Any time I come through here the employees are so engulfed in their conversation that I have to wait for them to come out of the office or come all the way out because they’re in the doorway talking to their coworker. This evening was exceptionally bad with the girl sitting on the counter on her phone and the guy with a short haircut and beard. Newsflash- this is a job, and one that you chose. The least you could do is have a sense of urgency when a customer does finally pull up. Not to mention the soap scum that’s always left behind on my car. I’ve been a member for several months and my membership is up in a few days, I definitely wouldn’t recommend zips at all, especially not this location.

Very disappointed with the lack of service provided at the Tesson Ferry location. When we first started using this location the associates were very friendly and spent a few minutes before the wash started making sure the windshield was soaked well and sprayed the vehicle down well also. When the wash was finished and we exited, the vehicle was spotless! Now, we are lucky if they even spray off the driver side of the vehicle!! For the amount of money that is spent for the service, it is not worth doing! I have even turned around and went back through again!

The manager Jacob at this location is phenomenal! Zips in general has been extremely disappointing over the last few months. I constantly pull up to my two local locations to find them closed during normal business hours. My trucks back windows and tailgate don’t get washed. The secondary location (not this one) I go to typically has vacuums that don’t work, employees that don’t leave the office to even wave, much less spray my car. I’d appreciate a phone call from a CSR. Please feel free to contact me at anytime of day and leave a direct call back if you cannot reach me at a time convenient to you.

zip car wash is the best in automatic car wash, plus, they have a free vaccuum and after wash area where you can have a final touch for your car. but, NOT in this location! DO NOT GO in this location(tesson ferry)! just Don't! 😬 Go to the one in Meramec! :) thanks!

They raised their prices by 20% without my knowledge. I went 2 months before I noticed it. There service went down as well. They no longer have vacuums at the location I frequent. They removed a whole set of brushes toward the end of the wash. My car is no longer completely clean. The workers are constantly changing and none of them take the time to pre-wash the whole car. They do my hood and the left side of my car, but never do the right side or the rear hatch. Numerous times I have had to go through a second time.

I've been going to the Tesson Ferry location for a while now and everyone is always very friendly. Today I went there and spoke to Tommy. He was very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend going here! Edit:: I also wanted to give a shout out to the very kind and friendly lady (her name is Felicia I believe). She is always so nice and helpful. I really do love going to this location specifically because of the employees there. 5/5

I have a basic wash membership and today, I went to your Tesson Ferry location and Tommy, the assistant manager was so helpful in giving me the information I needed to upgrade the membership. He also had me test out the upgrade with a free wash today. Not only did he answer my questions and give me the wash but he did it with a smile on his face and told me to have a blessed day. I told him I need all the blessings and he said it again. A bright spot in my day. As someone who has worked in Customer service my whole career, I really appreciated the care Tommy took with me today.

I pay for the top wash I arrive at 18:20 and they have the driveway blocked off. Hours say open until 20:00. I don’t ever get all of the services I pay for. I’ve had this membership for over a year now. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone ever. If i could cancel this I would customer service never answers.

Elmeca is the manager at this location? He has the kids that are working here scared for their jobs even if your car comes out dirty, they won’t rewash. The kid told me that the manager would take it out of his pay and yelled at him. Great family car wash a lot of other places to go get your car washed past this place up. It’s garbage, by the way, I will be disputing the charge for the car wash that didn’t clean my car

I wish I could give 0 stars! Paid over $20 for the car wash to leave soap all over my car. They sent me back through to not only have soap left on my car again but then be stuck in the bay between 2 cars because the old lady in front of me wouldn't drive out. The car behind me had to be rescued! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After an extremely poor experience at Zips on Southern Manor Drive, where you can read my review, I came to this location on Tesson Ferry. The attendant at 11:30 a.m. October 20th was very nice, completely different than the attendant at Southern Manor. However the wash was disappointing. I have a GMC Canyon and it didn't clean the tailgate very well.

ZIPS Customer Service at corporate is not helpful at all. I have had 15 car wash passes for years at this facility, and out of no where they terminated 6 of them within a week after charging my credit card money. The location cannot help you, and corporate wont actually call you when you request it. This car wash also has broken equipment all the time and cars dont even get cleaned, its convenient for me, but the continued membership hassle is starting to wear thin.

In carwash and was stuck for 30 minutes because a floor mat was stuck in the chain that moved the cars through. Always something broke/wrong at this carwash. We ended up backing out as they could not get it fixed. Disappointed again.

Dont waste your money. This carwash used to be good when it was Waterway. It doesnt rinse well and your car is left with spots and streaks. I have given this location too many tries hoping it would get better. It hasn't. Find a different carwash.

There are no descriptions of the washes, and I could not find employees to help explain. The basic wash left my car soapy and not clean. I would not recommend unfortunately.

I asked Hailey to power wash (wand) the back of my SUV since the last time at Zips, they didn’t do it and it was still dirty after going through the car wash. She did wand it and this time it was much cleaner. I appreciate Hailey doing that.

After my experience at Zips car wash I’m confident that I can die happy. The establishment is beautiful, the soap smells like juicy fruit, and the manager (Jake Schlinger) was a real charm to my day. Asked me about my kids and everything. I aspire to have the customer service that Jake has some day. Will be coming back
