Car wash was mediocre, the one nice thing were the wash cloths there. Very disrespectful customer service rep. I submitted a ticket to cancel my membership 3 days before it would have renewed. I did not get a reply until after I got charged and then I asked for a refund. When she replied to tell me their 7day cancellation policy, I kindly asked if she could make an exception, as I asked 3 days before getting charged again. She copied and pasted the exact email she already sent to me. I felt like an idiot for asking. Customer service 101 is to always validate customers feelings even if you can’t give them what they are asking. She could have easily resolved the situation by simply acknowledging my disappointment and saying she can’t make an exception. Instead she did not appear to believe I was worthy of a few extra seconds spent on writing one sentence that would communicate care about me as a human being. Instead she had the audacity to reply with a photo of the contract I signed to rub that in my face. You can be right and still lose. Zips is losing me as a customer permanently. I do not recommend it. Go to Tommy’s instead.

Seemed like a good and seamless operation and I was actually happy with the entire experience until I noticed a cracked windshield which completely put a damper on it all. Will have to get in touch with them but this is such a bummer. User beware.

Zips will charge you three times per month for your "Monthly" Subscription, but not even have the decency to charge you for the correct amount. I signed up for the $25/mo unlimited washes, and they have charged me two to three times a month, for amounts ranging from $10 to $38 - hiking your ""monthly"" subscription fee from $25/month all the way up and over $60-$80 and then adamantly deny they are doing it. Their customer service is almost no help to you, and instead of resolving the issue will just give you a support ticket they never get to. DO NOT GO HERE! There are lots of other car wash places that will wash your car better - and not steal from you!

Awful customer service. Canceled my subscription and was billed multiple times afterwards. It's a scam, awful service and awful carwash practices. Go elsewhere people!!!!! ( I know others who were scammed too) Make sure when you cancel your subscription you call your bank or your credit card co and tell them to not authorize any more payments to ZIPS, because zips will keep taking your money out regardless if you went into their store and canceled it. That's why it's a scam and shenanigans. They should be brought up to the BBB. Unacceptable practices.

The moorhead wash barely got any of my truck clean. Missed a bunch on the sides and the tailgate completely. Also hardly any of the soap was rinsed off so there are spots all over it. I would not recommend this car wash. I have had way better washes for less than 25$

3-30-2021 update. Brady Solmon the manager of this location got in touch and asked me to stop by so he could check out the rims. He offered to use “Presta” brand “Ultra 2 step Cutting Compound” on the rims. He did a small area and the spots and water marks disappeared. He then told me I could sit in my car and he was going to grab 2 other workers to come out and help him with the rims. They spent 30 minutes and they look so much better. The rims still need some more buffing and detail work. And even Brady said I need to take it somewhere to get the rims detailed. I am thankful that the manager tried to fix the situation to my satisfaction. And hoping he talked to the “on-site”manager that was working on 3-27-21 for better communication and Customer service... just be nice. But good employees are hard to find. Completely happy with Brady and his resolution to the problem. Four Seasons Car Wash Do not take your car here. See the photos of what they did to my chrome rims. The residue is even on my tires. This makes me wonder what their chemicals are doing to other parts of my car like the paint, rubber seals, tires, etc. These Lexus rims are expensive and were in perfect condition. This residue is from the car wash where I purchased the (Platinum Package "THE ULTIMATE") on 3-27-21. This residue will not rub off. I have no idea how to get it off, and the manager refused to even make a suggestion other than "it just needs to be wiped off" "polish it off". I did just that for 30 minutes in their parking lot after the wash, and it would not come off. I asked a worker walking by if I could talk to the manager again while I continued to keep rubbing and trying to clean the rims. The manager on duty wouldn't come out to see results or talk to me again. The worker came over after being inside to tell the manager I needed him and he asked why I was in Minnesota. It is none of their business why I drove my car from Arizona to Minnesota. What is their business - washing cars and not damaging something that was pristine on arrival but utterly destroyed after their "wash." What have they done to my rims? What chemicals were used or wax and the high heat process damaged them? Do not go to this business expecting your chrome wheels to not get damaged! Beware and if you have chrome wheels, make sure you check them out before you leave! See photos of their cleaning products, wax or whatever it is on my rims. It is also on my tires too! Since this happened to my chrome rims, how difficult will it be to restore the paint and other components of the car? I have tried to reach someone today but no answer, left a message. I think they are just trying to ignore me.

I have been to this car wash 6 times in hopes they would do better but have been disappointed every single time. Today was the 6th and last time I’ll go there. $15 car wash and this is what I get.

Worst carwash ever. Avoid this place the brushes broke my mirror base and the cover clips, and the blower throw away the cover like 15 feet scratching it against the floor damaging the paint. Been calling 30+ times to corporate and visiting the Moorhead location since March, and now after 5 months they are denying it was a carwash problem and the vehicle was already damaged, even after sending the pictures of the incident. If you have any damage they won't care, worst customer support of all!!

We live just a few blocks away. We've seen many and many of these start popping up everywhere. Also, you think places like this would be closed on account of, you know, the DROUGHT and water restrictions we're in. But that's a different story. So we went in this morning just to check it out. Normally we've hated seeing these pop up on every corner in FargoMoorhead, because they're an eye sore. But we gave it a chance. We don't have a membership so we paid $20 for their best wash. We were rushed into the wash with little prep and little interaction. As soon as we were in, we instantly felt the machines beat the living heck out of our car. I understand people are fascinated by new tech and bells and whistles but pay attention to what's going on. This machine is considerably more aggressive than any other car wash we've been to. The machine had enough force that it was constantly flipping our mirrors forward and backward. I was worried it would actually pop our mirrors off, even more so if they had been older and stationary mirrors. After all was said and done, we had to walk out and inspect the vehicle, rightly so. We had a 2018 Toyota Rav4, smaller SUV and not everything was cleaned, this actually being the first time we've really had to worry about not getting our car clean in a car wash. You would think with how aggressive it was, it would've wiped everything off. And lastly, it completely bent our front license plate. That plate isn't even a month old as we just bought the car maybe a month ago. Please be cautious using these types of washes, and inspect your vehicle after going through them.

Paid $24 to get a good wash. Front window doesn't even look like it was touched. Dirt still on the hood. You can see where the kid used the pressure washer because that's how much the car wash didn't work. The pressure washer worked better than the actual car wash. I will go to Holiday for my next wash.

Worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid over $32 for something that couldn’t even clean any of the front of my vehicle. The free window squeegee at the gas pump next door did better on my windshield.

I went through on Oct 7th at about 9:30 am. It was not busy. I purchased the $13 wash. I pulled in the open door and waited for an employee to come out and get it going. After a quick spray that maybe got the left headlight wet I started through the wash. The side and top brush didn't contact the car and when I exited the wash the bugs were still on the windshield. I went around and had to get out of my car and go into the wash and then yell into the employee area for someone. After a while someone came out and agreed to let me go through again. He briefly used a hand brush on the hood and windshield then sent me through again. After the wash I just drove off. When I got home I noticed the bumper is still covered in bugs and the car is covered in water spots. I have had good washes here before but I highly recommend not going there now.
