Worst service I have ever had to pay for!!! Didnt even do half the job I took it in for! And what I had to pay for was overcharged and sloppy workmanship! If I could post pictures I would. Yes they refused to give me my keys unless I paid their overcharged. I was told my Yukon was a small suv because no third row seats but yet manager insisted I pay for large suv plus third row seats which my car doesn't have. I would not recommend this racket to my worst enemy!!! My experience was horrible!! Plus my headlights are worst than when I took it in. Horrible, customerservice and horrible workmanship!!

We have been going to Yuba City Car Wash for a long time but we don't know if we are ever going back. The last time that I went, I had an appointment for Haircut afterwards and after the wash I was on my way and I started to notice that the inside was still very dusty and it smelled very musty like the rag that they used was in dirty water. I have a bad smeller and my wife noticed the smell. I had called the person that was at the desk to complain and he apologized for the car being dirty still. He offered to wash it again but my wife did not want to take it back. The wash is more than $30 and I usually tip $6-7 dollars and I feel that I should have received a better service.

I was very pleased with the detail job that Chris and Jesse did. My 2007 car looked brand new when finished. All grandkid stains gone.I highly recommend them .

Paid for the 20.95 wash and vacuum. Looked good, but then noticed that the small tiny windows in the back were not done, nor was the back window done, don't think they ever opened the lift, and cleaned that back window. Staff was nice, it was quick. Over all I guess not bad, would of been amazing had they done the inside of the windows.

I asked for an inside outside wash and clean. I went inside an paid $21. My car went thru the wash, they dried it and gave me the keys. There was still some water running down the side, not a big deal, but there were spots that were still soapy. They vacuumed nicely, but didn't clean the center console at all.

Took my husband’s truck but it was too tall to go through the wash which we half expected. Decided to get the inside cleaned since we were there. Being a work truck it was very dirty so we had done a quick wipe down on the way there. I understand missing a few spots but you can’t even tell it was cleaned at all. The back door panels were not touched at all. We will never go back.

My wife & I are new to yuba city ca. Drove by & seen the car wash. We should of googled this car wash location before the wash. I went in needing a wash & came out needing to go to the auto body shop. Very disappointing but good to know for next time(dent & scratches on left side of the car). Steer clear of this place just to save yourself the time, money & more importantly your peace of mind.

Been taking my Malibu here since I bought it about 3 years ago. The wash was a joke. Didn't even take a cloth to wipe the dash or the touch screen. Vacuumed around stuff on the floor instead of moving it around and didn't bother to vacuum under the floor mats. It's a shame as this place used to do a much better job 2 years ago.

I paid $30 for a full wash. I asked if they can do do the interior but they said they didn't have enough staff. I was the only customer there and 4 employees were gossiping in the lobby. I paid extra to have the wheels washed and tires shined. When they gave me the keys, the wheels were untouched. The back of the car still had dirt on it, and soap was still dripping off the side steps. They did not even bother wiping the car down properly. I was the only customer there the entire time and I could see at least three other emplyees walking around outside but only one person wiping down my car and she "finished" wiping it in only a few minutes. Never again, I can get a better wash at a third of the price at the automatic car washes.

Our family has built and owned 2 car washes. My sisters family have 2 car washes in Colorado. I have been to Yuba City Car Wash approximately 12 times this year. We have our vehicles serviced at Wheelers service department and includes a car wash at Yuba City car wash. They always do a great job and have never had a problem. Highly recommend Yuba City Car Wash!

Yuba City car Wash is where I go to get my best car wash. This time I found out that I'd let it go too long and there were water spots, they waxed my car and it only took like 15 minutes and I was out of there and it looks great. Everyone was very nice and did a good job.

First time going to this place for a Carwash and it will definitely be my last time. Worst customer service by the management. I have never experienced such a terrible service in my life. Not sure how they are still in business with such a terrible management and not valuing the customers. If there was a zero star option or even negative star I would pick that but had to pick one star to write a review. I can’t write enough of how terrible my one time experience was.

