also will do your inside and outside windows. I’ve seen many places in town that you will hand wash your car for $30. For $65 they still run it through a car wash. I guess I don’t understand why it’s $65. The next cheapest price is $28 which is the one that I got. For $28 you cannot have your car vacuumed and they will not wipe it down for you. Again to run your car through a car wash, why is it $28? I guess I cannot complain about that because I agreed to pay it, when again I can go to any automatic car wash and pay a lot less money than that. As you can see by my pictures, for $28 the machine did a really poor job. There is still dirt left on the back end of my car, different places on the front end of my car, and all four of my rims were still dirty. On top of that, I was told I will get tire shine. Again by the pictures attached, you can see there’s no tire shine on my tires. I cannot recommend this Car Wash due to all of these issues and the price.

After a car accident with the car drivable but window glass scattered all through the cab, manager Brooke & team responded after 5pm with a deep interior cleaning for a reasonable price. Car usable to shuttle kids to 2 schools the next morning. Super pleased with the results!

All the staff were polite and friendly, and the waiting room was clean and tidy. They offered free water, coffee, and popcorn. I chose the "Best Wash" for the exterior and paid $30 for the interior cleaning. However, I noticed that the exterior still had dirt all over it. While the interior was mostly cleaned, areas like the drink holders, dashboard, and steering wheel were not touched at all. Overall, I found the total charge of $57 to be excessively high for the service provided.

Never again will I pay $55 for a car wash to leave and still have bugs all over the front and back of my car as well as dirt on the plastic accents of my car. Ask the guy if he can wipe over it some more and he tells me he did the best he could. I said I’ll never be back for $55. It should be spotless and he said “wow”. Yeah wow, lesson learned wash it my own self from now on!
