I was considering selling my 1995 Chevy Z71 extended cab but after RTA did such a great job, I decided to keep it. They steam cleaned the engine compartment and cleaned the interior and exterior along with a wax job. I dropped my truck off at 9am and picked it back up at 7pm. They have a very professional and friendly customer service atmosphere. My 26 year old truck looks really good. I highly recommend RTA Detailing!

Fantastic job, and even better customer service!! Our car looks better than it did when we drove it off the lot new. We have dogs that shed and I have always struggled getting the dog hair out, but now it looks like we never let the dogs in the car. I can't express how happy we are with the job that they did. Absolutely wonderful service! I drove over an hour after a whole pot of beans spilled in the back of my car. I am so glad that i found this place and gave them a chance! They are amazing! I had a huge soda stain on my driver seat and a stain on the back seat that are gone. I didn't take any before pictures since i forgot but i am so happy with the job they did. My car looks brand new, like i just bought it and drove it off the lot!! Super happy and will definitely be using them again the next time i need to get my car detailed! 😁😁

WOW!!! RTA Detailing went above and beyond! My windows were cracked open during the recent thunderstorm & the entire carpeted interior of my car was SOAKED. I thought maybe I had ruined my car. They had to take the seats out, and it took a while for everything to dry. Made an appointment for my daughter’s car the day before and was able to get her car in the next morning. We didn’t realize how much water damage her car had inside. Brittany was very upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done. An absolute awesome job was done on her car! We recently took our new truck to RTA to detail. The truck had the bed liner done and the over spray got everywhere which was our main reason for getting it detailed. RTA ensured us they could get it all. They kept it for TWO days, after driving it to their “new shop” that we couldn’t have the address to. Completed it late in an evening, and left it parked in their parking lot with doors unlocked, keys in it. Said they do it all the time with their customers for pickup. We were told to get it between 6-6:30pm, the call that it was in their parking lot was at 5:45… Upon arrival to get our vehicle it was quickly noticed that they did get some over spray off but ALOT of it was left, some areas even untouched. Ones that we specifically pointed out at drop off that we wanted taken care of. It was also dirty and had foot prints all over the rear bumper (a car wash could have made it look cleaner than it was left). Furthermore, the truck was new to us at this time but the dealership didn’t deliver 100% clean, so we wanted a few interior items taken care of. There was sticky stuff on the window shield from a sticker during transport and some dirty around the cup holder seams. We asked they get those two items specifically, as soon as we got the truck back I noticed the sticker stuff was still on the windshield (big pieces, hard to miss), there was moisture standing in the cup holders (we’ve never had drinks in there…), the felt interior lining was wet to the touch and had marks now, there was red liquid exposed on the back seat and green paint on the floor mat (items that a DETAIL shop should have seen and taken care of). After spending nearly $1000 (and asking us to pay before picking up), $250 of which was on an interior clean that wasn’t done, we asked for a refund for at least the interior portion because it wasn’t done at all. We were told no refund but that they’d clean our truck again… at that point we requested a meeting with the owner Correy. He agreed, we texted him the day before to confirm, he said sounds good. Day of the meeting comes, we were running a little behind so we curtesy message him to let him know. He calls and says he’s tied up in a meeting for the next hour and a half and that we’d have to wait…completely unacceptable to stand a client up that drove 45 minutes to meet with you on a job that’s already been explained once. He offered to meet next day, but.. After having our vehicle two days to begin with, getting it back with interior worse than we left it, and then not making it to the meeting that was scheduled and confirmed in advance. We decided to take our business elsewhere. We do NOT recommend RTA to anyone that cares about their vehicle and hope that you consider our experience before deciding to do business with them.
