I cannot say enough about the quality of work Golden State performed on our vehicle. I purchased a car that was HORRIBLY FILTHY! Dog hair, stains, odors....it was very bad. I went to a few other places and they declined. That is how bad it was. I called Golden State and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate me. Though it was a Saturday, I brought it over and they said they could handle it. After others refused. They even called and asked if they could keep it longer to remove all the seats and do a thorough cleaning. When I picked the car up, we were in disbelief!!! This was definitely not the car we dropped off. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! They exceeded our expectations and have won a loyal customer. Their work and customer service is OVER THE TOP!!!!!

I didn't get a chance to have my truck serviced with this company, and I never will after the call I received from them. I have been looking around to different car detailing companies for my wife's truck. I have left a few voicemails at different places to get different quotes to pick the right one. I had left a voicemail for this particular company and when they called back, I asked them what company they were since I had not written down what number went to which company. The person answers "If you don't know, then disregard. Goodbye." and just hangs up. That was extremely unprofessional and I am appalled. I will never take any of my vehicles here.
