Called store in Yuba City for a part for car. Was told they had 1 in stock,I asked them to hold it for me, she said ok. Went to store 2 hrs later. It wasn't at counter, she said she hadn't had time to bring it up. She went back to get it. After 10min. of waiting she comes back and said they don't have one after telling me 2hrs before they did. What a waste of time.

Went There To Have A Battery Checked Out A Was Served Within A Minute Of Waiting. I Believe I Was Served By Kyle And He Verified What I Suspected That My Mother's Car Battery Was Dead. I Purchased A New One And He Had Me Out The Door In Less Than 10 Minutes. I Appreciate The Great Service And Positive Attitudes Of The Staff! ✌️

Be careful and do you research the sales men there will sell the most expensive item possible and give or explain the options that are available. Unfortunately my children who are learning to drive and maintain a car now think that they are unable to trust the counter person because they will be taken advantage of.

I came in, bought the wrong bulbs for my “12 jeep overland grand Cherokee. Nate absolutely excelled in identifying and going through the very tough job of replacing my headlight bulb. It was really tough from start to finish but he didn’t give up and my headlights work perfectly. Thank you!

Very helpful store manager! I needed to replace the key fob battery to my CRV. The manager gently opened the fob, explaining what to look for and what he was doing. I was afraid that if I tried it, I might break it, so I was very pleased that he did such a good job replacing the battery for me. I recommend coming to this AutoZone.

After the manager Deny., giving me a refund for A 2 month, old battery Just plainly, ask me to leave the store... Very rude.. Very sorry I went there to buy my battery.

Excellent store. Always cleaned, dusted somewhat and organized. Every time I go in, they always have the products I need in stock. Well, except for the leather seat cover/protector I needed, but out of how many times I go in, it is excuseable. Also, the manager is extremely nice and very proactive in helping you. He goes out of his way to help, and then some. One of the girls that work here though is a little rude.

This store has horrible customer service, they make customers wait in line while they stock shelves or talk behind the counter. This happens almost every time my partner goes into the store. They do not help or value their customers. If you are lucky enough to go in the store the one helpful person is a young lady.

Genesis the Commerical manager not only lacks customer service but is extremely disrespectful. After making a comment about having to wait 30 minutes which literally I waited around for at least 15 all for her to be looking for oil and oil filters like come on it isn’t that hard. We all know in this industry time is money. She’s thought it would be funny to say that I was going to wait another 30 minutes etc. & yeah I am a commercial account. Won’t be doing business w this location anymore.

I stopped in to buy some new wipers—I’ve purchased them here before and always had great customer service. This time it was already sprinkling and, with the time change, getting dark fast. I went inside and was helped by Kenneth. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and didn’t hesitate to help. He even came outside with his lighted beanie and installed my wipers in just minutes. I was back on the road right away! Thank you, Kenneth, for all your help and such a great attitude! Highly recommend this location.
