Scheduled, confirmed, waited a couple hours then CANCELED. But only after I contacted them about an ETA. Lost money and now I am going to Jiffy Lube (They charge more). Thanks Yoshi. So professional. 🤮

Had a virtual appointment scheduled. Waited for a representative and link to join, nothing was sent. Spent 45 minutes sitting in the car reaching out to customer service to get an agent to attend the appointment that was scheduled. Voicemails, messages, website links all were used. Finally 1 hour and 45 minutes later received text message to join the zoom appointment which was cancelled 1 minute later and then charged for an appointment that the company did not attend. Finally once was able to message with someone which wasn’t even a phone call, but over text, they proceeded to try and say that they sent the links and blame us when we have the full thread of messages showing them not showing up, trying to show up for the appointment 1 hour and 45 minutes later, cancelling, and charging for the appointment. I have yet to have anyone reach out and apologize. Terrible customer service and representation of the services they say they provide. Would not recommend.

Blocked in by Yoshi Truck in my parking space-on way to meeting and asked him to move. he says when he is done he will move. I state going to a meeting but he won't move- Great Company with Jerks. No where I can find to call and complain.

Poor service, lazy staff, made it known to me that they hate coming to my neighborhood. They forgot to put my gas cap back on multiple times. Im on my way to work and I get a call saying my cap is on my front porch. No customer service line. Not worth it.

Customer service is horrible. Drivers will consistently say they cannot locate vehicle even though the exact location is pinned on the app. Canceled service with 3 weeks left on my current month of service. The next time I went to change my gas up day my account was "frozen". Customer service took over a week to respond to my email to unlock account. They then asked questions that they wouldn't be able to verify, and also took between 3-5 days to respond to all email correspondence. You'll notice they have no phone number listed.

I used this company for my inspection that was required by Uber and was very happy with this service! They were fast, easy to use, and they were patient and kind when answering questions I had. It was really convenient as I could get it done at home and didn’t have to drive 30 minutes to a shop. I was able to get it done before work, with enough time to spare to get breakfast! I loved it, and appreciated the customer service.

Terrible service with non refunds for unpassed inspections unlike ridesharemechanic. Wont be using there services anymore keep in mind there trying to tell me what passed and didnt pass based on there video call.

Really unprofessional and poor service. Be aware that they don’t call you or even ring the bell when they arrive to your place. Lazy employees. Waste of money and time.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was given a 4-hour service window. I messaged one hour into service to see if I could get an update on the ETA. They could not give me an ETA. I waited by the phone expecting to receive a call or knock on the door when the service person got there. Instead they had just sent a text and then 15 minutes later called me a no-show. They're still charging me the full amount even though I was literally waiting for them. If you need an Uber inspection go to any jiffy lube they only charge like $29 vs $45.

Just had a zoom car inspection so I can get back to ubering. I spent $40 to zoom with someone I could barely understand. I was told one of my back lights didn’t work when it was the sunlight shining on it. I couldn’t understand the inspector because it was broken English. Now thanks to this company I’m done ubering since I’m spending my money away instead of gaining through working. I was told to make another appointment when the issue that’s not there to get taken care of. Sounds more like a scam.