Car was not clean inside at all and they damaged one of my tail lights. Now they won't answer their phone. First photo is my tail light now damaged with the housing missing. Second photo is with housing intact.

Most of the time they do a great job, but once in a while they miss a lot. The reason that I still gave them 4 stars is because if you ask them nicely, they will go back over your vehicle and clean anything that you ask them to. The last employee was super nice about it, which I appreciated.

Where to begin... from waiting 10 minutes just to get a ticket, to waiting another several minutes to pay. Then 30 minutes for my car to receive a full service wash. What I got was an exterior wash with a sloppy vacuum and no wiping down of the dash ot console. I worked there many years ago and can tell you Dorothy would never allow such poor service. So disappointed.

Paid $129 ($159 - $30 coupon) for a Detail #1. Immediately I noticed that the interior of the car was untouched. I live only a mile away from this place and I called Cindi at the front counter. She explained that for the interior to be "detailed" that I would have had to select the Detail #2 option at $220. She did also mention that the "full service wash" (which is included in all detail packages) should have at least "dusted" certain parts of the interior. She offered to let me bring the vehicle back so that they could attempt a 2nd time. Cindi is the only reason this place got 2-stars instead of 1. Okay so how was the quality of product for what IS included in Detail #1? Not great. In the pics below you can see that the wheels were not 100% clean. Still bugs on the exterior side mirror (now waxed over). Windows not 100% clean. Am I being picky? Perhaps. But it's called a DETAIL. And it's 6x more than what I normally pay for a wash. This place is trying way too hard to up-sell: There is the standard "Interior Dust". Then there is "Interior wipe down" for $25 extra, and then there is "Interior Dress" for an additional $17. If a customer gives you $130; you should just give your customers a clean car. Just about any other place in town gives you a better value than this place.

Friendly but to the point. They clean the exterior and interior by hand. $24 for full service is great. Way better than Surf Thru. They also do detail interior by appointment. I will be coming here every time for car baths ! 🚗

I can’t believe how long it taking to get my oil and car washed today. It never has taken this long. I came in around 10:00. It is now 11:41 and my car still is done. I think I might need to forget about the car wash and just get my oil changed by a competent company

I highly recommend Yuba City Car Wash & Auto Detail (YCCW&AD) for everyone’s auto detail needs. Based on the team’s work on a 9-year-old white sedan that predominately sits outside (I requested they detail the interior, exterior, and engine) it is easy for me to understand why YCCW&AD is perennially voted as The Appeal Democrat’s Favorite Car Wash and Auto Detail program throughout Yuba, Sutter, and Colusa counties. In the course of 8-hours, beginning and ending through an extremely thorough task-analysis, the team systematically and painstakingly vacuumed, cleaned, and shampooed the carpets, restored polish to the seats, cleaned every corner and crevice of the dash and interior to a sparkling shine, washed and polished the exterior, made the tires look like new, and made the engine look floor model ready. When I arrived in evening to pick up the vehicle, the Wheeler Auto Center General Manager, Cole, was busily working side-by-side with three team members finishing polishing and drying the vehicle. This is the first time I have had a vehicle detailed at Wheeler, but I often frequent the car wash. Each experience at the car wash I am impressed with the work ethic, attention to detail, self-discipline, buy-in, customer service, and friendliness of the car wash team members. Through these experiences, I have observed that the car wash workers cross train and work in the auto detail shop. I’m impressed by the cross training and service provided by the staff. The members detailing our vehicle seemed earnest, hardworking, and eager to please. They repeatedly encouraged me to bring the vehicle back if we were displeased with any part of their work, and they would address the concern. Honestly, I am extremely impressed (not at all surprised) with the completed work, and I am confident that a vehicle that withstood weather and the elements for 9-years, now looks new, is an enhanced joy to drive, and will be well-preserved as it now parked in a garage. I highly recommend Yuba City Car Wash & Auto Detail (YCCW&AD) for everyone’s auto detail needs.
