Dezzy made me smile, and I initially rated 5 stars. I am changing this because this wash is constantly closed. There is always a cone in the driveway. I pay 35 dollars for unlimited washes and its technically not unlimited because there is always an issue with the wash. The hot wax has not worked in over a month and the features are hit and miss. The customer service is great though.

I've been a member of zips car wash for almost a year now and I felt the need to write this review on behalf of Quentin's work ethic! Great attention to detail and it truly shows that he cares about the work he puts in! Two thumbs up! Keep up the good work and it will always get you far!

The employee working on March 25th was the rudest human I’ve ever interacted with. He refused to acknowledge customers. Didn’t wave them in. Refused to help when the card reading machines weren’t working for multiple customers. Then the car wash didn’t wash half my car. Literally soap just sitting by on my car. I asked for a rag and he yelled at me. Said it was my fault. I am cancelling my membership and I highly recommend this car wash not be used.

Nice staff, but slowest car wash experience ever! I’ve been here multiple times and it always takes 10-15+ minutes. Getting a car wash should be a quick process, not something you have to plan for due to slow lines using their payment system each time. I’ve been there around 8am and also early afternoon...different times, same thing.

I first paid $25 to get the full service including undercoating wheels and wax. First time I went through they said the wheels wash wasn't working so they gave me $5 off and my Yukon was still covered in soap. So they gave me $5 back I had to go back to the car wash again and again my truck was still covered with soap at the end of the wash so I drove back through again to ask the kids that were working there that I'm surprised they're even able to drive if I could still get another rent because my truck was still covered with soap and they told me I was going to have to pay for a complete wash again they cannot send my truck through just to get it rented off. So I am very unhappy with the service my truck is still covered with soap and my wheels still have brake dust on them I would not recommend that car wash to anyone ever again.

I am incredibly impressed with the service. Mac was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I seriously got the best car wash of my life. My car FEELS fresh and clean. I've been to a lot of drive through car washes, but this one actually makes a difference! Thanks Mac!

For the most part it is a great car wash. Some locations I find pre-wash not being done, or just barely getting the dust off. I also suggest that rinsing should be increased. There is an excessive amount of protective product still on my rear end windows and is creating spots on my windows. When I first joined, my car was spotless at every visit. Seems that quality is decreasing. Thank you

The one on Watson, which is the closest for me, closes early or at random days. I signed up for the premium plan a four months ago. I was told they had a special and it was $19.99 per month which I was charged the first month. The next month I was charged $35.00 on my credit card. There is no phone number to call and try and work it out so I sent an email. I received no reply. I figured I would just keep the premium going because it was worth the cost. I should of canceled the next month. They close early often. I can’t get there until 7:30. They are supposed to be open till 8:00 pm. Several times they had a cone up blocking the entrance no reason why. Today was the last straw. It was 65 degrees today 2/23/21. First nice day in awhile so I wanted to get the salt washed of my car. I pulled up at 7:45. The gate was up so I pulled up to the garage door where there was a sign stating to wait for attendant. I waited a few minutes, thinking the attendant needed a bathroom break. After five minutes the young man came out from the tunnel and told me that they had to close early. I canceled my subscription. I will be going to a different car wash from now on. I only was able to get one car wash the whole month of February.

Gina is the jam! She was great explaining the options and answering my questions with kindness. I ended up becoming a member, and I most definitely would not have if Gina’s personality wasn’t dazzling! 🤷🏼♀️ Looks like I just might be running into her on the regular now that I’m a member and all, which is an added bonus. My Zips experience started with Gina and ended with my sparkling clean car! If that isn’t five stars, I don’t know what is! Give that gal a raise!

Usually I really like this place. My most recent visit was underwhelming. Having been here so often I know that the worker who directed me into the tunnel didn't follow the standard procedure. He didn't spray down the car, didn't direct me in and overall seemed disinterested in his job. I understand it's merely a car wash job but we consumers are being asked to pay a premium price and I usually choose the premium package. I appreciate being treated like a premium customer. Maybe he was having an off day. But keep in mind, it's what pays the bills and give it your best effort while you're on the clock. It's that effort that keeps people coming back and keeps the business open.

I’ve been to several Zips across the country in this may be the worst location I’ve been to. They rarely, if ever, put out the spray bottles and towels to clean windows and interiors. There are no vacuums, and the car wash itself is very average and really does not do a great job on the back of the car. It used to be slightly better and they would spray the front of the car to help get bugs off, but they haven’t done that in months if not more than a year. The only reason I’m a member is because it’s close to my house and they have locations nationwide. I should probably try and find an alternative solution because this really is not worth the money. The location on Gravois is not much better, except they do a better job putting out towels and spray and there are plenty of vacuums.

I came out of the car wash with as much dirt as when I went in the car wash. There are no vacuum cleaners no washing the front of your car. And it’s $12 just to have very little water on your car. I’m not sure if my car was wet when I came out. I will never go back I wish I’d remember to take pictures of my car before I washed it after I got home. No idea how it gets 4.2 stars

Charlotte is totally amazing. She’s extremely gregarious and personable. She explained things as well. Made it very simple. It’s a pleasure to go to this call or under new management and a new business owner highly recommend.

I am actually amazed at how bad of a car wash and experience this was. Who would have thought a car wash could go so bad? No soap, no water, no rinse, no dry. Just the car rolling through and the scrubbers moving the dry dirt around. I went back around to let Charlotte know it didn’t work. She called her boss who said I needed to call corporate. Correct, they would not just send me back through for a wash that included washing. I left, drove to waterway, paid $2 less and received a wash that included a person scrubbing the car, soap, water, rinsing, drying - the whole bit. I wrote this review while getting the wash. Go somewhere else if you need a car wash or just donate $12 to a good cause.

Thanks Charlotte! Always a good experience at this location as I Zip on through. I purchased a plan so I can go through any time which is great for the winter months. And Charlotte is always around with friendly and helpful service. Very outgoing which as I moved into a plan, made it an even better experience. Would recommend 👍

1. If you have nice wheels, don’t come here. They have rails to line up your wheel and push you through the car wash. Very easy to get curve rash. 2. This is NOT a touch-less wash. It has the old school spinning mops. 3. Paid $15 to have to clean my car again. It didn’t even touch the rear. See pictures for details. Only gave it a 2 star because the staff seems friendly and helpful.

They don't even spray water on the truck until after you go through the brushes. Then half of the turbo nozzles don't spin so it is just random jets spraying on spots. Several of the rinse nozzles were clogged so there was still soap on the car and to top it off one of the blowers to dry was completely missing the motor.
