Zips car wash in general is great at most locations. This location however needs some major work and upgrades. The car wash is broken and not working 30% of the time… half the vacuums don’t suck enough to even pick up the pebbles or grass from my car. And the vacuums always yank off the hose and you have to try to reattach it all.

Overall the experience was very positive. I’m picky about automatic car washes. I wish there was a contactless option, and a little more time could have been spent by the attendant pre-rinsing the back of the vehicle to make sure no dirty remained after the wash. But my kids loved all the lights and soaps, the dryers did pretty well, and the Hogs promotion was too good to pass up. Jacob did a great job selling it to us.

Last time I was there the attendant was just sitting his car. Was having issues with the touch screen and the attendant had a put out look, like he didn't give a sheet. Carwash still has a missing strip that leaves a strip of dirty spots. Guess I'm going to try the new car wash down the street. I won't be going to this one again.

Unfortunately, my negative experience is not directly related to this location, but as this is my "Account Set-Up" location, this is where I will leave my review. Zips business office in Little Rock has horrible customer service. The people I have communicated with have zero initiative to solve problems. They are quick to transfer responsibility to another associate or place blame on the wash location. I have been a member of Zips for a number of years. But many of my frustrations have come when I try to change account information (vehicle or credit card info). The internet connection at the wash location is sub-par. It may take over a half hour to change minor details related to my account. And the business office cannot update some of that info. However, the wash location cannot offer promotions or refunds. They must come from the business office. Due to this very frustrating back and forth, I have decided to take my vehicles to a better car wash.

Was greeted by a worker named Jacob who explained in brief but useful detail the options available ultimately helping lead to the wash that i wanted. with quick and easy service i was in and out in no longer then 20 minutes. got my car to the state that i wanted it after a long time without a cleaning. super happy with the results for the money i spent!

I got the $12.00 car wash, came out, and my truck was still dirty. I don't live on a dirt road; it was just road grime. I went back, and they told me that this was all I got with the $12.00 wash. I will never go back to Zip ever again.. They don't have any signs letting you know this. I can't support a business that doesn't stand behind their product or service.

Mike in Springdale is one of the best! He is always asking how you are doing and if there is anything he can help you with. What a breath of fresh air to meet someone that actually cares about the people who come through his car wash. I try and stop there to wash my vehicle when I am in Springdale. Great job Mike!!

So I came for a vac today to tackle lots of dog hair. The vac is free! Great suction! Microfiber towels with glass and surface cleaner ready to go conveniently! Go ahead and just give them 5 stars!

I used to have a subscription so I’ve been to a lot of Zips. My car died and I barely managed to get into their lot. They helped push it into a spot and ensured me it’d be safe here whether I have to leave it or I’m able to get it started. Continued checking on me to make sure I was okay while waiting for a ride. Literally the nicest car wash employees I have EVER met.

I was super grateful for all the help Mike offered me. After going through the car wash, he walked by and noticed I still had a bunch of bugs on the front of my car from a recent road trip. He told me to go through the wash again but before I did he sprayed down the front of my car and even wiped some of it off. He went above and beyond and I was so thankful! This zip car wash was amazing!

If you’re looking for a car wash, I know there’s lots of choices out there but none of them have Mike. Mike is passionate about what he does and his customer service is through the roof. Pulled up to clean out my 4Runner and was met by a gentle men named Bentley. First and foremost top tier service and man’s deserves a raise/bonus. He walked me through the app and showed me how to work everything and I even got a free wash out of it all. Great service and great wash.

2 brushes weren't working today, so I informed the workers and was granted another wash. Still yet a brush wasn't working even after they "reset" the system. They need to check all locations because I've had the same problem as well. Plus my car is still dirty after 2 passes. Sorry. Won't ever see a penny from this person.

Was passing through and came for the 12 $ car wash cause I'm cheap, and they more than met all my expectations. My truck was muddy and they made her shine like she was new. Even got the underbelly somehow. Highly recommend

Update: to the owner. I am from more north Arkansas and was passing through and stopped for this service. Customers should not have to take an extra step to check after a wash, the expectation is the car is clean now that I've gone thru the autowash. My review was intended to spark a conversation on your end as to why they only sprayed HALF the vehicle before the autowash. I'd also comment that the spinners in the wash didn't even touch the vehicle, and that could be the issue. My wife noticed that part and said she'd never seen spinners do "so little." Room for improvement. This is what they call clean? Well... I think not! Terrible service. Fella spraying the soap wash on before the rolling car wash part, only sprayed the driver side!! Two other associates were just standing nearby and chatting, apparently they get paid to chat. Slackers! Waste of $15 and never again. Only took 2 pictures but be known the whole car looks this bad

Getting the monthly subscription is where it’s at. Whether it’s extremely hot outside or extremely cold all you do is pull up drive through and get washed. My daughter loves coming here and that’s the main reason I have the subscription. Update: even though my daughter loves coming here the wash does not do a good job and really isn’t worth the money. On top of that, before they changed out the car wash components it totally scratched my truck down the side. I turned in the claim, And they have not reached out to me again. When I went inside to get an employee to show him what it had done, He said “Yep that happens. I’ve seen it several times.” I went and got three estimates and brought it to them months ago. Then they changed out all of the components inside of this car wash and never contacted me Check out my videos, because they are not biased at all.

Passing through this little town, coming from Texas. My van was filthy. All quik car washes in DFW, have an employee that does a pre soak and wipe on the front and rear sections prior to the vehicle entering the automated washing area. And most wash’s are under $10. This ZIP location was $12 and the guy standing at the entrance to the wash area did nothing. I don’t know if all ZIP WASH locations are like this. Needless to say the was compared to our Texas car wash’s fall very short of satisfactory. I had to get out and spray down the front and rear section and do a quick hand wipe/wash. Now…the self VACUUM section was GREAT!!!! Most of our vacuum sections in Texas SUCK.

Exceptional customer service! Came out to help dry off car, not a pushy salesman just genuine kindness if I had any question needed help ,etc. Can buy a membership anywhere haven’t had customer service like Mike at an automatic car wash ever. Good job Zips!

Waste of $12. The guy running the place was nice enough but it felt like we were pushed through way too fast. We went in because a cat walked across the hood with muddy paws. The car wash didn't even get rid of that. Stuff was stuck all over the windshield, etc. Vacuums wouldn't even get gravel off the floor. The was was $12 and quite literally didn't even wash the car off. I would not suggest this location.
