No Soap. No Water. No Notice. Paid for a car wash got the dirt waxed onto the car. If there were signs telling there was no soap itd be fine but its the fact they scammed numerous cars out of their money not telling them they would be waxing the dirt on. Sure they handed out free towels but he never said why just let people believe they were gonna get a car wash.

Went through the self-service lane. The computer screen was so sensitive that it selected the $30 wash before I had a chance to even see the next screen load. The “back” button did nothing, and I had to cancel the whole transaction. Second attempt and I still wasn’t able to properly choose my carwash. After the third attempt I was finally able to tap the screen quick enough to select the $20 wash I actually wanted, but then the card reader wouldn’t work. As I was trying to get it to work, an employee came walking up to my window but rather than help me he just tried to upsell me on a carwash club membership. I told him I just wanted the $20 wash and he mumbled something so quickly I had no idea what he said, but then he flashed an iPad at me that said “basic wash” for $17. There was no $17 option on the screen, nor did I want a “basic wash,” which was $12 on the self-service kiosk, and the employee seemed to have no interest whatsoever in helping me or explaining or reiterating what he had just mumbled at me. I told him I’d just go somewhere else and backed out of the line. He seemed so unsurprised by me bailing that it must happen a lot. Awful experience.

I've been member for a few years they religiously take their payments on time every month but the service isn't the same consistency... its going down hill and I kinda want to end my membership do to the fact theres no more buckets and pre wash stuff put put anymore and the car wash doesn't get your car clean enough to purchase on spot you would need to go back through and wash a 2nd time the vacuuming is free but they dont work properly and the mat cleaner hasn't worked in a couple years...

I’ve been a member w , ( now) ZIPPS in Overland 8 yrs-way back when it was Blue Iguana! I’m tired of going there to find only one scanner working and the workers doing new memberships-while we all are stuck for several minutes is ur not at the back and can back out-which I have a few times. Vacuums and air are always down w trash cans placed non spots to let u no they’re broken. But what if I just wanted to wipe down my car-no need to vacuum?🤷🏽♂️I gave 2 stars bc the workers do what they can and are appreciated. CORPORATE! A lot of us have tried to hang w u. Some changes need to be made . And im tired of ur tire shine machine just sloppin’ the solution all over my rims.

This is not a good place to take your car for a wash and you can tell. I shouldve had known better. That wash left scratches dents dings etc. I wouldn't recommend them or any car wash on page unless it mobile!. Zips sucks!

This place is a joke. My account is charged 25 bucks every month and for the last 3 months I go there and they say they can't find my account so I end up driving away without a wash. Called customer service and they coodnt find my account lol. They asked me to send them a bank statement for proof it eas paid. Sorry no. Im nit wast8jg my time doijg this. Ill call my bank and tell them nit to allow any transactions to zips car wash. Im done with this circus operation. Also, every single person in front if me appears to be having a hard time also. Can't ever just drive theiugh thr members lane. Place is a joke. UPDATE:CONTACTED MY BANK AND HAD A STOP PLACED IN ANY TRANSACTIONS GOING TO ZIPS FOR FIVE YEARS. THAT SHOULD BE LONG ENOUGH BECAUSE THESE THIEVES WONT EVEN EXIST AT THAT TIME. THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND NOTHING WORKS.

Update to updated review: once again nonstop noise coming from one vacuum over at the zips. The employees do not care, the company will not respond to repeated calls and emails. It’s a simple damn fix, put the shitty loud vacuum OUT OF ORDER or call maintenance to come fix it. Listening to this constant jet engine whine of the vacuum is unacceptable. Apparently the company is so terrible they can’t keep any employees. There is always a skeleton crew of two people working. I would never take my car through a car wash that doesn’t do regular maintenance on their equipment. Hopefully it’s just a matter of time until this shitty car wash goes out of business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible neighbors and terrible customer service. Updated review: after numerous calls and emails to the corporate office and several calls to The City of Overland about a peace disturbance I am pleased to report that they have finally addressed the noise issue. I am not changing my rating because it took months of non-stop complaining before anything happened and it should not be like that. What it boils down to is maintaining their equipment on a regular basis. The other issue is no contact numbers for the business. You are forced to go through the corporate number where the wheels turn slowly or not at all. If I could have contacted the business without having to deal with corporate or the city of overland this probably could have been handled in a short amount of time. This company gets a bug 👎🏻👎🏻 from me. My review is in regards to the complete lack of respect that the business has for the residents who live near them. Since February we have endured a constant high pitched squeal coming from the business for 8-10 hours a day 7 days a week. It has been brought to their attention and to the attention of their corporate offices and it continues. Just take a listen and imagine hearing this all day every day. Just tap the photo to hear it.

Please do not go to this car was , the one on all three locations kingshighway , st Charles rock rd , page they are always closed for some odd reason . Especially page and the rk rd . You go through get your car washed and come out with a ton of soap suds on your car . No need to go back through because your going to have the same thing happen all over again . You ask the workers over and over why is this happening and they just say they always do that or they say I dont know . Its ridiculous. Use to be a good car wash none of the vacuums are on on one side so everyone is waiting to vacuum on one side of the lot or end up driving off without vacuuming because of the wait Then when you do get to the vacuum the hose is to short now to reach the back floor or they are not powerful enough to even vacuum. What are we paying for a membership for ?

Kind of pricey, wasn't totally pleased with the "brushes" that go over the top of your car, they kind of just lazily moved back and forth a couple of inches. Wasn't too psyched to see the results, and then it was pretty wet when it came out, but after driving on the highway, my car dried up somewhat and it was pretty clean. Looks good. After getting a car wash I went to Costco to fill up my tires and there was a ton of black gunk on My hands after unscrewing the valve stem covers, I'm not sure if that has to do with the car wash or If that's just something that usually happens, but it was kind of oily. Wheels and tires look pretty clean though, so there's that. I would definitely go back to this place. They also gave me a free microfiber shammy towel, that's pretty cool.

Horrible management. 1) the car wash did not sufficiently rinse the vehicle. There were suds covering my passenger side. 2) the vacuums barely pulled up anything… very low suction. 3) I asked if I could get a re-rinse for the suds & was told “no. Another customer just asked and management declined since it wasn’t dirt.” Since when does an establishment not take responsibility for faulty equipment/service? As a new resident to the area, massive thumbs down for this being my first car wash experience in the area. Looking forward to trying somewhere else in the future. Waste of money at this establishment.

I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I came here. First I essentially only wanted to vacuum my car I came in and there was a line of cars and there were two employees outside. He told me the prices and I was waiting for the lowest price and he told me it was $18 so I go through the car wash and after i wipe my windshield I notice there’s scratches on my windshield indicative of a car wash brush spinning., I noticed the Car didn’t even clean my car very well, for example my rims.. I get to the drying vacuum area and there’s only one hose that doesn’t reach in the nooks and crannies of a car, I noticed the airspray Hose that also does not work. I’m sure at one point they did have a machine that clean the mats. That was nowhere to be found. I thought to myself $18 is a little expensive for a car wash that is missing quite a few things., that was Sunday. I got to work and thought about it and went online and noticed they did have a $12 car wash, which I was not informed by the man was standing in front of the machine then proceeded to ask me oh since you’re paying $18 already you might as well upgrade and get our membership it’s only an extra $6, but isn’t that just kind of deceitful. I called on Monday and the gentleman was absolutely no help so I just let them know. I’ll be writing a review so here it is, sir. The only thing I did wrong was not look at the reviews before I went to the car wash.

Went here to get my car washed and unfortunately it scratched up my car pretty bad. The back was still dirty as well. I got the $12 wash. The sides are a bit scratched as well. Staff was really helpful and nice about the claim so i put two stars but not necessarily how i wanted to spend my afternoon. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Hoping the claim follows through and i get reimbursed for the damages. Good customer service and my cars clean though i guess lol
